This is the most unprofessional medical office we have ever worked with. We had a major medical procedure for our daughter which we paid in full prior to the procedure. We then paid the additional balance after for unexpected expenses, an additional crown, that occurred during the procedure. This totaled over $3k. We were told we were paid in full. The office then sent us a letter 3 months later that we had an outstanding balance of over another $1k that would be sent to collections. We tried to call and clear this issue with the office and we were told this is a billing issue. They then went on to blame insurance, which was not accurate either as we have limited dental coverage and they calculated the expense as out of pocket from the beginning. They have since sent this to collections and made no effort to clear the situation with us. They are illegally trying to charge us for their mistake months later. read more

not personable just rushed through the whole appointment my son is on the spectrum and they act liked they were scared to touch his teeth, had to take both of my kids to PDOL (a different dentist) were they had the best care and service! do not waste your time here!!! read more

I scheduled an appointment on January 27th at the Lebanon office and confirmed it thru text on that Monday the 22nd. When I got at the Lebanon office they said I never confirmed but showed them the confirmation text. They had to call the surgeon several times to get him in...my son needed his bottom wisdom teeth out and pretty much bothered at night and had a hard time sleeping from the pain and now they are pulling this crap saying I never confirmed...we waited over 2 hours to have this done for my son's wisdom teeth. read more

I would give them no stars! We have been going to this place for over 20 years with our kids and today was just MANY of issues we have had. They are incompetent, EXTREMELY rude, never on time and couldn't care less about your concerns. They literally made my child bawl her eyes out and told my husband they should go before my daughter was embarrassed by them any further! They admitted to embarrassing her!!! A CHILD!!!!! It was our first experience as parents taking our toddler to the dentist. My wife was anxious, but her feelings were comforted by the awesome team at Zoo Crew. The check in process was seamless and I appreciated filling out all of the new client paperwork digitally (hooray for saving paper). The waiting room was extremely entertaining for the kiddos with two separate climbing treehouses. Dr. Tuzzio was great! He was very thorough and offered us some great tips to help us continue to support our son's healthy oral hygiene. I would definitely recommend Zoo Crew, especially for first time like us. read more

This is where my kids go for their dental needs!!! Dr. Larson and his staff are very friendly and professional. The treatments are usually quick in and out and if it ever takes longer they have lots of jungle gyms and games for the siblings in the waiting room to be entertained with! The staff is patient with the kids and very sweet which helps the kids become more relaxed before a regular cleaning or filling! read more

HOW CAN YOU BE IN HEALTHCARE IF YOU DON'T CARE! My boys have been going here for a few years now. We missed our last appt and I was unable to get back on the books in a timely fashion (primarily due to conflicts in my own schedule). So I took them to a friend's office, because they could get them in right away. While the other office took great care of my babies, it's not ideal for me to travel to Hendersonville for their dental needs. After their appt I called Zoo Crew in Mt. Juliet to schedule an appt. The representative said her name was ANGELA. She asked for their info, pulled up one chart and said "So, they were last seen in August... oh no, you didn't show up for that, so you wanna get them scheduled?" I thought that comment was strange, but it didn't bother me until after the conversation had ended. I informed her that they needed to be scheduled 6 months out because they were just seen today. She said, well if we schedule it in 6 months you may be responsible for the bill, because some insurance companies allow visits every 6 months, while others allot 2 visits per calendar year. I said oh, I understand, well you would know more about that than I do so just let me know. Angela's response was, "Well it's your insurance plan!" I immediately asked to speak with the office manager, she refused, stating that she could help me with my needs. At that time I explained how rude, disrespectful, and lazy that comment was. She was totally unbothered. I could tell she felt justified in her actions, not offering any apologies. I was extremely disgusted by her natural affinity to treat others so unkind. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone that I know, because no one should be made to feel like they are worthless. Furthermore the point she was trying to make was irrelevant since it is October 2018 and 6months from now will be a new year. read more

This is the place to go if you want your child to have a comfortable dentist experience. My son loved how the office is decorated in a zoo theme. The doctor and the staff were extremely nice and answered all of my questions. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I felt the dentist rushed the exam and this was my son's first visit there. Overall great! read more

Dr tuzzio ( I believe is how u spell it) is AMAZING with my 4 year old son. Today he needed to get caps put on his teeth and dr tuzzio was extremely professional with him. He treats these little patients like actual people which some places treat them like kids and talk mainly to the parents. He seen My kid was nervous at first so he says to My kid "you know you're gonna have the coolest teeth ever you get to have iron man teeth!" My son asked for captain America teeth and dr tuzzio said that was a great idea and that he could in fact do captain America shields for teeth. Y'all.....my son is the happiest child in the world because he without a doubt believes he has captain America shields as his new teeth. He shows them to everyone! All of the staff are extremely sweet. The dr explained everything in detail to me before making any decision. He told me the pros and cons to having these caps vs fillings. I highly recommend this place. I love this place so much I drive an hour for every appointment. It's very hard to find a child's dentist that isn't "scary". This one is perfect read more

This dental office's business area has no integrity. Always get a receipt for the amount you pay. Our children have been going to Zoo Crew for 3 years. Always got good service from the dental hygienist and dentist. I took my son there in March for dental work, paid the amount ($368) I was asked before the procedure was done. We do have dental The dentist was not able to complete the procedure b/c my son was very nervous. The dentist said to bring him back in a couple of weeks so he could finish the procedure. We complied, took him back and was told we had to pay for the Nitrious Oxide(45) and the Non-intravenous conscious sedation (135), total $180. I paid it, b/c the procedure needed to be completed. I asked for a receipt. Didn't realize until I got home I wasn't given a receipt for the $180 cash I paid, but a statement showing the services rendered. So on the bottom, I wrote the cash amount paid $180 and the date paid. ( I felt uneasy about why I wasn't given a receipt for the cash I paid). So about a month later I got a call from the dentist office asking to call back to talk about my balance. I knew I should not had a balance. Immediately, thought about the $180 in cash. I end up having to speak with the business manager and he called me back after we investigated the matter. He called me back and said the $180 was accounted for and apologized for any convenience. But today I received a statement with a balance of $118, but the $180 cash payment on 4/12/16 was not on it, just the cash payment of $368 on 3/2/26. Will call and get to the bottom of this on Tues. Remember always make sure you have a receipt, not just a statement of services rendered. read more
