I know what's on my mind and it's the AMAZING donuts at Zombee Donuts. I was beyond excited to check this spot out and it did not disappoint! The donuts were the best around! I loved the crumb flavor so much! The best crumb donuts I've ever had. I can't rave enough about the fun vibes of this donut shop. It's spooky and I love it! Service was great. He was nice and patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I would be here every week if I lived closer! Soooo good! The donuts are very fresh and they even have vegan donuts!
Have been coming to Zombee for years, but had to finally leave a review after their incredible job on a dozen custom donuts for our son's 2nd bday. He loves donuts and the party was the Thomas the Train themed. Was an incredibly easy process where we just mentioned Thomas the Train and they ran with it. They came out exactly how we had hoped. Best part is they still tasted just as great as their normal donuts, so everyone loved them! These were also the "mini" option and they were still plenty big for kids and adults. We also opted for no filling and they still had plenty of flavor. Very affordable prices with no crazy markup. Zombee has always been a great local business and perfect for a donut and a coffee, but add them to the list if you ever need custom party treats as well!!
Zombee Donuts is a cute place that really took time with the decorations and theme. Unfortunately, the decor was the best part of my visit. I came by around 3:30pm and they did not have much of a selection. There was more empty space than donuts, but I made do and ordered 3 donuts and donut holes . Unfortunately, all were disappointing. I understand that they may not have been fresh, like made within the past hour or few hours, but they were old. I almost felt like they made them the day before. I appreciated that they threw in extra donut holes, but when I tried them, I wondered if they added extra just to get rid of old donuts. It was just very surprising how the bread was dry. This was my first visit, so maybe this is just how they make their donuts???? I don't know, but I know that they tasted old and have no plans of coming back. If I am going to pay crazy high prices for donuts, they should be at the very least fresh.
I came into Zombee Donuts in Fullerton today a little after 4pm. Both the sign in the store and the online hours clearly say they close at 6pm, so I figured I had plenty of time to grab a donut and get some work done. There were a couple of other customers ahead of me, but by the time I paid and sat down, I was the only person inside. After getting settled, I went up to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The employee responded by saying they "were closing the dining area because they were very busy," which was confusing because again, I was the only person there, and it was still two hours before closing. I even have a photo showing the empty dining area at the time. I didn't want to argue since the employee already seemed dismissive, but it definitely felt like they just didn't want me sitting there. It's disappointing when a business posts hours and then effectively limits service well before closing, especially when customers come in planning to spend time there. I havent tried the donut because I really didnt want it. I needed somewhere to work and got a donut and was planning on having my friends meet me there for coffee, but customer service matters just as much. Hopefully management can address this so guests feel welcome during the hours the store advertises.
The doughnuts are a little bit pricey at $4 for the specialty ones with a fee, but they are fun and tasty as well. The staff were not too friendly and it was a little awkward when we were looking at doughnuts. We were the only ones in the shop and the staff were standing and watching us but never greeted us or said anything at all. The doughnuts were very good, though I was disappointed in the Nutella flavor. The doughnut was good, but I didn't taste any Nutella at all! Just chocolate. The bathroom situation was strange, which is why I posted a pic of the window from outside. Anyone from the nearby houses or a tall car could easily have seen in the window! They should consider getting curtains.
Me and my partner went in as the name really caught our attention as we were driving around Fullerton. The theme really fits from the decorations, to the parking, to the donuts! We loved the themed parking signs even as we pulled in. We walked in and were greeted by Tony (think that's his name based on my receipt). He was extremely friendly and told us some of the most popular items. He was eager to strike up a conversation and I appreciated just how genuinely interested and engaged he was with the conversation. We got a toasted s'mores and a Nutella donut and they were TASTY! Definitely icing filled but the flavor was great. My partner got a Dead Elvis. He said it tasted a little bit like a Thai iced tea. It was really rich in flavor. It was a tad pricey, but for what they delivered I'm not surprised. We'll definitely be back for sure!
Zombee Donuts absolutely crushed it catering our recent business forum! From start to finish, everything was flawless, and delicious. The donuts were not only creative and fun (as always) but incredibly fresh and flavorful. Every guest had a favorite, from the signature Zombee classics to the seasonal specials, they disappeared in minutes! And the coffee? Bold, smooth, and just what we needed to kick off an early morning event. Working with Marie, the owner, was an absolute pleasure. She was professional, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived on time and looked amazing. You can tell she takes pride in her business -- and it shows in every bite and every detail. If you're looking to impress a group, whether it's a meeting, mixer, or major event, Zombee Donuts is the way to go. We're still getting compliments!
Zombee donuts is definitely a Fullerton favorite! This adorable family owned place makes such unique and delicious beautiful donuts that can't be beat! They also have any kind of hot and cold beverage you would like and provide pup cups! Donuts are always fresh and they offer lots of gluten-free options and the service is with smiles all around. They have acute small indoor seating area with a great vibe as well. Don't be surprised or impatient if you have to wait in line on weekends or some mornings because it's definitely worth it!
It's been awhile since I have been to this doughnut shop! And this doughnut shop still has its act together! The doughnuts are still super fresh and creative! They still have the original and creative doughnuts! If you desire a sweet, then this place is a good place to drop into! Also plenty of parking in the street. There is also a small parking lot behind the shop! Cute area to eat inside! All with the zombie and horror theme!

I stopped in for a ham and cheese and a powder strawberry cream donut for a patient of mine. Good service from the lady at the counter. Greeted me with a nice smile and explained what they had to offer since it was my first time here. The ham and cheese looked extra long. As you can see in the pictures, it is mostly fluffy layers of croissant which was very delicious. Nice a crisp on the outside. Powdered heart shaped strawberry with cream donut. My patient said it was delicious and refreshing with the fresh fruit inside. Prices are higher with specialty creations which I expect. The only thing I wish I was told was the convenience fee with card use (50 cents) that I saw in my receipt after print out. I would have paid for it anyways but it's always nice if staff to inform the customer beforehand. Fun place for donuts and reasonably priced. read more

Nice spot. If in the area I will definitely visit again. I appreciate that they aren't your normal donut shop. It was close to closing so we were able to get a few goodies. My fav was definitely the custard filled chocolate bar. Very yummy. Very cool spot and a nice stop when in OC. read more
I was in the area and craving donuts, so after a quick Yelp search I ended up here. I'm honestly not sure what the fuss is with Zombee donuts as the donuts I purchased didn't stand out or taste any better than your average basic donut shop. My donuts were slightly stale, though not enough to deter me from eating them at all (I ate about half of each of my two purchased donuts). Yummy and unique place to grab some donuts. They are fresh, soft to bite into and a different flavor for everyone in the group. The service is friendly and the nightmarish theme is just fun. Give it a try! Go earlier in the day because all the best flavor donuts sell out pretty quickly. Especially on weekends. Take a few extra minutes to enjoy the decor as well. *** without donuts, I'm just another famished Zombee *** ENVIRONMENT There are entrances. It's a cute little shop for the most part... decorated with zombie balloons and such. But honestly, the inside is a bit in disarray with boxes and such. Probably due to COVID-19 and not having enough space for indoor dining. But because of this, it's a bit odd to figure where to stand unless you walk with your head down all the time and you notice the social distancing markers. SERVICE Quick service. Mostly friendly. MY FAVORITE PART... All the Halloween vibes. I loooooove Halloween. NOT SO FAVORITE PART... It's so far away from my hometown, Downey. Lol. The $.50 convenience fee for using a debit card for under what? The young female employee didn't tell me and I didn't notice a sign probably because I was distracted by my sugar-craving littles. THE GRUB The Black Widow ($2.75) was my choice... "a classic glazed donut with chocolate legs and a chocolate covered donut hole." Mmmm... that's right! My 7-year-old daughter was adamant about the "Death by Chocolate" donut ($2.75): "a chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting and chocolate chips." Haha... lesson learned. Half of it that morning and the other half the next day was enough chocolate for her. Lol. My 6-year-old of course was attracted to the sprinkles donut ($1.25). It's basically edible glitter, right? I think she was kind of turned off by the eyeballs and coffins. So thanks Zombee for appeasing the simple kids. PARKING There is a small lot around back with some humorous parking signs: "Zombee Donuts & Bakeshop parking only: All others will be EATEN ALIVE." TIP Vegan options available! I was really looking forward to bringing my son after I had tried these donuts at work. The main problem was the staff, we felt rushed and he was extremely rude. It ruined the experience for us. The donuts were tasty but we did drive a little further out for them when we have many shops nearby. Due to the rudeness of the staff, I'm not sure if we will be coming back. read more
Wow, what a fun charming place with alot of heart. My insurance agent treated me to two free donuts. I went with the maple bacon. So good. The dough, the balance of flavors. Excellent donut experience. And then there was the bleeding heart! WOW - best jelly donut ever! Oh yeah, I also got to sample the donut holes - choco drizzled was amazing. So soft n chewy! Me and my brother absolutely loved these donuts. They were so unique and not only great looking but tasting too! Will absolutely be coming back for more. It was so hard to decide which ones to buy because they all looked so good. Great service too, the employee was so nice and patient with me. I was looking to satisfy my sweet tooth and I was near the Cal State Fullerton area so this place popped up on my YELP app. I wasn't able to try the famous Voodoo Donuts in Portland due to long lines there, so I thought this place might be somewhat similar. They had a decent collection of donuts but not really much difference in terms of variety or being outlandish as compared to a normal donut shop. I decided to get an eyeball, caramel apple, and cookies N scream donut. Eyeball- This was a red velvet donut with vanilla icing and a chocolate ganache donut hole. Sadly this donut was dry and was a major let down in terms of taste. Caramel Apple- This was an apple chunk filled donut with caramel icing and peanuts in the hole with an apple chip. It was extremely sweet and was just ok in terms of taste. Cookies N Scream- This was the best donut that I tried out of the bunch. It was a regular glazed donut filled with cream and topped with vanilla icing and crumbled oreos. Everything was fresh! Overall I thought the donuts here were just ok in terms of taste. The pricing is on the high side, $8.75 for all 3 of the donuts. These donuts are slightly more fancier than a regular donut shop that charges a $1 a donut, however they were just ok taste wise. They definitely need to re-evaluate their pricing and offer fresher products with a bit more pizzazz. read more

Things to know- need a mask to enter. They have a side patio but no seating inside at this time. They have vegan options!! I ordered a mix dozen for some clients , a vegan donut for me and a French vanilla late sub almond milk. The donut was melt in your mouth moist so I can only imagine the others were just as good. My sister found this cute donut bakery and they have the most delicious vegan donuts! I've never had a vegan donut taste this good! We actually came back the next day to get more! Our cashier was very kind and helpful. I am in love with this place and wish you guys can open another location in San Diego County. :) read more

Zombee donuts is one the most creative donut shops I have ever come across! So many fun options for us folks who love all things spooky including a bleeding heart donut, a black widow donut, and of course, a zombee donut among other choices. The decor is decor inside is amazing as well. There are so many cool details all over the place that it's hard to make yourself leave. If you're a fan of all things spooky or and macabre, this is the donut shop for you! May I suggest getting the PB&J donut? It's to die for! read more

Cute little donut shop in Fullerton. My boyfriend and I stopped in after grabbing coffee down the street. We were in around 9am and there were plenty of donuts to choose from. I eded up getting the Coffin & the Vegan Oreo. My bf got the Maple Bacon and the Nutella Donut. They have their own parking lot for customers only. The inside is small and cute! Customer service was great. We spent about $15 on our 4 donuts, but they are on the fancier end so thats why it was a big high on $. We got home and the donuts were fresh and tasty. I've been meaning to try this place for awhile, but they always run out of their donuts since I tried to go after work. We finally got to try it on Saturday. We got the Black Widow and the one that has the cream inside. The donuts are still good even after a few days, reasonably priced and cute design. Definitely coming back here! read more

OMG!!! These aren't just the cutest donuts I've ever seen they're also THE most delicious donuts too!!! They're so soft and chewy but melt in your mouth. I had the maple bacon and peanut butter with raspberry filling, and both were amazing. Definitely recommend and will be going back for more. read more

Honestly my wife is a huge PTA mom and has really wanted to come here on our off time cause this establishment donates donuts to our local school. So we went Saturday morning and honestly I expected more so the inside was small but really cozy a lot of love went into the decorations but my son wanted to take pictures and this is where they lost me it was not very kind to the children and the employee whom we had was extremely short and not very friendly it's just you expect a little bit more hospitality from a small business and lastly the quality was mediocre at best and that sucks cause they charge like they are a krispy cream I'm talking 5$ donuts here almost so yeah. read more

I have called twice months apart both times told no gluten free but they have vegan.

You can either call them and place your order or - and I do recommend this - GO IN PERSON and pick the donuts you want based on what you see and tell them when you'll be picking them up.

They have regular looking donuts like long John's and sprinkles.
