They truly have a great selection of products for every smoker's needs. But the best thing about Lincoln Tobacco is hands down the top notch customer service giving by it's employees. They are very knowledgeable, can answer all your questions, and make great recommendations if you're not sure what to get. They aren't the cheapest but, a true smoker shouldn't want cheap products! The prices they charge are quite reasonable. Another great thing about Lincoln Tobacco are their hours. Tuesday-Saturday they are open 8am-3am, Sunday-Monday 8am-11pm so they are open when you need and when it's convenient for you. Not everyone works 9am-5pm so those early and late night hours are super helpful. Plus, it doesn't matter if you walk in right as they open or 30 minutes before they close, you are always welcomed with a "Hello" and a smile. I take two busses from downtown LA, a 1 1/2 hour trip each way for almost a year just to buy my vaping supplies. That should tell you just how great Lincoln Tobacco is.
