He said he would make me the first appointment in his day as it was so urgent. I really appreciated this as it looked as the water had been running from my yard into the ditch at least all night. He came within the hour and it was determined that I had a water meter leak or break. Thankfully the break was found to be on the county's side so the county will handle the repairs and I do not have a high water bill coming to me. I've called them twice now to address a leak under the house, replace two toilets, put in a pedestal sink with a new faucet and address leaks in an upstairs bathroom. I've just purchased a house in July 2019 and because it's an old house, it has had to have numerous issues addressed. Now I feel like I've got all things covered for future plumbing issues. I added them to my contacts' list! I've gotten a home warranty with my house purchase which is useful maybe a third of the time. The home warranty has contracted with a plumbing company that has a good plumber that I've seen once but two times they've sent "Mike" who is looking for an exit upon arrival. Each time "Mike" has been contracted, I. Wind up paying $100 for the visit and "Mike" ultimately says, "this is a caulking issue; we don't do caulk. That's up to the home owner." He totally missed a failed wax seal on an upstairs toilet that was leaking (and causing a sewage smell). I was pretty irritated but glad I had D&R Plumbing come over. They could immediately spot what the issue was and went right to work. I called on a Thursday night and set up an appointment for Saturday morning at 10:30. They got there early and fixed the leaks for a very reasonable price. Just LOVE them! Because this was my 2nd time having them out, I received a $25 off coupon! I've already told several co-workers about them because they are great people that don't shy away from any job and go above and beyond to make sure the client is happy.
