When she moved locations I decided I'm going to try her because I was sick of my old groomer not being reliable. My pup is shy and nervous so of course I was nervous to take her to a new spot. Tali not only made my pup feel comfortable patiently letting her interact with the other dogs she also made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was leaving my dog with family - and that is a great feeling seeing I've only interacted with her once before. Poppy my pup did so good, and the videos and pictures she sent me during the process calmed my nervous heart. And if that wasn't already enough when I picked her up she looked sooooo cute!! I couldn't believe how good she did and how cute she looked. As long as Tali is in business I will take my Pup to her, in my opinion there isn't a better groomer in the valley!

My dog is one of the sweetest and friendliest dogs, especially around people. We bathe him ourselves at home without any issues, and no other groomer has ever described him as difficult. It feels like this was simply an excuse to add an extra charge. To make matters worse, they also wanted to charge me for daycare because they said I didn't pick him up on time. I was actually waiting for a text or phone call to let me know he was ready, but I never received either. Instead, I was the one who had to call and text them to ask if he was finished. When I finally reached them, they claimed they had already texted me and said I would be charged for daycare. This entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Charging extra fees based on questionable reasons and poor communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this groomer based on my experience.

Anyway, fast forwarding.... In the middle of the groom session he called me to come pick up my dogs because he couldn't handle it. He 1/2 way shaved down one of my dogs to the skin and did not touch the other. So I picked up my 1/2 shaven, naked & butchered dog and my untouched dog. If he didn't understand the assignment, he shouldn't have taken the job. I called another groomer and explained the same thing and the situation and the other groomer took me right away and had my dogs looking and smelling nice in no time. It was as if it was nothing for her. Found my new groomer!!!

This is the latest medical recomendation for neutering larger breeds acording to the American Kennel Club: "Research results have shown that early spay or neuter (before the age of 12 months) can impact the incidence of different types of cancer, hip dysplasia, and development of canine cruciate ligament ruptures." I wish this business would take this medical information into account in structuring their requirments for boarding, and make some accommodations for owners who are trying to comply with the best medical advise for their pets.

My problem had to do with their complicated accounting. Their membership fees seem beneficial but they charge separately for services that are normally included in a grooming, and despite my efforts I could not get someone to clearly explain how their memberships were beneficial. I was overcharged twice and although they did agree to reimburse me a couple of hundred dollars, I never received a complete accounting as requested. ( we only used their services twice?) I was the one who had to question the credit card bill and was told that the person with whom I spoke didn't really understand what had happened and would have someone more knowledgeable call me regarding their mistakes. I never heard from anyone. I am again asking for a complete accounting from them on my account. Even with the parking difficult at times, it is unfortunate that their fees were not more clearly explained before I began using their services, because I really like a lot of other things about the facility.

I was able to get different treats for my hamster, treats and pee pads for my sister's rabbit, and food for the dogs and cats for a donation drive. It was a one stop shop! Staff was very accomodating and helpful when I had questions about where to find stuff in this huge space. There really is so much stuff for your pets and also live animals for you to check out. Impressive aquariums with lots of unique fish as well. I highly recommend supporting this small, family-owned business in the valley for all your pet needs!
