Please note the items I am going to describe for you: Socks, underwear, sweatpants, t-shirts a bath towel and a hand towel. Everything together might have weighed 3 pounds. I dropped these off in their 24/7 laundry chute at 6:00 AM in one of their laundry bags. They DRY CLEANED every item and charged me almost $28. Who dry cleans the item I mentioned above. This was clearly a "fluff and fold" laundry job. It MIGHT have cost $10. Seriously, who dry cleans t-shirts and sweat pants? Nobody! And they still tried to put this on me saying, "You should have left a note saying not to dry cleans it." And they still charged me nearly $28. Seriously! I dropped off a pair of khaki last week. Upon getting it back, there were discoloration spots on the pants so I brought it back the next day to let them know. They said they would check the camera to see if it was already on the khaki and took the pants in to remove the spots. I contacted the owner and received a voicemail from the employee at the store and an email from the owner. Today, I brought the pants back only to have the employee who I've never met since I've been coming there and she was rude, defensive and argumentative. She said the camera shows that there were stains when I dropped it off. I asked if I can see the footage. She initially said I can see it later this afternoon but retracted and again became argumentative. This was extremely poorly handled and zero customer service. I can't remember ever being a customer and having to defend myself. Stay away from this place, they will not address your problems. How they can treat their customers in this manner is beyond me. Do not send your stuff to this location. They are terrible at customer service, especially when they lose your clothing. This location has lost two items and took over 30 days to resolve the issue. The worst part is the Manager Ms Marlin Campos shows utter lack of professionalism when dealing with customers and resolving issues. She refuses to engage in a timely manner (twice it took her over 30 days), makes all kinds of excuses, blames others, and in the end make you have to chase her down to resolve the issues. The business model is easy; customer pays up front for service and this location then loses items and ducks responsibility. The Centerville location being a newly open Zip was offering $1.99 dry cleaning for any garment - so I decided to take advantage. Every employee I had contact with during my visits has been pleasant. I after about on my fourth visit I was on my way home when I realized I had dropped 10 pieces of clothing and only 9 were given to me. I pulled over and started looking for my receipt. I found it and drove back to the store. One of my favorite Ralph Lauren button-down shirt was missing. The employee was beyond helpful and was very apologetic. The actual promise (rather than "in by 9, out by 5" like they say) is that they have 30 days to find the garments they lose (and they will lose your stuff!). Four (4) items were lost from my most recent order, three of which carried significant sentimental value. Calls are not returned as promised and the dial-in number puts you on an endless loop of hold messages. In a typical visit to the store you will likely witness tardiness, lost garments, and general confusion. I know this due to my many trips into the store that occurred because of their continuously unfulfilled promises. They will certainly let you know about the 30-day purgatory, however, and they will do so quite aggressively. Wish there was an option for zero stars. read more

Experience #1 I dropped off my boyfriend's clothes and when I picked them up the next day, they had the same stains and even more stains that came from the cleaners. I asked them to redo the shirts and we I got them back, it literally was the exact same results Experience #2 I gave this cleaners my clothes and they returned them with really big stains that weren't mines. I took them to Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners in Reston, VA and they took the stains right out. Experience #3 My boyfriend dropped off shirts and they LOST all of his shirts! 27 May 2022: I took 2 suits and a shirt for drycleaning, on 5/25/22 morning, with an expected delivery at 5 pm the same day. We are supposed to leave on 5/28/22 for a wedding on 5/29. Starting from 5/25 evening, we went there 2 evenings and were told that the owner may have left it in their Manassas store. Finally my son went to the Manassas store today (after waiting for the owner at the Centreville store for over 2 hours). They couldn't locate the missing items (1 complete suit and 1 suit coat). Finally I told him to file a complaint and leave - so that we can try to get 2 new suits from some store tonight. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. LOST MY CLOTHING!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I've gone to other Zips with no issues so I was super excited to have one 2 minutes from my home. First visit was ok. Second visit was a disaster. All three of my cards were declined and they kept saying it was my issue. No people; it's not my issue. Fast forward to this evening when I picked up my clothing. Two pairs of pants were missing. It was only then that I learned that they don't dry clean at that location. They send everything out to be dry cleaned at their Manassas location. There was no explanation as to why the items were missing. No apologies. Just a shrug of the shoulders and try again tomorrow. I requested the number for the Manassas store. When I called Manassas store I was cussed out on the phone and told it was not their issue and they would have the manager call me. The manager never bothered to call me. He just called the Centerville location and told them to have me complete a form for the missing items. For a new business with one yelp review, you should be a bit more concerned about how you handle customer service then to leave it in the hands of a young teen who is not equipped to deal with these types of issues. Horrible customer service. I got a call less one hour before they close to tell me that they were having issues and they couldn't do my clothes. I asked why they waited until the last minute to tell me about this issue and the lady on the phone starts to explain that she's got over 60 people that she needed to call and she's working down the list, they were open since 7AM and it's 6PM. Obviously I'm not happy but I tell the lady customer rep that I will come to pick my clothes as is, that I'll just clean them myself, the lady says "ok". When I get there I got told that my clothes are not at the location and that I can't get my clothes, so I asked why they said that it was okay for me to pickup my clothes (dirty) if they knew it wasn't there and all I get is a "my bad" totally unacceptable.
