this place is horrible. I was referred to by a friend about a special promotion they had going on there when I went to get my car I clearly stated that I wanted a service attendant that I paid for a single wash when it wasn't a single charged me the price of a membership. I showed them my receipt. He said it was a miscommunication. I told him I agree it was a miscommunication on your end he begin to laugh. I went all over town looking for a drive through car wash with free vacuums and finally found Zips. The gentleman. At the entrance let me know about a membership promotion, which was a great promotion. My car was clean after the wash and the vacuums worked well. The only thing that would have been better was if the vacuum area had some shade. read more

I unfortunately did not get to wash my car. I sat at the gate to pay from 4:10-4:17pm today and I did not get the opportunity to purchase a wash because no one came out to check me out. the computer does not work so you must wait. I was forced to back out (took about five tries) and exit. I would've gone to the one a few businesses down but I cannot afford them nor did I have any more time to afford. Ripped my left mirror off it's track and ripped off my magnet. Probably shouldn't have left those on but still could've had some warning. Left my car cleaner than it was. Not a terrible price, overpriced for the damage it did. I want my mothman magnet back bro. read more

They might as well go ahead and close this location down. I have a membership to this car wash and unfortunately this is the closest location to my house. It's complete garbage. The vacuums don't work worth a damn. Honestly, the new car wash that another brand is building up the road cannot be open soon enough. I cannot wait to cancel my membership, I've left reviews l, I've tried to call the corporate office and it's been months and nothing has ever been fixed. The site manager for this location is Horrible! - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! THE WASH IS SUBPAR AND THE VACUUMS ARE USUALLY NOT WORKING AND ALWAYS BROKEN! When speaking to the staff you only get frustrated because they don't care, But why should they after meeting the site manager! The number for all their locations just rings and no one answers! The manager, Jordan, was incredibly rude and disrespectful when asked about why the vacuums were not operating - he quickly got defensive and said "the vacuums are free and not part of the wash" like I should be okay with not having access to one of the services that makes this wash convenient. When asking for some remedy to the vacuum issue, Jordan began cursing at me and, upon informing him that he was behaving in an unprofessional manner he responded by puffing out his chest, taking a step towards me, and saying "do something about it". Save yourself some time, headache, and risk of being assaulted by the employees by going to a better wash. I have been a customer for several years with two vehicles. Usually wash our cars about once a week. Last week we went in ran through the wash and when I was drying the car there were scratches on the front of the car in a circular motion apparently from one of their brushes. Told the manager he wrote up a report and never heard back from anyone. I emailed finally heard back from somebody saying that it wasn't from their brushes and there's nothing they can do. I'm not the type of person that's looking for some thingFor free but this is definitely from their brushes. I went to a local autobody shop and they agreed with me. I'm going to cancel both of ours monthly subscriptions and I am going to contact local television stations. I guess this is normal practice for big companies to just ignore the little guy and hope it goes away but not with me. read more

The zips car wash on western is awful.. the wash itself is ok usually have to wait for a person to motion You through. The vacuums are a complete joke. i had to move my car twice bc they hardly sucked or didn't work at all.. one was lying on the ground. Just awful I will not be back. read more

I wasted my money. On this visit: - The car is still mostly dirty. - The front bumper doesn't even look washed. - The soap was not rinsed well and now I have a lot of dried soap spots. The employees act like I'm a bother. Once I had to wait almost 5 min after I paid for the employees to come out to send through tunnel. It's close to work and convenient but no longer worth the hassle. There are much better washes. read more

My first time using this car wash. I just paid for the top single run through wash and it did a fantastic job. I've never used an automatic car wash that worked this well. I've got a black 370z and there weren't any water spots. Will definitely be my go to car wash from now on. read more

Vacuums were not working, low volume of suction. I also now need to go to another car wash to wash off the soap residue left on my car, not just water spots but you can see soap still on it. Even if this wasn't a problem, the car still is dirty. Not a good wash, save your money. read more

Usually this car wash franchise has great service. However, I just went to get my car washed and vacuum my car today and EVERY SINGLE VACUUM WAS BROKEN. I talked to the clerk and he apologized. I had to drive all the way across town to vacuum my car at another Zips. Please get your vacuums fixed. read more
