This place is one of the older Round Tables. Every time I have ordered pizza from here it has been top notch! Yes, Round Table is on the pricier side of pizza, but it's so original and tasty, I don't mind the higher price. Today ordered a special, one trip salad bar, person pizza and fountain drink for $15 bucks. The lettuce on the salad bar was fresh, super crispy and cold. All of the salad toppings seemed fresh too. Although the building is old, everything was as clean as an old building allows. The service has always been friendly and accommodating. Horrible service, the guy who is in charge is absolutely terrible, according to them they won't make your pizza when ordered online until they apparently call you to confirm. So when I arrived to pick up my pizzas for my party they said they called and no one answered to confirm the order. Mind you we live 2025 where phone calls are easily checked on cell phones. They never called. Not ones. The prices are outrageously overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go to Tustin on Newport where their pizza is better, prices are lower and the service is GREAT! I been coming here for quite awhile now I like their pizza and it's one of the old-school spots that still have that old-school flavor from when I 1st tried it changed a bit but still good. One thing that hasn't changed is the price I feel is still over priced today I purchased a mini pizza and a ham sandwich the total was almost $24 I hope the taste and quality make up for it I haven't ate it yet but if their is something note worthy I'll do a follow up review other than that I feel it's going to be good. read more

We ordered a large King Arthur pizza for pick up in Jan 1, 2022.  We usually visit the Tustin, CA location but they weren't open.  As I waited for someone to help me at the counter, I watched a short, heavy set Hispanic woman making pizzas WITHOUT wearing gloves.  To my surprise, she came over, handed me my pizza and checked me out.  She did not wash her hands prior to helping me.   Who knows if she washed her hands  before going back to make more pizzas!   Wear gloves- you are handling food!!!! We purposely avoid Santa Ana restaurants because we feel food handling is awful.  This experience confirmed our desire to NEVER go back to this RT restaurant or any other restaurant nearby. read more

Well I had not eaten a pizza in a very long time, and decided to call Round Table for one, well I got a very delicious pizza, salad, and garlic bread it was delicious. It was the Gourmet Veggie, and guys it was so good I almost ate the whole pizza by myself ummm good. This Round Table not only has yummy food. But also great service. The pizza has always been great here unfortunately the service does not mount up to the quality of the food that they serve. The manager and the cashier need a serious attitude adjustment. Not only were they extremely rude but have no customer service skills whatsoever. My family has been coming here for over 25 years yet these people forget what keeps them in business,we do! I asked the for the coupons that they normally put on the pizza boxes when they deliver since my mom forgot the coupons at home. Not only did she say no but she said that she cannot except any online coupons on this it was directly from their round table website. Understandably I went on the online and try to retrieve the coupons since their pizzas are pretty pricey any money saved helps. About $7 and 10 minutes for my order, and totally worth it. Delicious, hot, fell off the bone. Not busy inside, big TV with basketball coverage. I tried to call at 1:53pm to order a pizza for takeout. I was about 10 minutes away so I figured I'd call it in and it would be ready a few minutes after I arrived. When I called I was left "on hold" for 5 minutes and 30 seconds. By this time I was exiting the Grand Ave exit from the 5. I got to the store and saw a huge party in the back room and thought ok I could see a couple of minutes. I waited at the counter while somone else ordered. When I finally got to the counter I told the lady what I wanted and then told her I wanted $5 off for having to wait. She checked with her manager and he said we don't do that. I told him I tried to call in so I wouldn't have to wait and showed him how long I was on hold. He said he could get me a drink for free but couldn't do the $5 off. I told him if I ordered now I would have to now wait 15 minutes for my order so a free soda wasn't going to do it. He said sorry he couldn't do it. I told him to forget it and walked out. Unacceptable today cane in waited 45 minutes was told it would be 25 minutes. Normally I wait 15 minutes or less for the exact same order. I was then offered no apology and handed a wrong pizza. I frequent this location for lunch a few times a month. The lunch combo is nice and I like to eat the salad while waiting for the pizza to cook and take it to go. They keep the salad bar clean and stocked, lots of bread sticks on hand and many great toppings. I worked at a RT many years ago but still remember how they are big on freshness and quality. A couple days ago I placed an order, a pizza with sausage on the side but the Postmates driver seemed to have forgotten to take it when he went to go pick up my order. I called immediately right after and Alex answered the phone. He told me what occurred and told me I can call back and he will give me my unclaimed sausage and add a free topping. Today I called to redeem that offer and he came through !! He even gave me 2 free 32oz Pepsi drinks. One for me and my boyfriend. He talked me through the process and when my Postmates driver came to drop off my food everything was there. Smelled awful in their like mildew water. Food was bland. I ordered a mango margarita blended and got a slushie instead it was so sweet. I couldn't even enjoy it because of how cold it was gave me brain freeze.
