We decided on half cheese for my nephew, & half mushroom for myself and my mom. The flavors are amazing and that cheese pull amazed me. I thought the dough was absolutely delicious. Honestly so many flavors will hit you at once. It is truly incredible! With so many toppings it makes it hard to lift the pizza but still a great pizza. My mom brought my son in for lunch and raved about the exceptional service she experienced. My son is autistic and my mom forgot to request his salad plain. Upon seeing it arrive with the usual fixings he started to express concern. My mom offered to buy a new salad but your staff said they understood and would make a new one, no worries. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza well-baked, and what I got was an undercooked, inedible floppy disk of ingredients. The pizza dough was so underdone and there was so much cheese, it stuck to the bottom of the box. Been here about 8 times. Many times I made excuses for poor services --because they're usually all young kids. 2 times pizza was great -This time was likely my final visit. For one there's like 8 guys working all with piss poor looks on their faces. They all looked sloppy and unhappy. Clothes were really dirty. Attitude was like we were inconveniencing them. My pizza looked horrible. Like there was a shortage in meat and cheese. I regret giving a tip for my to go order. A note to the manager I assume who was wearing an apron - looked the cleanest but obviously unhappy. Not one smile. We love Zitos - it's some of the best pizza you can find in Orange. The crust is amazing, and garlicky. Their sauce is just the right amount of tang and they do not skimp on topping. We always get a ceasar salad to go with our pizza and their dressing is delicious, I usually scrape the container with my crust to get it all. If we have enough people I'll also get the garlic knots which are so delicious and just melt in your mouth with their buttery cheesy garlickiness Service is always great, and though they get busy and there can be a wait - it is totally worth it. The environment is family friendly and they have an arcade to keep the kiddos busy. It's also a great place to go when you have multiple families and a bajillion kids. First and last time visiting this location on Chapman in city of Orange. I was very disappointed. I was expecting the same quality of pizza like the one on Tustin Ave in Orange. They told me pizza ready in 25 min, I got there in 30. It looked like it had been sitting for a while, the pizza itself was salty, the sauce or something not sure, never had a salty pizza before, couldn't really taste the cheese and the crust was too hard to eat, not tasty at all. I wanted to start off with that statement because I like places that keep the ingredients the same and continue to taste great and have great staff !! I went into this location tonight to pick up my phone order and was greeted very kindly and helped by Maria C. she had a great attitude and provided great customer service too !!! It was also nice to see how Maria was so on top of things here she even took time to talk to the cook to make sure a customers pizza was made properly . I hope the owner read's this and gives recognition to Maria she runs the store really well !! The food wow the pizza here is so good from the bread to the toppings!!! The bread is the thick and doughy kind , the cheese is real mozzarella and the pepperoni taste the best the pizza is great here !!! I admit I had never really tried Zito's since moving here to Orange in 2020 from LA County. So my wife and I had been looking for a good pizza place with good buffalo wings and boy did we find it in Zito's. Their ranch compliments the wings perfectly. On top of that, I find the staff approachable and helpful when I need it, if there's ever an issue, they've been a great help and it's a great place to stay and eat when there's a game on either on Sunday or lately with the baseball playoffs. read more
