They only have one bathroom, though, so be sure to give yourself extra time to use it before your appointment. The massage beds were heated, and both of our massages were clearly personalized with unique techniques. I didn't even realize I had knots in my chest, and the way she worked on my shoulder blades was unreal. We both agreed this was one of the best massages we've had in the past year. All of our friends also had great experiences, so I highly recommend getting a massage here if you're in the area.

I got a couples massage at the Grand America Salt Lake City a few months ago, so I had to compare that with my experience with the massage at St. Regis. Which place did it better...I would have Grand America over Remede at St. Regis. The massage was good but not good enough to say I'd go back to get a couples massage there again for what we paid. I felt my left side didn't get as much attention as my right side. There was a tub there but not for use at all for couples massage. At Grand America there isn't a tub but you and your guest get to shower under 16 shower heads for a few minutes before doing the massage. The Remede spa has a lot more light snacks (nuts, fruit bars, chocolate bites) water, and other niceties than at Grand America. Spa attendants were wonderful but if you're going to drop some serious cash for luxury spa massage, I'd go to Grand America instead and while still expensive, not as expensive as Remede for the massage experience. Remede offers 50, and 80 minutes. Grand America offers 50, 80 and 2 hours for couples massage. Something to consider if you're considering couples massage.

The woman at the front desk looked bothered that we were talking to her. She was chewing on her finger nail so I'm sure that was more important than showing some kind of interest with us being there. My GF sits down with the hairdresser who was going to do her blowout for her, she goes on to ask are you sure you want this? We were attending a party that night so she wanted to look her best. The hairdresser just needed touch up the blowout that was just done a week before. This place made her feel super uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. It seemed as if we bothered them by being there.

There was no lounging to be done here before or after my service. If I'm going to drop $400 on a service, I just expected a bit more from the overall experience of spa itself. Not sure I'd be back to give it another try after this experience. It just wasn't anything special.
