When he arrived (right on time by the way ) I informed him that we would not be able to leave the house for the indoor spraying given our situation, and that was no problem at all, George quickly tweaked his game plan to accommodate for our inability to leave the house and he completed a full exterior spray treatment and did Gel on the interior. He then came up with a timeline and a plan for us to reach back out for an interior spray treatment should this not be successful. He was kind, courteous, asked a lot of great questions, and educated us on what we could to do on our own that was similar to what he did. After reading other Yelp reviews about how great their services is, I called George to address that some extra guests (roaches) came along with my new tenants. He came over within a couple of hours of my call, carefully explained how he recommended handling and then treated for a very reasonable price. Later that day, I realized that the tenants had also moved stuff into another area of the house and I had neglected to advise George when he first visited. He came back again and treated further. Although i was expecting to pay more, George did not want any additional payment. Then on the following Saturday, I spotted an insect in another are of the property that I thought may be a roach. George came over right away and determined that it was not a roach. Again, he did not want any additional payment despite my calling him over unnecessarily. After about 3 months, there are no signs of the roaches. George is a really nice guy, the type you want to do business with, and he is highly responsive and thorough. We had a wasp nest in our back deck recently. We just bought a new house and contracted Zoifia to do a pest inspection and initial treatment. They were very responsive on Yelp. Technician showed up on time and well equipped.
