Avoid this place like the plague. All of the doctors are super corporate and won't help you if you have multiple issues. I had a well woman exam, and the doctor refused to give me a prescription for epiduo, a basic gel meant to prevent acne. Her reason was that I had to make a separate appointment (so they make more money)! I'm a 24 year old woman, and I don't have the time or money to keep going back to the "Doctor" for a basic treatment. If your problems recur after a basic treatment, they will require you to come back in before prescribing another antibiotic. She refused to call in my prescription, because their policy is you have to make an appointment and come back in before they will grant refills on prescriptions, no matter how basic the treatment. They don't care about you as a patient. Only go there if you don't have a family doctor yet and the matter is urgent. read more

My visit here was by far the best experience I have ever had at a physicians office. I had an urgent, but not emergent medical issue going on so I merely walked into the building on a Friday evening. With no previous appointment they were able to get me in to see a doctor within 15 minutes. The front desk people were super friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was great and he was able to diagnose me and send me home with antibiotics all within 30 minutes of entering the door. I never want to go anywhere else now!! read more

Super easy to schedule, with knowledgeable and friendly providers. The only thing about Zoom is the cost is a bit outrageous - but if you need an urgent appointment, it can be worth it. I scheduled an appointment online for 15 mins later. The check in process was easy, they took me back to do labs immediately so that I wouldn't have to wait on the results. The NP was friendly and thorough. I was able to get an antibiotic prescription and OTC medication there - no trip to the pharmacy. They sent my labs out for culture and 2 days later, called to let me know I may need a different antibiotic. I had left town, and they called this into a pharmacy in another state. The space is modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing for a doctor's office. You can get lab results and visit instructions online, which is nice from an urgent care provider. read more

We are out of town visitors and our 5 years old daughter fell sick on 4th of July (of course--- a holiday)! We made an appointment over the phone, showed up and was helped immediately! We saw Chelsea who was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She said that she'd call the next day to follow up and she did! Zoom are was convenient in that I had to get a TB test and they could get me in right away. And both doctors I saw were friendly and knowledgeable. I had to come back two days later to have the test "read" and this is where it all went wrong. I had requested to make an appt to do this and was told to just swing in and that it would be quick. However, I come in and they tell me it would be 30'. I mentioned that they told me not to make an appt because it would be quick and she said "we don't take appts for these because it doesn't cost anything" ie: they lose money. Doesn't matter that I paid $145 plus additional costs the other day. This all could have been avoided if they 1. I had an appt so no ones time was wasted and 2. The front desk staff didn't make it clear that I wasn't important because I wasn't "paying" today. read more

This place is great when you can't get into your dr the same day. My experience was very efficient; I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The dr listened and answered any questions and was very kind. I left off a star because the actual visit is pretty pricey but it goes towards your deductible so it works for me. It's also nice that they have prescriptions in house to eliminate extra trips when you're not feeling well. The prescriptions there are not covered by insurance but for the particular one I needed it was under $20. read more

Gretchen and Juan made my visit really great! I felt awful but I able to get in to the clinic within 2 hours of my request for appointment. Everything was online. The medical record is on the screen as the doctor inputs into it. I was able to get test results within 15 minutes, treatment plan and they even had the medications- both over the counter and prescriptions. Highly professional, very efficient, very effective. We are from out of town with a sick child. Walked in at 915a right after they opened. Would not see us for 2 hours even though no one was in the clinic. Told us they had to call in to check our insurance before we could request an appointment. Ended up going to another close by clinic that we could get into righty away. Their website should say that they require an appointment and not advertise as urgent care (which is assumed to be walk in available). read more

Had a really wonderful experience here today. We were in town for an Alaskan cruise and my daughter got sick. She was improving, but I was worried about an ear infection and wanted her checked out in general before boarding the ship. I didnt have an appointment so they couldn't see me right away, but got me back in in a couple of hours. The PA, I believe her name is Gretchen, was wonderfully sweet with my little girl. She was getting an ear infection and needed antibiotics. We were in and out with meds in hand in under 20 minutes. My husband went in with the flu just for a simple checkup and flu medication and the total price was $419,00 of which our health plan (that is a good plan) paid less than half. Plus when I checked the invoice they had double charged the same thing (a $40 item) and now I am trying to get it back. read more

Physician assistant Tamera Dotson was terrible. From the moment i stepped into the doctors office i felt uncomfortable. She shoved a nose swab so far up my nose it started to bleed. I was stomping my feet on the ground and cringing, And told her it hurt ... she said "No it doesn't... Thats just a tickle". I was shocked. I told her it was not just a "tickle", it and that it really hurt. She just brushed that off after rolling her eyes. Moving forward, we got to the ear examination, where she shoved the scope into my eardrum... I told her that it hurt and she responded "I didn't even put it in" I was nearly laughing in disbelief at this point.. i told her "No..... it def hurt, i wouldn't say it did if it didn't.." Now we were both upset, me because she was hurting me, she was reacting (un-professionally) snapping at me. I told her repeatedly that i feel uncomfortable, she responded "the feeling is mutual". Needless to say I wont be coming back to a "drive thru" doctor ever again, i felt disgusted with Dr. Dotson. She hurt my nose and ears, made me feel like i was in the wrong for being sick. I don't recommend Zoom to anyone read more

I was in Seattle on a long weekend after just returning from a vacation in Europe. I must have brought more home from Spain than mere memories, as just hours before my planned flight home from Seattle I was confronted with severe "travelers diarrhea" (I don't recommend it). So I sent my family to the airport without me while I stayed back and searched for urgent care. I was very pleased to find Zoom+. Thankfully, it was with walking distance from where I was (the thought of spending any amount of time in Seattle traffic, in a cab, in my condition, was horrifying). And Zoom+ was able to see me immediately (yay!). My phone appointment process was smooth and uncomplicated. Upon arrival, the clinic expected me and was extremely clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Best, I had zero wait time. The medical attendant was friendly and professional. She walked me through the thorough diagnosis process and was able to fill my necessary Rx, right on the spot. My relief was speedy; even quicker than I expected. I was able to brave the freeway and airport just that same evening. I'm very thankful for the care I received at the Zoom+. While I hope I never have another occasion to use them, I certainly would if need be. read more

Had a horrendous experience here: was charged incorrectly and experienced incompetency at all levels. After providing the woman at the front desk with my ID and insurance card, I was examined and treated. I was told that I would be prescribed a specific medication, and asked if the medication could please be sent to my neighborhood pharmacy as my insurance would take care of it that way, and I thought that was what was agreed upon. After my exam, I was taken for a few blood tests at the clinic. The phlebotomist told me that I had "extremely difficult veins" (I have always been told the exact opposite, and have never in my life had to even be poked more than once). He searched around both of my arms, murmuring to himself that he "would have to go straight in and then turn (?!) to get to [my] extremely difficult veins." What? After poking me in my left arm, he proceeded to painfully move the needle around for several seconds on end, only to declare that my "veins are abnormally difficult" and that they "did not want to budge." That was a complete first for me, and despite discomfort, I remained calm and confident that he would be able to easily draw my blood from the other arm. He then painstakingly searched my right arm (which he called the "more challenging arm") for a suitable vein (this took him over a minute at least), and reluctantly said he would "give it another shot" but that my veins "sure looked small." At this point I was ready to up and leave. I was already sitting in the chair for more than 5 minutes and was very doubtful about this guy's capabilities (although he had walked into the room boasting that he was "the best ever at this."). Well, I should have trusted my instinct and walked out the door that second. He began poking my right arm with no luck, then poked again and it was the most painful blood drawing experience I have ever had. It seemed to go on forever although just 2 small vials were being filled, and while they were filling up he said, yet again, "wow, your veins really don't wanna budge!". After the ordeal was finally over and the blood was drawn, he asked if I was experiencing any shooting pains in either of my arms, as he "dug around a lot" and was sorry that I would have some "pretty sizable bruises" on both arms. I am now still bleeding (an hour-and-a-half later) and actually see a sizable cut-like mark on the vein of my right arm. Oh, and now I am experiencing numbness and tingling in both arms (did he hit nerves?). Lovely. Unfortunately, my extremely disappointing experience did not end there. Upon checking out, the woman at the desk told me that my total after my $20 copay would be $74 and some cents for labs and the prescription medication. My insurance covers all tests 100% and I have always only been liable for the $20 copay. I nicely told the woman this information, and she responded that "that was weird as insurance would only pay a percentage." I asked her if she was sure she inputted the correct insurance ID number and asked her why I would need to pay for labs when it's explicitly covered, but she responded that she was definitely correct and that I might even see additional bills in a month or so. I left the clinic confusedly, and I immediately got on the phone with my Regence insurance. My insurance agent was equally appalled and confused as I. She confirmed that my insurance covers 100% of lab work and that I should have only been paying my $20 copay for the entire visit. Additionally, I was charged the $10 prescription fee when I explicitly asked for the prescription to be sent to my neighborhood pharmacy so that I would not have to pay that amount, and was told that it would be. I went back to Zoom+Care and told the front desk woman this information and provided her with my insurance agent's phone number. She did not even apologize for incorrectly and illegally billing me, and said again that it was "weird" and that she would "just email the billing department." I asked her if I could speak to someone about it or whether she could just void the transaction (as it had only occurred less than 10 minutes ago), and she said she did not have the ability to do anything about it on her end. That was it. Nothing else was offered by her, even though my insurance agent made it clear that I would need to be credited by the clinic and that it was not too late for that to be done. Since at this point I doubted that anyone at this clinic was there to help me at all, I took matters into my own hands and called Zoom+Care's "concern" line upon leaving. The man I spoke to confirmed that matters looked very wrong on his end, and after being on hold for several minutes, confirmed that the woman I dealt with was incorrect to have charged me for anything for anything other than the copay and told me that he would be voiding these charges. I now sit here with severe pain in both arms and am worse off than I had been prior to coming here. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I seriously got a Yelp account just to write this review. I went in feeling pretty awful and was seen almost immediately. I saw Chelsea and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and nonjudgmental, explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood what was going on before she left. I felt like she was really taking the time to just talk to me and educate me, not just get me in and out of the room like I was just some number. In addition, she even took time to talk to me about a few other things that she noticed on my chart that had no relation to what I was coming in for. She is the prime example of a doctor as a teacher. They also have medications right there in the office, so I didn't have to go to a pharmacy. That being said, after I got test results back, they gave me a call and said that I would need a different kind of antibiotic. I just moved so I don't have a new pharmacy yet, but the nurse that I spoke with on the phone asked me where I worked, looked up the closest pharmacy so that I could pick the prescription up right after I got off work and avoid traffic, and called it in for me. That just seemed like a step above. The front desk staff was great as well. They got me in quickly and efficiently and communicated with friendliness and had an excellent knowledge of insurance/pricing/payment options. Also, my boyfriend came in for an appointment as well but has a very high deductible insurance plan. For all of the services he was seen for, his insurance deductible payment would have been around $450, but they allowed him to pay the clinic directly instead of going through his insurance policy for a reduced rate of $130, which is incredible. The physicians assistant seemed queasy and unsure what to do about minor cuts and abrasions. They don't have an X-ray or apparently any competency at cleaning and patching up wounds. If I lived in Seattle, this is where I would go every single time! I woke up at 6:30AM on a Sunday feeling like crap. By 9:00AM I was in the door, and at 9:01 I was seeing the doctor. By 9:15AM I was out the door with my diagnosis and meds. Skeptics might think that was too quick, but it wasn't. I really felt like the doctor took her time with me and really walked through what was wrong and how to treat. The facility is clean and modern and the staff is super friendly. You don't feel like you are walking into a doctors office which is nice. I really loved my experience here and can only hope they expand to the east coast! read more

So I made an appointment at this place per my insurance website. It took me two hours to get there from work and I had to leave early. While I was waiting I was checking my email and realized after I made the appointment that they had sent me some e-mails, which was never told to me when I called in to make the appointment. The email states they only take debit/credit cards. WHAT, I only carry cash for my own personal reasons so they wouldn't see me. they should have told this information to me on the phone so I could have gone somewhere else or taken care of it before my appointment. ALSO the Dr looked at me like I was trash and when the receptionist tried to tell me I could get a visa gift card she told me they wouldn't wait and I would have missed my appointment. The funny thing is they have a TV in the waiting room stating what a great place they are. YEA RIGHT! I will never make an appointment here again and will go to a REAL Dr, instead of what drive thru Dr this is!!! read more

Had an head injury that would not stop bleeding so made an appointment online (which I thought was odd) and showed up at the appropriate time. Was pleasantly surprised at how clean the clinic and how professional the team was! Grace evaluated the injury, discussed the treatment and took care of the would on the spot. I cannot say enough good things about ZOOM Care. I saw provider Chelsea Allin at the Belltown location. It was my first time and I was a bit skeptical because they were not a major provider. I couldn't have been more wrong. The facility was a clean and modern, I was seen in 5 minutes and I was in and out of there in less than 20 mins. Out-of-Town visitors to beautiful Seattle. It has been hot up there and I fell ill to dehydration and orthostatic hypotension. Called Zoom+ and was seen less than an hour later by Grace, who was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and decisive. After vitals and other BP checks, we were sent off to the ER with proper paperwork and were seen immediately at Swedish-CHerry Hill. The office was clean, bright and comfortable. i came here writhing in pain from an ear infection right when they opened on a Sunday morning and they took care of me right away. the nurse practitioner that i met with explained my symptoms, prescribed medication, as well as some OTC relief. the only reason i didn't give them 5 stars is because the experience left me with a hefty charge on my bank account because they were not able to charge my insurance because they couldn't get in touch with them on a Sunday. they assured me that i'll get refunded once they connect with BlueCross during business hours, but i think in 2016 they should have an automated system that takes care of this not at my expense. or, what they could have done, is held my card info, and charged me monday morning if my insurance denied my claim. read more
