Small selection of flavors, but the peppermint, cake batter, and chocolate coffee were my favorites. They're packed with flavor. I really like them. It's cold, refreshing. Not toooooo expensive either.

Clean friendly and it's the first time at this establishment. I was in a mood for a Friday pick me up. Love the fresh yogurt and fruit! I recommend this location! Very quiet . FYI Do not accept Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cash credit only. Lastly the staff is wearing mask. Sanitizer is provided .

Froyo is cool, okay? It's so cool that Google's Android 2.2, unveiled in 2010, was named "Froyo." So there! I don't have the biggest sweet tooth nowadays. Maybe it's because I'm old as dirt or maybe I like my food to match my personality (you know, salty) but I just don't find myself going crazy over dessert. But put me in front of half a dozen froyo machines and I just go crazy for some reason. Like seriously, I lose all self-control and I'm trying to fit like five flavors into a dinky little bowl. It's ridiculous. Flavors like Strawberry Jalapeño, Salted Caramel, Banana Flambé, Nutta Butta, and many more are just so dang enticing. Fun froyo flavors paired with a toppings bar filled with candy, cookies, fruit, and popping bobas honestly what could be better? They also have handy inserts for your cup in case you want to separate your froyo flavors. I walked in there commenting about how full I was on cacio e pepe and salad but I still made a bowl filled with $8 worth of froyo and toppings. Love you, Zoyo.

Zoyo is an Arizona based frozen yogurt company that has locations all over the valley. We could talk about how frozen yogurt, aka "diet ice cream", has many health benefits like live and active cultures for happy tummies or that it is a source of calcium and protein but... Let's get to the really important stuff such as the super fun flavors! Oatmeal cookie, salted caramel, fruity pebble and I about lost all sanity when I saw they had a nutter butter flavor! This location is clean and they have a myriad of toppings including fresh fruit, mochi, popping pearls and nuts. Oh, and there also might be whip cream topping, syrups, sauces, and more than one option of chocolate...Not saying I noticed or anything. The staff is friendly, yet, somehow checking out always seems to take longer than expected. I have a feeling their computer system just doesn't like me. Overall, this Zoyo is one of my preferred froyo spots to visit.

I went in today because I wanted some yogurt something awful. I went fixed my yogurt to my liking and arrived at the register only to learn that they do not accept Apple Pay. There was was standing there feeling horrible and very embarrassed because I only had my Apple Pay. Just then the employee on duty Ian, such a nice young man said that he would pay it for me. I felt so bad but Ian was so nice and understanding. Ian turned which started a bad experience for me into a blessing. I went to my car and asked God to bless Ian for whatever he needs in his life!.

I LOVE froyo - and Zoyo always has the best flavors and toppings! There's also a check in discount and $5 fill ups on Monday's! Bring your pup and you can get them their very own whipped cream cup!

In my last visit, I was very, very disappointed to find out that they removed the tart flavors from the menu.

I was looking for a fun date night and stumbled upon Taz's cooking classes, which all seem to focus on different Asian themes. Mark H. and I have tried repeatedly to cook Thai and Indian curries without any success, so I signed us up for the Korean BBQ night. Little did I know that we would be cooking a Korean BBQ FEAST. We cooked for about 3 hours. Each recipe independently seemed manageable, but who eats a single item at a Korean BBQ? My favorite dishes ended up being the Korean potato salad and, of course, the meat. At the end, we sat together family-style and devoured massive quantities of delicious food that we'd all cooked together. Looking back on the night, there were so many recipes and tips and tricks that there's no way I can keep it all straight. Luckily Taz sent us home with a mini cook book of the recipes we had created! One of the biggest pluses of his course is that he focuses on the ingredients and where to find them - turns out our curries probably weren't going so well since we were getting all our ingredients at Fry's or Safeway. 10/10 will go back again for another night. Can't wait to learn how to cook a good Thai dish!

We had Covid tests prior to the class, Taz purchased all the necessary ingredients, he arrived on time with color printed recipe instructions for us to keep, and he expertly showed us the ropes. He's a down to earth amazing chef, he's professional and courteous, we'll schedule another class with him, and he has our highest endorsement and recommendation. A+++

The kitchen brings out flavorful dishes, the staff keeps the experience welcoming and relaxed, and the space itself carries that lively late-night pocha atmosphere that makes people want to stay, talk, and enjoy the energy around them. What stood out most was how the food, service, and ambiance seem to paint the full experience together in the background -- it feels social, authentic, and full of character rather than overly staged. I occasionally assist with bookings for a K/J-electronica dance music artist who engages with Japanese, Korean, and broader Asian cultural communities through music and visual art. Seeing a venue with this kind of atmosphere immediately feels like a natural fit for creative nightlife energy. Opportunities for live music collaborations are always curated carefully, but if the venue ever explores special music nights in the future, the vibe here already feels like it could support something memorable. Great spot overall and happy it was recommended.

The service was acceptable, it's more of a push-to-order style where you request what you need, which can be convenient. Unfortunately, the food was the most disappointing part of the experience. We ordered three dishes, and none of them met expectations. The dumplings were slimy, and the dough seemed undercooked. The squid was extremely chewy, and the chicken was dry and lacked seasoning. Overall, several items tasted as though they may have been previously frozen. It's possible that this was simply an off experience, but based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

EVIT Bistro 13 sits on the south side of Main Street in west Mesa and is easily passed by; but you…read moreshould look for it and stop in for a bite to eat. Situated in front of a Standard Restaurant Supply store and, appropriately, next to the East Valley Institute of Technology, is a great breakfast and lunch eatery run by culinary students under the tutelage of a chef/instructor. Like most other "school/retail" establishments such as massage schools, beauty schools, hair institutes and the like, two things are prominent here: a great price and value for a product, and a high likelihood of receiving a quality product and service. However, because this is a school run by learning students, there is the chance that one or both of these things will be amiss; but that tends to not be the norm here. Inside there is a travel theme clearly conceived and decorated by students. There are mosaics, paintings and even metal wall art that no doubt has been crafted by EVIT students that fit nicely into a student run/themed restaurant. The colors inside are appealing and attractive, refreshing even. There is also a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy your meal al fresco. From the outside, it is obvious that Bistro 13 is a former fast food building. This allows for ample parking and the presence of a drive-thru. If you are in a hurry or want an order to go, just call ahead and pick up your meal from the drive-thru. Because each order is cooked fresh, service can be a bit slow, but you are rewarded with a hot, fresh and tasty meal. I was told that everything is made fresh, on premises, including such things as dressings, sauces and dips, waffle cut fries and even desserts. In addition, there are daily specials that seem to fit the overall theme of "Global Cuisine," so look forward to additional surprises not seen on the regular menu. One drawback of freshly prepared food cooked to order is that wait times for your meal can go into the 10+ minute range for something like the tasty Panko Chicken Fingers or a Sonoran Chicken Sandwich even when moderately busy. However, the food is generally worth the wait. This is also why you will want to call ahead before using the drive-thru. When dining inside, you order and pay at the counter, then the food is delivered to you by one of the students or instructors. There is real flatware wrapped in napkins and real glassware used for the beverages - so kudos to EVIT for not going the "disposable" route. So what about the food? Besides being hot and fresh, the flavors are distinct, not over the top, and proportionally thought through. There is a nice level of spice, when appropriate, and seasoning is consistently spot-on. The sauces and dressings are tasty and distinct enough from each other to please almost any palette. The fries are seasoned nicely, and are only enhanced by NOT HEINZ ketchup - but a proper International Red Sauce that usually is called catsup. (Read my other reviews and you will know my affinity for catsup that is not the rotten tasting, overly-sweet, lacking real tomato flavor, Heinz variety that is way too prevalent in restaurants today - please, more places offer any other brand besides Heinz, you are doing your food a dis-service by using Heinz). But, I digress. Other notable touches are homemade pickle spears that are crispy crunchy and distinctly seasoned and the ability to substitute bread on a sandwich with two grilled Portobello mushrooms for a low-carb option. Overall, I am impressed with the food choices offered at Bistro 13. Given the reasonably priced menu items, I know most diners will be happy they stopped here. Just know that the hours are limited to two and a half hours for breakfast and three hours for lunch after being closed for an hour in between, so get to breakfast by 9:30am or lunch by 1:30pm and if you go at 10:00am or 2:00pm, you are out of luck; so plan ahead. And yes, they take credit cards. Overall Rating: 4 Stars Food: 4.3 stars Service: 3.8 Stars Cleanliness: 3.6 Stars Atmosphere: 4 Price/Value: 4.5 Stars

Two of my friends could not recommend Manna enough, so I feel lucky I was able to make a reservation the day prior -- lots of places in the area don't take reservations for 10+ people, let alone for groups larger than 8-10, or some other terms and conditions. We arrived and were promptly seated at 2 tables next to another. The staff immediately got us going with drinks. I wish I could remember our main server's name. He was SO patient with us and calmly went thru the menu with his recos based on what we were thinking to eat. We never had to ask him to change out the skillet pan when it was getting burnt nor wait long for meats or sides when we ordered them. He had a sixth sense for them. So I've learned in the last few months KBBQ places usually don't have a full bar as Americans would expect it- most of the time It's different varieties of soju. Both of our tables ordered different foods - for me it was a fun experience trying new meats and flavors. The added value is that per person it's not very expensive compared to non-AYCE type restaurants. I paid ~$35 for myself, including a pop to drink. I was even able to order a meat that no one else wanted at my table, and not feel guilty for it. Definitely would come back here!
