I also ordered the Pisco Chicha and I thought it was alright, a little too sweet but ok.

The Passion Pisco Sour was absolute perfection, and the Chicha Morada was very good. For food, the Yuca à la Huancaína needed salt and the sauce that was a bit too thick. The cold Burrata con Quinoa was okay, but surprisingly, it's still the only vegetarian dish on the entire menu. They really should add a green vegetable icon next to vegetarian items to make them easy to spot. For dessert, they offer lucuma ice cream, tres leches cake, and alfajores cookies. Great spot for drinks and atmosphere, but the menu could use a few tweaks.

Fall off the bones and very delicious. I loved the nicely roasted chicken skin as well. Fried rice was good. I have had better fried rice at other places. This practice feels like an attempt to squeeze extra money from customers without transparency. It comes across as dishonest and exploitative. I can't recall what the dishes were exactly but they were all really tasty with the steak dish with veggies being a stand out. I loved how every dish was very unique and unlike anything I'd had before. I loved my first drink a tropical Negroni and then the drink with the bubbles was even better. Service was great also by the way. Our server was amazing at making recommendations. Overall the bill came out to about $300 for 2 people this place is def not cheap and I would probably only come back for a special occasion and being treated.
