He never tried to oversell me on anything even though he easily could have done so. He walked me around and helped me get everything that my husband would need to stay warm and have an epic time snowboarding. His passion and thoughtfulness shone through. He was answering phone calls, handling other customers and juggling me with ease. Super fantastic. Will come back to Sterling or Fairfax for any future needs. Sedar the Team member working this day greeted us warm and friendly as soon as we walked in the store. Sedar gave us a friendly quick tour after we let her know we were looking for vinyl albums. The organization of the albums were very good as well as the grades listed on the each album. I slowly went through the selections and picked up about few. sedar did interact with us a few times and made the visit warm and welcoming. I actually bought a few more albums because I felt comfortable about the business style and layout. We bought 10 albums at about 200.00 and feel great about the quality.
