I love that they are super responsive and communicative about appointments and their website is updated with the latest services/pricing. Even with a regular mani/pedi (not gel) I find my nails last at minimum 2 weeks! They must use a really great base/top coat! Their regular polishes are the standard Essie and Opi brands.
