A grooming appointment should not take five hours, and it shouldn't be this difficult to schedule one. It also seems like there was confusion between AM and PM. Your business isn't even open at 10:30 PM, so why does your scheduling system allow appointments to be booked at that time? To make things worse, the employee who called me was rude and basically told me, "Better luck next time." There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make the situation right. This was a complete waste of my time. Based on this experience and the poor customer service, I won't be coming back.

He has been…read moregrooming my miniature schnauzer since I rescued her three years ago (she escaped from a puppy mill, and we believe she suffered abuse there). Previously, he groomed my elderly miniature schnauzer for five years till he went to the rainbow bridge). It takes a very special person to groom my rescue girl, with patience and care. Randy is that person. Today, it was extra challenging because my back yard has grown some prickly weeds and she was very matted with the little weeds in her soft fur. I had an appointment with her vet to be fully shaved under anesthesia, but thought I would see if Randy could help first. She came out of the mobile grooming van looking like a movie star! He did not shave her but tediously and lovingly combed out her mats. She looks beautiful (and feels so much better, I am sure). Thank you to Pet Love and to Randy!

You also said my dog look cute once they were done with him? Lol ma'am I have pictures and videos of that as well! That was an extremely horrible job done on my dog. You also mentioned I paid half price??My dog is not a large dog. I paid the same price. I paid every single time. and don't make it seem like they took forever with my dog they've taken longer before. Way longer!
