We had Bill come out in an emergency repair. We just had new floors and the washer hose popped off…read moreafter being taken off. The clamps from the manufacturer were so crappy. We cleaned up with the shop vac after getting our new floors all wet. Hubby ran to Home Depot and grabbed some automotive parts actually to keep it on tight. In the meantime of waiting for Bill as he told me it'd have to be his final stop. His wife told me Monday- we could not wait until Monday. We still had Bill look at our dishwasher which has been clogged for 6+ months- we've just been washing by hand. Bill found that clog right away. He is a great guy- kinda reminds me of my Dad with all his handy fix-it's. He gave us lots of ideas for other things he probably saw would be issues around our kitchen at no further cost. He didn't overcharge us for the emergency visit which after speaking to several other companies that couldn't get out right away they wanted to charge bigtime to bump us up to the top. By 945 I hadn't heard anything and called to see when about they would be there. The best that I got was before 11 o'clock. Asked if she would call the tech. She was extremely rude but did it. Then she picks back up and tells me he said before 11 o'clock wow. I cancelled the appointment. If I'm getting attitudes before they even show up 9 times Out of ten it's bad news.

Charged us to diagnose their bad replacement part. These guys are crooks. Plenty of far more reputable companies out there that don't replace old parts with even older parts and try to charge you for it.

I was referred to this company by my brother, the first person that I…read moretalked to was Al, according to him he is the manager, he sent a person by the name of Ron, I think I know more about appliances than him, he asked me for a 350 deposit , to buy parts because according to him he had fix his sister in laws washer witch it was the same model washer with the same problem 2 weeks prior , he made me wait 2 weeks for him to came back because he kept saying that the parts were running late, he finally came over just to find out that apparently it was not the same problem that his sister in laws washer, so now his story was that it wasn't worth to fix the washer, so after 3 weeks now the washer do not have a solution, so now he is telling me that I have to wait one more week to get 250 back , not the 350 that I gave him but 250 because he was charging 100 to let me know 3 weeks later than my washer couldn't be fix, I patiently waited the extra week to get my money back, I was supposed to get my money yesterday Friday January 9th , I just texted him today Saturday to ask about my money , and now his story is that he sent the money to my wife yesterday at 7am, he doesn't even have my wife's number so I want to know where did he send the money to, odviously he Is a lier, and he wants to keep my money, I just called Al ( the manager) again and he said that he can not talk to him until Monday lol, this company is a freaking joke, from top to bottom.. beware of their tactics , they obviously do not know what they are doing .

You assume the factory is doing a good job and the team that checks does the same thing. Unfortunately Ron was not that lucky. He just had hoped to finish the job and combine some trips in the same area. But because of Ron's great attitude and personality he is making another trip!. Thanks Ron for being so thorough and pleasant through this job. Ron did a great job fixing the panel on the stove and now has to make still another trip to replace a bulb that should have been in the package with another part. Thank You so Much for your efforts.
