They just wanted to know names (mine and his) and if he had his rabies shot. They put a plastic tag around his neck, and I handed him over, through the check in window, inside. They put him on the floor in the front office to roam around with 3 other small dogs. I noticed it was a packed house and LOUD. I could barely hear the receptionist over the LOUD barking dogs. There were literally dogs everywhere! Some I saw; others were put away some where. What I gathered is that most of the dogs are able to roam around, until its their turn. Being a new doggy parent, I really didn't expect all of the chaos. Dropped him off at noon and he wasn't ready until 4:45pm. So if you're looking for an in and out type of place, this ain't it! But I was told that if I snag an early appt, like one when they first open, I'll probably only have to wait about 2 hours to get him back. I'll for sure try that next time. Overall, his haircut came out very cute and they did exactly what I asked for: Keep it short, but not shaved. Don't shave his snout. Round face. I paid $60 for a wash, nail trim and hair cut. All of the staff was super nice. They let me take before and after pics and answered all of my silly 1st-Time Dog Mom questions. This was a more inviting experience than his first puppy trim at the local PetSmart but it did take A LONG time. I'll be visiting again, with an earlier appt. to see how that goes. Gave them a 4/5 because it smelled, it was loud, and dogs were just roaming all around in the grooming area. I didn't like that. But I was please with his haircut, he smelled amazing and the staff was super nice.

I was frantically calling around on a Saturday morning to find a vet that not only would squeeze him in, but had in-house labs for the bloodwork! Bingo!! After many failed attempts, these guys were it!! Squeezed me in, were warm and friendly and caring. And THOUROUGH!! LISTENED to our concerns and followed through with them as well! Doctor also did personal research on the breed (my baby is a Savannah kitty) just to enlighten himself on some of his concerns (ie some states this breed isn't legal, are there any special quirks in treating opposed to other cats (no) etc.. and shared his invites with me upon picking him up) That was above and beyond call of duty IMO and appreciated!! His treatment plan was throughly discussed prior to starting... and the pricing was more than fair!!! I'm in this area half the year, and these guys are deff going to be my go-to vet!!! Separate entrances for cats and dogs... and the cat exam room even has a custom tree on the exam table!!

They get groomed here regularly, go for "play days" and are boarded whenever we go to the beach. My pups love going here. They have never made any effort to stay in the car or resist going in. Two of my boys are sort of timid, and if there was any neglect they would not go in. This has never happened, they love going here. Just like children, dogs are all different, but I trust the groomers and owner to tell me if anything is amiss.

In addition we have two other rescue dogs, a heeler, and a mini pin mix AND one pure breed absolutely spoiled West Highland Terrier that would have preferred to be an only child. Our local groomer booted us as we are a difficult family, our horse groomer that tried grooming the dogs, was cornered by our aggressive Pyr, Mason. Zoomin' Groomin' came to the rescue and every two weeks comes down here (45 minutes) and takes care of us... even Mason... You know dogs, even Lenny, our 140 pound cry baby. I am so impressed and pleased with the care, consideration given to our dogs and the skills that you have - they look wonderful and are not traumatized.
