I love ice cream. I wish I could eat all of the flavors in one go, but that would just be too much ice cream. It drives me a little crazy that some of the flavors rotate. While good, sometimes I am sad that a flavor has fallen out of rotation. The ice cream that my dad likes from this ice cream shop the best is the Oreo n cold brew. He is a fan of the coffee flavored ice creams. I like the gold medal ribbon and the strawberry cheesecake. The cheesecake has a bit of a sour or tart tang to it. I know that some people like their cheesecake to be sweet through and through. However, others like to have a bit of a sour or tart tang to it to differentiate it from all of the sweetness. The gold medal ribbon is best when it doesn't have any nuts in it. The next time I go back, I might need to get the triple mango as I have not ever tried that one before. I hope they still have it by the time I go back! read more

Please train your staff on cup size we just paid for a banana royal in a kids cup one scoop of ice cream half a banana no toppings offered we had to walk back in and ask for hot fudge and she gave us literally a little squirt we come here all the time usually never have issues read more

I gave this a three because of the young retail clerks behind the counter. Shopping retail Now tips just come up on the receipt to select however what I've noticed they don't say thank you. I mentioned this to the girl and she didn't thank me she said it was expected. The owner is awesome and the ice cream as usual is epic best ice cream on the planet. read more

They are so stingy with their scoops. The portions were shockingly small for the $14.00 we paid for 2 ice creams. the gal was unfriendly and I decided then... not going back. In a time when money is important, they disappoint me. So glad Brewsters is coming to the East Mesa area By Costco. The power and Superstition Baskin Robbins will not get my business back again. Oh and the wagecone was stale too. read more

I walked in the store. It was about 4 o'clock today, Sunday. There was a young girl sitting at a desk in the back and she said hello. I knew what I wanted, but she never asked. She sat at the desk writing, so I walked around and got a little closer to her and then stood at the cash register, just staring at her as she ignored me and kept writing whenever she finished what she was doing she got up to help me. Whatever happened to Customer Service don't these kids realize they're being paid by a boss who owns the store and most certainly wouldn't want them to treat customers that way. I won't be back. I just will not pay for that kind of terrible service. read more

Went last night 30 minutes before close and everything was wrapped up. We ended just getting something from the fridge so we didn't bother the workers. The girls working didnt even acknowledge us when we got there it was really awkward. I understand they were going to close in 30 minutes but a hi would've been perfect. read more

Carli and Juan are amazing. We had a large church youth group come in and they handled it like a breeze. Other patrons came in and they managed all of it like true professionals. They were great. The ice cream was great. The whole experience was great. We love this place! Thanks! read more

The young man that works there during the day is so pleasant and professional. I wish I knew his name; couldn't find my receipt. We ordered two birthday cakes Saturday December 30th 2023. When we went to pick them up he remembered us and got them immediately. The cakes were decorated beautifully; the best we've ever had from a Baskin Robbin's. read more

We love Baskin Robbins, but we pretty much only come for their ice cream cakes... Every year we get a cake for each of our birthdays but we rarely come here other than that. But the cakes are amazing! We'd never go anywhere else for them! Our most commonly bought cake flavor is chocolate cake and chocolate chip ice cream... So few places just have chocolate chip ice cream these days we totally love that BR actually has it. The only downside to this location is its a bit tough to access. I think I drive past it every time I try to go here. Other than that, it's great! read more

Please update your hours of operation that are posted on the internet. We arrived at 11:10 because the internet said you open at 11am. There is a sign on the door that says you open at Noon. We shopped around at a close by store to wait for you to open. Just would have been nice to know that before we left the house to drive to your location. That being said, I will leave a positive comment and say that your ice cream is the best!! Soft serve is no where near the deliciousness of Baskin Robbins. Awesome tasting ice cream and we also love your cakes for birthdays which is what we wanted to pick up at 11am. Thanks for the great work. I enjoy going to Baskin Robbins for ice cream. I have since I can remember. This store isn't much different than the rest. No longer 31 flavors, now around 20 the ice cream is as good as ever sending me back in time down the nostalgic paths of my youth. My favorites are New York cherry which they didn't have today and pistachio almond which they did have. This store is a little smaller than most and seating is limited. the few tables there were had not been cleaned. (A personal gripe of mine.) There are freezers full of frozen cakes and other treats. The girl stocking the freezer was more concerned about filling it than cleaning the dirty table she was setting the frozen cakes on to put away. Yes I'll be back but you better believe I did mention the dirty tables as I was leaving. read more

I scream, You scream, We all scream for Ice Cream!! I love ice cream and I am a fan of Baskin Robbins. This particular location is small with just a few tables for seating, but not really a big deal. What was an issue was the cleanliness, the tables were dirty, the counter was dirty and the floor needed to be swept. But that issue did not deter me from enjoying the ice cream yumminess. I let the girl know I needed a minute to decide and she gave me the time needed to stare at the deliciousness that sat behind the glass. Finally I ordered 1 scoop of the pistachio almond on a sugar cone. YUM! The service is fast, friendly and efficient. I will be back for a treat. read more

Went in to use up my gift cards in app they used $15.42 worth of gift cards for an order just under $10 order ( 1 scoop chicolate cake cone, 1 scoop jamoca almond fundge, 1 scoop of mint chocolate chip both in cups) the boy behind the counter joked that he was keeping the overage for himself. Still had to pay an additional $.79 cents for order. read more

Went here 5/29/16 because I was craving ice cream extremely bad and when I got there it wasn't crowded but there was a good amount of people. It was hot inside to the point where some of the ice cream selections were melting, that was a red flag but I didn't mind because none of of the flavors I was getting were. So anywho I let my toddler try a couple flavors and got my ice cream, payed $13 or so. Now when I got home I gave my son his and my boyfriend his and proceeded to eat mine. Now my boyfriend and I both got a waffle cone, mine was stale his wasn't I thought oh well I'll just eat my ice cream and as I'm eating my ice cream I find a bug I'm devastated and sick to my stomach. I had a very light sorbet and it was a black bug, it almost makes me wonder if he seen as he was scooping.. I will never go back and snatched away everyone's ice cream and threw them away as well. read more

I have been to this baskin robbins many times and the staff is really great. They give excellent scoops and give you toppings of whatever you want. One time this young boy named Eddie I think, helped an old lady all the way to her car with the items she bought and I think that was really cool. read more

Omg yum. Love my Mother's Day Pie. Thank you thank you! You only loose one star b/c I overheard the pie chick say over the phone "what pie order?" Plus I hate how the interior of your store is set up since everyone is bunched at the door since the register is at the door! Not a good set up for busy times. read more

Went in to Baskin Robins for my first time to order a cake for my fiancé 22 birthday and the girl was super sweet and was awesome! On February 4 around 3 I went in to pick up my cake and stood in line behind an older lady that was being helped by the manager. I patiently waited for about 8-10 min to be helped and a younger lady walked in and was immediately helped by another worker. So I again waited to be helped. A lot of people began to walk in and the girl working the register walked away to help the people who walked In after me. So AGAIN I was forced to wait. After a few more minutes the manager finished helping the older lady, she walked out and the manager walked away to help all the other customers in the store. I had to scream "EXCUSE ME" just to get help. I don't think I'll be going back read more

This location isn't so great... the sneeze guards are never closed on the freezers which seems unsanitary and doesn't keep them as cool. As a result several flavors of ice cream usually have a significant layer of melted ice cream on top of them, so watch out for that when you order. There are even a few sneeze guards that are cracked and have been fixed with tape for at least a few weeks! Had the employee Audrey today who seems easily confused and generally uncooperative... maybe she's new? Generally speaking v this location is probably one of the worst baskin Robbins I've been to read more

Mmm ice cream! This is a tiny place but it has everything there that baskin offers. The ice cream is very good and the smoothies are on point. Staff are nice and don't rush you... Though on dollar scoop Tuesday's you can tell they are stressed due to the line out the door. All In all they are very nice people who run the shop :) read more

It's a very very small place you can't. Really sit and eat your ice cream. They have no bathroom around three small tables inside and out. You can't move around if there is more then six people wanting ice cream. The ice cream was ice cream when you want it. But it's not really space that says come in sit down enjoy your ice cream. It's more like come in hurry up take your damn ice cream and get out. Workers where meh adding to the feeling that they don't want you there. read more

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. I make it a point to stop at any location at least once a week. I will try to avoid this particular location in the future though. When I walked in, the girl that was working was on her cell phone engaged in what seemed to me, to be a personal phone call. I walked up to the ice cream freezers where you place your order. I am a regular, so I always order the cheesecake on a regular cone, so I knew what I wanted and was ready to order. I let the girl know that by staring at her with a smile on my face for at least 2 minutes while she finished up her phone call, then when my friend that was with me asked about a coffee beverage the girl did not say a word, she just pointed at the menu behind her with bad attitude. My friend asked her to explain the difference between the menu items. With very low enthusiasm the girl gave a brief explanation in a very snooty tone. after our order was complete and we were walking over to the register, the girl pulled out her phone again and proceeded to send a text message on her phone before ringing us up at the register....... how rude. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. The customer service at this location was terrible and I will try to avoid this location at all cost. read more

I bought 3 single scoop in 3 different cups. As I took a spoonful of my ice cream I pulled out a hair from my ice cream....long blonde hair. We were already on our way to out to our destination and couldnt turn back. Called store and the girl behind counter wanted me to go back for another scoop???!!!??? No! I dont think so....as we had walked in, she had been working on that same flavor of ice cream I ordered. Blonde hair girl with long hair....Yuck!!! read more

I ordered the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and the staff asked me which kind of chocolate I wanted with it. I asked for her recommendation and she suggested dark chocolate. I went with that and it was delish! It wasn't too sweet. My husband and I shared the big cup, but could have easily devoured a cup each!

No attention to detail on walls, floors or even the mirror. Patio outside stained everywhere and not just from today. Entrance with windows and ice cream sandwiches seats were also fithy. Part of having a business is taking care of ALL of it.
