They let me do a last minute walk in. Had the nicest lady do an efficient pedi. I also opted for the 10 min foot massage for $10 extra dollars (so good with their massage chairs and relaxing music). Parking is tough so don't stress out if it's going to take you an extra 15 min to find a spot. It's the mission - comes with the territory. Will come back! read more

I've been a client for probably at least 15 years when they were minna nails on church and 24th street in Noe valley when they closed and moved to 17th $ Guerrero followed them again and now I'm going to the new location at 21 st and Bryant . Tina and the lovely ladies always give a great mani pedi that lasts and looks perfect . It's a lovely bright clean space too . Love getting a dip mani and gel pedicure when I'm going on vacation as it's lasts for at least 3 weeks i highly recommend Ziva nail lounge ! read more

I went there to get gel 7x nails. I was there for extremely long I left with the undercarriage of the nails being dirty the nails are all different shapes. I paid $140 just because I couldn't wait to get out of there. Will not be returning read more

Great spa in the area, usually able to do walk in but they do get busy sometimes all at once so there could be a wait. Very friendly staff and they take their time! I've been coming here for their regular pedicures ($35). The pedicure has the usual trimming, removing dead skin, lotion massage, etc. Great ladies that work here and will be back read more

Made an 11 am appt. Got there. Had to wait another 20-30 mins before being served. I got ripped off into getting the special. Generally I don't do it. I just want my pedicure. This time, I got some luxurious combo which included: honey, and leg mask + wax ... Does my feet smell sweeter? Less sad. Nar. Next time will just ask for my regular gel. That was too much stuff that went on my leg... and some serious pampering if I had a foot fetish. But I don't. In all: I spent $85 bucks on pedi... Um. Immediately after walking into this nail salon, I was greeted so warmly by the lovely women that work here. I looked to my left to find the mother of the owner of the salon hugging an 88 year old customer who walked 30 minutes just to get her nails done by her. I loved talking with everyone! My nails were carefully and beautifully done and I've never had a better experience. They also squeezed us in last minute, so that was very much appreciated. Unique, special, and a warm environment. I have come to this place quite a few times and they always do great work. Polish lasts a long time and there is quality in the service. They take their time! Expect to be here for hours. I will have to say that this place comeswith no frills. They do not do acrylics, fancy designs, etc. only come here if you're looking for a basic polish, basic gel, or basic dip. With that being said, your nails will last at least a month. Another thing to note: this place is TINY, they get busy, and they never say no to people. So there is a lot going on. They will be doing two people nails at a time, taking people for waxing. It is a HUSTLE. I have never been to this salon and out in an hour. It takes them at least two hours to do a gel manicure. So set time aside! If you can I recommend coming during the day in a weekday. They have great pedicures they do the whole thing. Sugar scrubs, wax, hot stone, hot towels, and massage. read more

Had an appointment but place was packed so I had to wait on a tiny backless stool for more than 30 min. Once I was served, the color selection was great and they were skilled. Gel manicure lasted less than two weeks though. read more

This is my regular nail spot since moving to the Mission! Ladies feel like my aunties and treat you like family. I've done both gel manis and regular manis here along with pedicures. The leg exfoliation with an actual orange is a nice touch. My gel manis last weeks until I have to come back because they've grown out too much to be presentable. Some of the techs have also fixed broken nails during the mani (since I work with my hands often, my nails tend to break before my next appointment). Good quality service! read more

Came here on a Thursday at lunch and there were only a few other ladies there - I'd recommend a mid day appointment if possible as it sounds like they fill up in the evening. This is the place for you if: 1. You enjoy getting a pedicure in a busy, loud environment. The owner is constantly pacing the room and yelling at her employees to do X, telling customers to sit over there, buy this and that. 2. You don't mind being upgraded to pricey services against your will. Here's how it happens. You sign up for a classic pedicure ($35) and, halfway through it, the owner casually walks by and asks you if you prefer the CDB or aloe vera treatment. She intentionally asks this in a way that misleads you into thinking that these are options of you classic pedicure--but they're not. They're upgrades that will drive your treatment price to $65 or $70. Which you only find out at the end. Smart! But dishonest. 3. You find it amusing to be packed like sardines in a tin can. There are too many pedicure chairs for the space, and the owner overbooks appointments. There is no room to put your bag, shoes or hang your coat, and sitting in your treatment chair requires impressive feats of gymnastics. 4. You think that trash bags, stacked cardboard boxes, and overflowing broom closets give cozy spa vibes. 5. You like being called "sweetie" in a condescending way. I've gone to Ziva Lounge exactly 3 times. Each time feeling more puzzled and upset when I left. I wanted to like this place but so much is wrong. My advice to the business: We like having your salon in the neighborhood--the service is much needed and your employees are kind and do good work. But please remember that people come to your salon to relax, not just to get their nails done. Consider booking fewer appointments, maybe even removing a chair. Speak more quietly (for privacy and atmosphere). You can increase prices a little but do stop upgrading people against their will. read more

Still the best place in SF to get your nails done. Trinh and her team are the most kind people and go out of their way to make sure everything is the way you want it to be. They even offer you water during your visit. My nails always look fabulous (I get regular nail polish) and the polish unlike at other places actually stays on. I can go over 2 weeks without it chipping. The best place there is!! read more

Had an appointment & arrived a little late, no one was available to start on my nails but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind waiting. There was a lady working on someone else's nails and when she had a moment, she wrapped mine to soak off while I waited for my nail tech. My girl was so fast and did an incredible job at my dip mani! This place is horrible. It's extremely dirty. Nothing that you touch is clean. There are smudges and stains on everything. The health department clearly hasn't looked around at their sanitation practices. So, Instead if relaxing, I worried the entire time about the cleanliness of the tools and whether I would walk away with an infection. I was charged $$& for a gel mani pedi that chipped in 48 hours, and I am not surprised. Never again. read more

Easily replaced my previous regular nail salon this year. I wanted a gel mani and they were the closest to my office. They really do take their time and the quality shows. The gel mani lasted far longer than any other I've had. The pedicure + upgrades were what I paid for a regular at my previous salon, but I did enjoy the scrubs, wax, and massage. Friendly, professional and thorough. I went in with a dip manicure from another salon which turned out to have a combination of dip and acrylic. It took about two hours to fix my nails and the owner Trin patiently took care of me. She fixed the problem and used powder only. My nails look great and I'm very satisfied. It's only 1 block from my home too, a hidden gem. I do think it's expensive compared to other salons however I'm going to see how long my mani pedi lasts because that always changes my opinion on price. read more

I've been here twice now and each time I've received amazing customer service. The women are very kind and generous, offering drinks and chocolate, and making sure you feel pampered. There's a relaxing atmosphere and it doesn't feel rushed. They want to make sure you're happy with your choices and their service. There are also nice massage chairs and pedicure options. I had the aloe vera one today, and recommend it. Easy to find parking, too. And there's a nice coffee shop right next door if you need a pick-me-up. I felt safe in here with the door open and everyone masked. Would be nice if there were outdoor service options in the future. read more

I like the color, but that was about it. I wanted to try this place as it's nearby and I read the reviews and maybe it was an off day , but I won't be coming back. My nail beds are narrow and yet they managed to make my nails look like pistachio shells. She kept stopping to talk to other people, took a million calls, and when a girl walked out because she has been waiting for her appointment for so long she got up and offered to start on her and luckily for me she just left. No nail soaking, barely and nail prep, and I had to ask if she was planning on doing anything to my cuticles. It felt rushed and although she was very, very sweet there's just waaay too much product. Fingers crossed it lasts through my trip. read more

It took a lot longer to get our nails done, and Jenny had to stay 2 hours past closing to accommodate us, but she did a fantastic job!! I had to pivot from my original design but she was really skilled and I honestly let her have full reign of the new design, but they turned out beautiful. She put a ton of detail into making sure my nails were perfect to the very last minute. FYI a gel manicure with design and gems/pearls (self provided) was $65 pre tip, which is more than they list on the site. They prefer cash but venmo is also accepted. Very peaceful vibe inside, with a restroom and water provided. They don't rush you at all which is nice :)

I arrived at around 3:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, with two other customers already being serviced. Despite this, I was seated promptly for my manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, although there were two other available massage chairs, I was seated in one that was broken. The service experience was pleasant overall. I received a complimentary La Croix peach sparkling water, and the technicians worked efficiently. I appreciated the thorough scrubbing of my heels and calluses. One began by soaking and removing the polish from my toes, while another removed the gel polish from my fingernails. They did an excellent job cleaning my cuticles, and a third technician applied a French polish to my nails. The French polish turned out beautifully, though the technician's method of removing excess polish with her nails was slightly uncomfortable until I mentioned it. After that, she adjusted her pressure, which was appreciated. The ambiance was friendly, and the salsa music added a nice touch. Parking was challenging, so I'd recommend public transportation for convenience. In total, my visit lasted just over an hour and a half. One area for improvement would be displaying service pricing and updating their website. My services came to $110, including the tip. read more

I've been going here for almost a year, and I absolutely love this nail salon! Kathy is the tech I typically go to, and she always does such a phenomenal job. Not only do my nails always look beautiful, she is able to work some kind of magic and make my dip nails last almost 4-5 weeks before they start cracking/chipping. I work in healthcare and am incredibly hard on my hands and nails with the frequent hand washing and hand sanitizer, and they last even through that. I've tried dip nails at other salons, and these are by far the longest lasting. Can't recommend Polished or Kathy enough!! read more

My friend and I recently came here for a gel pedicure, and we loved it! The pedicures are great and the staff was so sweet; however, I must say the customer service here is what will make me return again and again! I called for an appointment time and they didn't have it available, but within 3 hours of me calling, they called back to offer me the appointment time I wanted after someone canceled. Amazing!! Definitely go here for an amazing nail experience, and great customer care. Do bring cash for a tip though, as the POS does not offer tip after using your card :) read more
