The flavors were rich, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. One thing that really stood out was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and even let me sample the Tonkotsu ramen broth after we ordered. After trying it, I honestly wish I had ordered that ramen--it was outstanding! The restaurant itself was also impressive. The dining area was open, clean, and inviting, making for a very comfortable experience. My only criticism would be the pork chashu. While it was tender, it was a bit plain and could use more seasoning or flavor to match the rest of the dishes, which were excellent. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish.
