Selection of clothing is pretty good but the prices are very high since they stock mainly big and tall merchandise which they charge a pretty penny for (or would that be nickel now that they stopped minting pennies?). I located what I needed after a lengthy search since some stock was not organized properly and checked out in a longer amount of time than it should have required. I popped in here for the free Kohl's Cash event and while I only scored a free $5, I still found a couple things to spend it on (and then some). Staff on both floors were friendly, and there were deals to be had. But it was odd to see large chunks of the salesfloor devoid of any merchandise. With the clearance racks unorganized and crammed full, why you wouldn't spread things out more to make it easier to look at the racks and use up the empty space is beyond me.

Had a pleasant chat with a sales person about shopping for a Father's Day gift, it was helpful. Once I found the item, made an effort to look for their register to make the purchase. This could be considered a luxury garment, it's a special occasion & thought it'ld be nice to have a garment bag for the present. When asked, the team member excused themselves and returned with the gift enclosed in a dry cleaners type, flimsy plastic bag knotted at the bottom. I was a bit puzzled since the person seems to be professional and understood. When asked again, they checked w' another team member & returned with the comment more or less: "that kind of bag could not be given to me because of that kind of spend..." The tone was different and seemed discourteous. In a normal way asked how much I could purchase one for. I'ld like to say that I wasn't asking based on the retail or the final sales price of the garment (good value), it was from what I thought was a conversation about me finding a cool gift. During 20+ years as a purchasing customer, haven't needed anything like this so thought it was a reasonable ask. It was suggested that I could go to customer service, maybe they could provide one, but were not sure? I would've preferred a simple no thank you, that's not available rather than the snarky, condescending remark.
