DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! My wife had been going there for months. Last time, her vehicle came off track and was damaged. Owner filled out brief incident report and that was it. Went up there to question it and was showed video and told it was my wifes fault. Damage was minimal so was not worth the fight. But for him to not take any blame is absurd. Now someone is trying to collect insurance for the incident, saying they were injured in their vehicle and owner will not turn over video or send to insurance. read more

I love Zoom. I have the $35 a month plan and come every weekend. I have a new car and it's white. I kept getting frustrated because when I would wash my car there would be this greasy goo all in my tires. I took it to the dealership twice because I thought something was wrong. But after seeing someone else's review on here I realize it's not my car, it's something with the tire treatment they use. The greasy stuff is all over the tires and if I don't clean it all out while I'm there then it sprays all down the side of my car and it is harder to get off. Nothing to write to stars about but I had to my experience because my truck is cleaner with the drive through carwash than the handwash service I received last Saturday. My only gripe is the under carriage wash doesn't clean as well but for $12.00 I was pleased. The attendant gives you a prepackaged wipe to clean dashboard or steering wheel that's nice, so sad I wiped dust and dirt up with it (OMG, remember I just got a hand deluxe inside out wash the previous Saturday) So for a quick touch up to get some dust off and clean your tires you should try them out. read more

This place does a surprisingly great job on a car and truck. So much easier than washing vehicles yourself and way less time than the full service places. They give you a wipe for your dash and vacuum cleaners are free. Best wash is about 15 bucks. read more

Came to the location paid for a basic wash for my company vehicle. I have a membership on my personal vehicle. It didn't do the trick the first time. I went back to the lines and spoke with a young man by the name of Arturo and asked him and I quite "does my truck look clean to you? "He responded with " don't give me f$&@$&@!! attitude bro I didn't wash your car" the manager Willy was worthless and basically ignored the major concerns I had for the way i was treated . I asked what he would do to reprimand this employee? He asked me what should I do fire him? Yes!!!!!! Instead the employee Arturo was still servicing customers. He did refund my car wash after I asked for it, it's the least he could do but never offered until I asked. This is unacceptable and clearly this behavior is tolerated at an establishment like this. Nice staff. Equipments work well. I had a lot of dead bugs on my windshield and they were able to remove all. Love that they have complimentary vacuums. Although, the way it is shaped makes it hard to get into smaller corners. read more

I come here at least once a week. The wash and vacuums work pretty well, the staff are very polite and attentive, even when I come around at the end of their shift. The wash itself is a great value for people like me that don't have a lot of time during the day or after work and need to wash their car. 25$ for the membership plan (step above basic) and you get unlimited washes? That's a steal! I trust them with my pest control truck and my personal car, and they haven't performed anything under five-stars! Good job, you guys! read more

On September 28th at approximately 12:45, I decided to get my 2017 Dodge Ram truck washed at the new Zoom Car Wash on Bay Area Blvd. in Webster Tx. I pulled up to the automated car wash selector and chose the $12.00 wash. I proceeded to the entrance where I was met by a young man in which he asked, "would you like me to take your antenna off sir" I then responded with "do you suggest I do that" He then walked over to the antenna and grabbed the antenna to see if it was tight, then he told me "no, you're good and tight" I then proceeded in to the automated wash Half the distance through the wash, I heard the antenna snap and slap the truck as it spun inside the spinning cloth that cleans the side of the vehicle Once I was done I pulled out and drove to the entrance where the employees were working. On that particular day the acting manager was Avery and he immediately apologized to me. He asked me why the employee didn't remove the antenna. I told him he grabbed it and told me "no, it's good and tight". He then left and went and talked to that employee. Minutes later he returned and told me that he was very sorry and that his employee admitted he was wrong and should have taken the antenna off. Avery then asked me to fill out the Incident Report and someone from corporate would notify me in 2 - 5 days. I was then contacted by the General Manager Mark D. from the Webster location. Nobody from corporate called me back but at this point I was good with speaking to anyone. Mark proceeded to interrogate me over the phone with a tone of this was all my fault. I went back and forth and pleaded my case word for word as it happened. Once I determined that Mark was not going to do the right thing and repair my vehicle, I told him I was going to post negative reviews and picket up and down Bay Area Blvd. with a sign. Once he heard this he changed his direction and told me that he didn't want to argue and wanted to make things right. He told me to go to Franks Collision Repair and get an estimate for the damage and he would pay for the repair. I then went the next day (Oct. 5th) and had the damage estimated by Rudy at Franks. The next day I called Mark and told him that I had it estimated and he said he would call Franks and get the estimate. He then called me back later that day and proceeded to tell me he was not going to pay that amount and that I need to take my vehicle to a shop off Allen Genoa in Houston. I told him that this was not the agreement that we made and he told me "sorry, I can't pay the amount that Franks estimated". The shop on Allen Genoa that he now wants me to go to is nothing more than a back road "chop shop" with zero credibility. I did not feel comfortable with proceeding so I decided to contact a family lawyer and my insurance agent and discuss the matter. Both highly recommended that I do not let the "chop shop" do the repairs. Both told me to contact Mark D. and tell him my concerns and remind him of the agreement that he made in regards to Franks Collision. So I called Mark today (Oct. 10th) and told him that my lawyer and insurance agent highly recommended that I don't use the chop shop and to remind him of the deal he made in regards to Franks. He quickly told me that he can't pay the cost of Franks and that my insurance agents word means nothing to this issue. I then told him that I didn't want to fight or for this to get ugly, just want to repair my vehicle and move on. He told me he will not repair it and that was it. I then told him I will be taking this to small claims court and we'll let a judge decide the outcome of the repairs. In closing, General Manager Mark D. gave me his word in representation of Zoom Car Wash and then backed out. I just want him to do what he told me he would to make the situation right. A man's word is his bond! read more

Been coming here since they opened. Efficient program, great deals Wednesdays, & attentive service. Had a concern that my new Forester was scratched earlier this year, but after several employees & Willie (?) a manager looked into it the apparent scratches were adhesive from shrink wrap that was on the suv new. They nonetheless gave me a full complimentary wash. Only complaint is I wish the blowers at end of wash did a better job drying car. read more

I love this place! 4 Wash options and Free Vacuuming for as long as it takes to get my car spotless! After all the times I've been here, I just learned today that there's a machine that you can run your carpet floor mats through to help get them clean as well. Very friendly staff and the entire process is a breeze! My kids love coming here with me too, so I'll for sure be a customer for as long as they'll have me. read more

My mistake is that I didn't read the reviews first before making an informed decision to either use or not use this place. It was crowded, which I took as a good sign, and the entire processed felt rushed. My $15 car wash was no different from the guy/ girl who paid for the $6 car wash as every car was herded and pushed through the same wash! At the end of it all, my car was still dirty in the back and the wheels too! Won't be using this car wash again and the only reason I did was because the car wash where you wash it yourself was full.... I should've waited in that line instead. Also, I noticed on my new $2500 wheels and tires that there are now black marks on the edge of the wheels from the conveyer belt system they use to push the cars through the wash! 2 stars for the vacuums and that's because they were decent. I realize it's a new business, but for me I'm going to have to keep to what works best, and always has, for my cars. read more

Update: reply to management. A.)Yes. I chose a high end wash. See below pricing mention. B.) your vending machine was mostly empty and charged my card 3x. I had to call my bank to reverse. It only took cards, no cash. So said the sign on it. C.) you weren't there. You don't know what your employees tell everyone. D.) I tried several vacuums, I didn't think they did a great job. The nozzle is too wide to reach crevices and i have weather tech liners. Beating them on the ground got more sand off than your vacuum. E.) I do not feel like $18 DIY is better than $26 full service up the road. My car is still filthy after a $15 wash that was only a drive through. Like, really dirty. They took my antenna off and I can't reach the area to put it back on without climbing on top of my car with a step ladder at home. Vacuums aren't very good. At all. And the vending machine for DIY items is very empty and charged my card 3x without delivering product. For $8 more than I spent on this and the $3 attempt on Diy bend machine I can get a $26 full service wash with hand detailing. No thanks. Won't be back. read more

If I'm paying for a service monthly. Im expecting to get that service. I went this spoke to the girl that helps you told her about an issue I had she directed me to the manager rude ass hell. I was explaining to him that the last 4 times that I've gone the kids that is working there before you enter the car wash area wasn't spraying the bug off and he claimed that it was in the buckets which is a lie. There is one guy that works there that I love how he does his job. He is the only reason why I got the monthly subscription. So I canceled my monthly subscription manager was yelling at me for telling him about the issue instead of telling his guy to make sure he is spraying bug off if I'm paying for the service I'm expecting to get just that. This was my first trip to Zoom, and I definitely plan on going back. The overall experience was super easy and honestly worth the price. It's only a few bucks more than the gas station car wash, and gets your car so much cleaner! Hands down, best drive through car wash experience I've ever had. HOWEVER, my lack of a fifth star is because of the tire shine. Dear God, for the love of all that is holy DO NOT get the tire shine! My beautiful white beetle was splattered all down the side with tire shine by the time I got home. It was an easy clean up, just a swipe with a cloth, but I will for sure never get the tire shine again. Free towels Tuesday came in handy on that one! Not a fan of this car wash for several reasons. I will be cancelling my membership today. #1 The car wash does a "ok" job after going threw it a couple times. #2 The vacuums have no pressure which makes way harder to vacuum your car! #3 The mat cleaner machine isn't like other car wash mat machines. At other car washes I've been too the machine actually cleans the mats with soap and water and then drys them for you. This one only vacuums it, I expected something similar at this location since it being in Webster. #4 At other car washes I've been too there membership doesn't renew until I go to the car wash again. At this car wash it renews every month and will charge your card. #5 The attendants are super friendly I'll give them that but I've been to car washes where they have attendants coming up to your car as you self vacuum and they'll whip your car down for you. #6 DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP!! It use to be that you pay a monthly fee and get unlimited car washes. Now they have switched it without letting there current member know to one car wash a day! This is not why I signed up to your car wash membership! It's so "disappointing" y'all are slowly ripping people off! I know there are way better car washes than this one! The manager said the reason is due to Uber drivers and lyft drivers coming in more than once in a single day? Isn't that what are promoting for us to have UNLIMITED CAR WASH!! ! So now the customers who are not Uber or lyft drivers have to be basically punished? Not a way to do business at all! #7 The only thing management was helpful with was canceling my membership. When you try to explain something to them they try to talk over you. They don't listen! The car wash I've been too where they'll do all this stuff for you and have better machines is called Key West Wash located on Main Street and 610 over by the NRG Stadium. I've taken 2 different vehicles here a total of 3 times and each time I've been extra pleased with the service and the results! I love that there are employees present to help me make a selection and help me get my car prepped and and into the wash; I also love that it's a touch wash because my car actually comes out clean, as opposed to the touchless washes where my car just comes out rinsed but still dirty. Additionally, I am appreciative of the dash wipe they hand to me before entering the wash, I feel like everything gets clean inside and out for a reasonable price. This morning I was able to get in on the early bird rate and got my wash for a $3 discount. My car was filthy when I went in and sparkling when I came out and it was super fast! I took my Hyundai Elantra to this car wash (first time). The car wash overhead sweeper knocked off the roof fin that covers the satellite radio antenna. I immediately showed the damage to the car wash personnel and they took pictures and filled out a report form. I was told that management would get back with me within the week. I spoke with the Hyundai dealership in my area as well and learned that it was a major issue to replace it. The estimate was close to $ 800.00! I reached out to the management via the "contact us" link on their website. They responded very quickly and assured me the issue would be taken care of. In the meantime, the COVID-19 issue began impacting everyone's life. It took several weeks for the part to arrive but I'm very happy that today, it has been replaced along with a free car wash. I am happy that they opened this car wash in the Clear Lake/Webster area. I used to go to other drive through car washes but no one compares to this one. I went there yesterday for the first time and I must say I am very impressed. Alex, the owner super nice and very helpful, the people that work there are very friendly, the machines got my car super clean, free towel to dry my car after the wash and a free dash board wipe, free vacuum cleaners, free mat cleaner(vacuum)... all for $12 dollars, and my car looks amazing. I took my truck to the new Zoom car wash in Webster on Bay Area Blvd. I was very excited to have a new car wash in the city. It appeared tbe a nice one. That excitement was soon extinguished when I took my truck through the wash. When I pulled up, no one asked which wash I purchased so I'm not sure if I got the $15 wash I paid for or one if the lesser expensive washes. When I exited, I noticed my antenna was missing. Evidentially he brushes broke it off. I pulled back around to let the attendant know, and he asked another man to look for the antenna. He handed it to me and walked away. The wash I got was definitely one of the worst I have ever seen. I will definitely be going elsewhere in the future to have my truck washed. Zoom car wash will be fortunate to stay in business with the type of service they give. If I could have given a half star rating I would have. Don't waste your money at this location. read more
