OUTSTANDING! Our little one had a first dental visit with another dentist office, and it went south…read morefast. Not the fault of the dentist at all, it was just a natural reaction, so we looked for a pediatric dentist & so happy to find Dr. Bryan. This place is welcoming and the Dr really tries to get to know your family and talks to your child before even going to the dental chair. Does a great job of trying to build rapport with a child. Also provides great info to support your child's dental health. Then it was time for the cleaning. Needless to say ours cried and dad had to hold him, but Dr. Bryan was swift and it was done efficiently and quickly. He cleaned our child's teeth (despite the yelling and tears) and took care of any teeth issues! Our little one (once it the car) said Dr. Bryan was nice and it didn't hurt. Dr. Bryan and his staff really knows how to support and work in these challenging situations. The office is clean and welcoming as well for families.

I decided to try a pediatric dentist and found Dr. Wah online. Before every visit, he sits and talks to the children, asks about life, engages them in a fun conversation to ease their minds. He treats and does everything necessary, nothing more and explains and informs you throughout the process. Talking with him, you will know he is a wealth of knowledge. And you know that when you leave, you have a dentist you can trust and one who sincerely cares about their oral health. Now if I could find an adult dentist as good. :)

I brought my teen daughter here after a traumatic experience with another well known pediatric…read moredentist in the area. I did not tell anyone there about the issue at the last place because I didn't want it to prejudice her care and after the last incident, I was distrustful. My daughter absolutely LOVED Dr. Alex. She was kind and friendly and was honest about the work that needed to be done (almost NOTHING compared to what the other dentist said!). She also likely could have made some good money by putting braces on her (or sending her to a colleague who would) as the other dentist had been telling us for years how badly my daughter needed braces (even though I could not visually see why. I thought there might be an underlying reason that I could not see). Dr. Alex said my daughter teeth were perfect, beautiful and she would never think of putting braces on them. After such a bad experience, I thought I would never be able to trust another dentist, but I was wrong and I am glad I was!

I've been taking my kids to this dental office for about 15 years, and while I've never had an…read moreissue with the doctors themselves, the front desk and billing staff have been consistently rude and unprofessional. Recently, I was told suddenly that I had an unpaid balance from last year, and they claimed it had been sent to collections!! But I never received any letters, emails, or calls about it. I always pay co-pays up front and have receipts, so this was really confusing especially that I've always paid hundreds to thousands of dollars on top of my kids insurance and never hesitated not to pay upfront. During the last call, the staff member spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way, which felt discriminatory. There was no effort to explain the charges clearly, and instead of helping they threatened to cancel my child's appointment. I expect professionalism and clarity, especially when it comes to billing and sensitive financial matters. Based on this experience, I seriously considering moving my kids to another practice and will never go back to them.

My daughter began her bi-annual visits here at 3 years old. Her cleanings went well, the office…read morestaff was very friendly. During her one of her exams when she was 4, they did x-rays and said she had the beginnings of a cavity (or two? I can't remember). And asked me if I wanted to get fillings right away. The dentist was out that day. She said I could wait and hear back from him on whether he'd recommend treating right away or waiting to see how they look at her next cleaning (6 mo. From then.) I didn't hear from him, so I called the office to see if he'd looked at her chart. The consensus was that I could wait until her next appointment, and to be using fluoride mouthwash & floss in the meantime, which we did. I felt good about that choice. During her next visit, which wasn't until 9 months later because of COVID shutting everything down, the dentist said she'd need two crowns. Naturally I was shocked, and saddened that her "beginnings of a cavity" had progressed so quickly. They only offer stainless steel crowns at this office, and I didn't want to use those because her teeth that need them are her first molars, which won't fall out until she's 9 years old, so I decided to take her elsewhere to get porcelain crowns done, and for a second opinion. When I took her to a different office, I was informed that kid's enamel is much thinner than adults, so cavities progress much quicker. I had no idea. If I had know this, I absolutely would have had the cavities filled right away, rather than wait. I am not blaming this dentist office for my little girl having cavities. I am her mother and I take responsibility for that. But if the care and time had been spent by one of their staff informing me that "if you wait until the next visit, she may need crowns by then because baby teeth are different than adults"... she wouldn't have to go through getting crowns. Because who wants to put their child through that? We won't be returning here.

They definitely exceeded my expectations on all levels. My daughter did not have a negative thing to say about them. First off, when you drive up to their office it's quite impressive. When we walked in we were greeted by two front desk assistants that were incredibly nice & professional. The waiting room was vibrant, clean & comfortable. I went back with my daughter, they got her settled in her room & went over things with me. (Very detailed) My daughter said the patient chairs were the best she'd ever been in. Her cleaning went well & she was very pleased with the end result! They recommended getting her wisdom teeth out (that won't be so wonderful, but necessary! She has severe TMJ issues that if not monitored things could get extremely painful for her. She got her braces off yesterday. So the dentist will play an instrumental part in making sure she doesn't slide backwards. The dentist was friendly & did a great job explaining what the next steps would be for her. We will definitely be going back for further dental needs. Getting a recommendation from us is extremely hard to come by when it comes to dentists, as we have had more failed experiences than successes! Keep up the great work Sullivan Team!
