We were there for a while but the time there it was well. I really like how clean and comfortable it was in the waiting room. They also have vending machines and coffee. I understand this clinic triages patients based off of condition, but 5 hours is way too long. But after waiting 5 hours and discharging my dog, we were finally given our bill. READ YOUR BILL VERY CAREFULLY. This clinic seems to bill additional services that may not be needed for your pet. I ended up paying $600 less than my original bill because I refuted the unnecessary charges. Just be prepared to wait a long time if your pet's injury/condition isn't life threatening. Also, be prepared to read and question your statement of charges.

I took my pup there . it was so clean, staff was so friendly, caring and wuick to get him back to the vet. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Abby Moore. She was exceptional: very caring, explained everything and how a tail stitch can be difficult especially with a hyper pup that loves wagging his tail. Soon after Happy, I was rescued by a darling little kitten whom we named Ysobella. After 13 happy years with Happy, there came a time when, due to the negligence of a groomer, Happy's back was injured and never got better. After a year of watching him in pain we decided that it was time to let our little guy go. Dr. Scotti came to our home, and gently, kindly and lovingly, helped us put Happy to sleep in the arms of my daughter and I. I am grateful to this day for his kindness. Happy loved Dr. Scotti and Dr. Escobar but hated the going to the vet part. Dr. Scotti's kindness made Happy's passing easier. Last year, we had to put our beloved Ysobella down due to chronic heart failure. Dr. Escobar was as gentle and kind, understanding and supportive as he could be during those final moments of Ysobella's life. Now, I have two wonderful, amazing beautiful kittens, Lucifer and Alexandra, who are being cared for by Dr. Kilgore. What I love most about Springfield Veterinary Center is that EVERYBODY, from Mrs. Dr. Escobar who works at the front desk, to the techs who assist, to the doctors themselves truly love their patients and are so kind and generous to the pet owners. They are invested in making sure that our pets are healthy, happy, loved and well taken care of and they show this through their approach to these pets. They told us that he was being playful and had us feeling like our pup was doing better. They gave him fluids and then some medicine to take home. His issue did not get better, but have gotten worse and when I called to get an update on what we should do next and was told I would receive a call back. They called my fiance and she expressed our mutual frustration. And was told "this is the level of care you paid for". I'm sorry. If you take your kid to the er and all you can afford is a set amount and they do no more than that to help him feel better. How can they say they care about our pets when it feels like the employees may care but the business does not. Would not recommend to anyone. *Update* still have not heard anything back from partners regarding this matter. We got our pup into another vet and found out his kidney numbers are through the roof. He is going in today for treatment.
