But I stay quiet and she proceeds. After about 2 mins using her hands , she starts using this hand held roller for 30 mins on my back. She then leaves my back completely uncovered and moves on to my legs , and uncovers both my legs leaving the blanket in a pile on my butt. I was confused as to why I was completely uncovered while she was just working on my leg. At this point I am certain that she isn't a professional massage therapist. I continue to let the foolishness go on because I so desperately needed a massage. She ask me to turn over on my back while barely covering me and I tell her I want her to work on my neck and back more . So she confusingly tells me to turn back over on my stomach then drives her elbow into my neck, I had to tell her to stop. She massages my feet and slaps some lukewarm towels on them after she was done . I was appalled, but also relieved it was over . I kept waiting for it to get better , but it never did . Let me preface that I've been here before, and have had many encounters at other establishment, but none lived up to this experience. I came with a friend after a long 12 hour shift, and had noticed that am that my left foot was very sore and the ball of my feet were tender. I was massaging my feet driving because it was so uncomfortable. So when I got off I debated between being good and working out or getting this massage to make me feel better, and boy am I glad I chose the later. For $30 you get an hour foot massage and this includes a 10-15 min head and neck massage, also heavenly. I told my masseuse the problem spot and he put a lot of pressure on it which made me wince but it also felt so good. My friend and I walked out like we were on cloud 9. This establishment is clean, has great masseuse, and for the price and location, it's hard to beat. My only con is that due to the language barrier, communicating can be hard, and sometimes the masseuse likes to talk to each other during the massage and makes it harder for the client to relax. I originally had a lady and her pressure was very weak and I think she was doing her best but she was older so not sure she could really give deep pressure. A man arrived about 15 minutes into my massage and they switched out which was great because he had much more pressure. However, did not help because the gloves they use cause a dry feeling. After the foot massage I moved on to the chair and that was HORRIBLE! He did not use gloves with the chair massage but her also did not use lotion so once again a very dry dull experience. Lastly when I went to check out the man told me the machine was down and if I could pay cash. I told him the lady did not tell me that when I checked in. He asked if I could leave them my credit card information on a piece of paper (HECK NO)! That's literally insane to ask someone that and also who is crazy enough to leave credit card information on a paper. Once I told him I was uncomfortable doing that, all of a sudden the machine magically started working. There are many other places so I don't suggest coming and I won't be back.
