After a little talk on the phone, I was given an appt the next morning with Annika. When I arrived, she was already prepared with photos of my previous tile, and had ideas on what could be a good replacement. We worked together to finalize a suitable selection, made the order, and had the new tiles ready for pick-up in three days. That level of honesty is pretty rare. They could easily have kept the work in-house or added a layer of profit, but instead they focused on what was best for me as the customer. They also followed up several times by email to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the outcome. Great customer service and a company that clearly values long-term relationships over short-term profit. Highly recommended.

They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. The team is nothing but helpful, and professional. They are community oriented and are always there to help when you have an electrical need. He told me Ongaro would NOT REPAIR Goodman hvac systems! His mgr told me the same! They are only interested in selling new systems. I called elevated comfort. Zach came and in 2 minutes identified and fixed the issues. Dampers were stuck and he opened them. Then checked our dual system heat and AC and each vent! It all worked. Do NOT CALL Ongaro.
