I explained our needs and with a quick look at my phone, 16 pro max he stated we no longer carry them for that phone. He looked at my wife's phone, a 16 plus and said we got them for this one. As he was installing her screen protector she asked why you have protectors for my 16 and not his. He quickly stated that he didn't have a 16, his was a 14. She corrected him and then he why mine looked so much different. What? It looks like all the others made. He then found a protector, took my old on off, opened the new one and while prepping the phone he informed me that it was not a privacy screen. I was not able to decline as he already opened it. Sadly, working in healthcare and patient information I need a privacy screen. Therefore, I will be ripping this one off to replace it.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done to get everything set up correctly. Consumerist magazine (not-for-profit subsidiary of Consumer Reports) calls Charter the "worst company in America." It's no wonder Charter went bankrupt a few years ago. This sleazy firm's business practices include: - cutting your satellite cable, then insisting that customer fight with Charter's 3rd party unlicensed contractor instead of honestly owning up to their mistake and correcting it. - moving your first bill due date ahead after first bill, without prior notification (told this is a "standard" Charter procedure on 2nd bill) - insisting that customers wait 45 days (unbelievable but true) for Charter's Autopay system to take effect, then warning that double payments may occur when customer attempts to make a one-time payment prior to the interim due date (as a safety measure) - moving from CSR agents in South Carolina to the Phillipines, where they lie to customers by claiming healthy account status with zero problems and confirming Autopay sign up weeks ago, then cutting off all services including (Emergency 911) shortly thereafter, without prior notice - migrating from helpful humans to speak with or chat online (about no-service issues) to worthless automated systems - poor no-service reliability I really wanted to love Charter. Our credit history is well above 700 and we always pay bills on time. But after several serious attempts to cooperate with Charter, acting as a good customer to straighten out their billing errors, all of our attempts have been futile. I recommend that prospective customers view the 800+ complaints about Charter on another website, plus other sites, before wasting your time. If you like unethical business practices, you'll love Charter!

Dish Network continues to disappoint even after you cancel. I recently canceled my service with…read moredish after their constant rate hikes. I also had a dispute when the failed to suspend my service when I had to leave my residence for an extended period of time ( 4 months ). I confirmed the request to suspend but they forgot and continued to bill at the full rate.So after raising my rate by $45 dollars I decided to cancel. Dish offered to get me compensated for the overbilling during the suspension period by offering me $40 a month for a year. So they charge me 45 a month extra and give me $40 back. To repay the overbilling LOL. So I canceled and now I have to pay for the boxes to return their equipment. No more Dish Star link or Spectrum will be my next calls
