Nice kohl's location! Candidly, I came here for an Amazon return. They do have an Amazon return on the right side of the store, in the back corner. There was only one person in front of me. And the employee helped them pretty quick and then it was my turn. Gave him my two returns with my barcodes and voila! All done. On my way out I saw some super cuteeeee Halloween pillows, that I had to get! My Kohls charge card got dusted off and used lol It makes me so happy to see all the Halloween stuff coming out. I was a customer of KOHLS over 10 years and bought all my dress and casual cloths from them. But I have found out in recent past the cloths they sell is very poor quality and charge premium price. Recently I bought two dress shirts and I used one shirt. After one wash the shirt got shrink and could not wear it because it was too tight. This was the second inferior quality they sold. The first one is a dress pant. When I took those items back the KOHLS outlet refused to exchange it. That was my last purchase and no more a customer of kohls anymore. When I report this unethical business practice to there management the reply was " each outlet have their own policies of returns". Good for them. No more shopping at KOHLS. I remember when I used to shop here all the time. They always had some cute things here. But honestly, this store has kinda gotten very empty and there's not much to get here. Also the pricing is a little on the high side. I came here to pick up an online order and it was a bit confusing on the pick-up area. The space is just open and anyone can just grab it. But there was an employee that was nice to help me find my item. I have mixed reviews on Kohl's. My biggest complaint is that their clothing and home items are a bit overpriced. There's pretty much always a sale going on, but sadly, it never seems to help the inflated price tag. My mom is a major Kohl's fan, so I've been shopping with this department store for years. Here are a few things I like: 1. Office wear. Kohl's is one of the few places you can still find appropriate office wear. Trendy stores still crop their professional clothing, making it impossible to wear to a work outing. 2. Their partnership with Amazon. I absolutely love Amazon returns via Kohl's. Returns are incredibly easy and they always give you a 20% off coupon for a Kohl's purchase. I have a tradition of buying a seasonal candle with each coupon. This is my treat for completing a dreaded errand. 3. Home goods. Kohl's has great quality towels, comforters, and pillows. They also always have the cutest themed items depending on the upcoming holiday. 4. Their collab with Sephora. I'm writing this on behalf of my mom. She went in here and spent almost $200 for them to treat her so poorly. First of all, when my mom was checking out she was berated so heavily by the cashier to get a credit card that she became so flustered and in the mist of it all, forgot to grab the gift card she purchased for my sisters birthday. Hours later when she was wrapping gifts and realized, she returned only to be treated like a thief. I get it, people do this, it happens, there are thief's in this world but for the manager to not only refuse to personally speak to her and only speak to her through an employee via a walkie talkie but she lied and said that they reviewed the footage and the cashier indeed gave her the card so she needs to leave the store and check everywhere and come back tomorrow if she still can't find it so they can resolve it then. My mom was there for over an hour when another employee finally piped up and said "oh, did the gift card you purchase look like this?" To which my mom said yes, they matched the numbers to her receipt and became extremely apologetic when they realized my mom was in need correct, the gift card did not leave the store with her and that was in fact her gift card. The manager obviously lied when she said she reviewed the footage and personally saw the cashier hand her the gift card. I'm also reporting this to corporate, absolutely disgusting and embarrassing behavior. Do your job correctly or quit and hopefully they'll hire a more competent manager. read more

Well for one they no longer honor our coupons we earned purchasing merchandise after the expiration date. The employees told me they honor them 10 days after the expiration date since I was on vacation. Mackenzie, store manager, did not honor them. I went in to get my grandson new shoes. I'm handicapped. I parked in their handicap places. Found shoes gotten in line to check out. Was told when I finally got up there. It was like maybe six people in front of me that it was an Amazon only return area and I had to go to the front of the store to check out being handicapped. I told the girls she lost a sale handed her the shoes she can put them back. I doubt I will ever walk in the store again I think it's a really poor way to treat people who are handicapped. It's nice to shop when literally no one around BUT the workers get too comfy. Walked up to check out. Not greeted. No eye contact. One of my items didn't have a tag. She looked and looked. I would normally offer to get the item (she knew exactly where the item was). She asked me to go grab one because her coworker was on a break?! I said; no! You guys aren't busy and you have people that can help you. I got a blank stare and she called for help. Someone came and helped her right away. I'm sorry Jacquelin but I'm not going to do your job especially when it's obvious that the store is SUPER slow and there's other people that can help. I asked her about the additional 15% off and I got a blank stare and she said she didn't know. They should have a HUGE disclaimer in their store, app., and online about this since it is part of their business model. Also, if a customer says they should make this fact known to customers, please don't come back like a prick and say it's on the receipt. It's not on the emailed receipt rude a**. The receipt says explicitly to return to ANY Sephora location. That is where Sephora Corporate should say **exempt items purchased at Kohls Sephora. I've now made my third trip into this store and I had to walk out about 5 minutes after entering into the store. the store is pumping some kind of scent into their store that makes you feel as if you just walked into a cloud of out dated cheap perfume! This review is specifically for Joshua at the Amazon returns. I was in line waiting to return 5 items and Joshua had been super friendly with everyone he was helping. I thought, oh that's cool, he seems to be a happy guy. He finishes helping the lady before me and then take his time labeling her return and putting it where it needed to go. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but now I know he was trying to avoid helping me and was hoping the other girl would finish up with her customer first. Anyways, he stands back at his register area and doesn't say a word to me. So I walk up and say I have a return..obviously. He scans my code and says ok it's for 4 items. I say oh it's supposed to be for 5 and I check to see what was missing and took the item that was not on the return out of the box. I said ok let's refund those 4 and then I'll get back in line to figure out what's going on with this one. After he tells me "I don't know what you did". Not sure why he's feeling the need to place blame on me at this point. So I start walking away to get back in line since I thought he finished the return for the 4 items. Then he says that I can't do more than one return a day and if I don't do them all now "it's a done deal". So I say, I'm not sure what you're asking me to do and walk back over to him. I show him that something is going wrong with the Amazon app by clicking on the item that isn't on the return and the app says I already started the return. I show him this twice and he says nothing while I'm doing it. Then loudly says that I didn't click on the item he told me to and I messed it up and I'm doing it all wrong. So I tell him that I'm not blaming him for anything, but he watched me do it twice so I'm not doing it wrong. Then he says he's not going to argue with me. Mind you, he had a bad attitude with me before I even got it him. The girl next to him asks me if anything is ok because she can clearly tell he's being a jerk for no reason. I tell her it's ok because he seems like the kind of person that would hold it against her for helping. Sweet girl btw. Anyway, I have him return the 4 items and walk away with the 5th item. Before I'm even 20 ft away, he starts complaining about me to the next customer. So I had to pull a "I need to talk to the manager" line. He could have waited until I got out of the store. Also, while waiting for the manager, I realized that the return he processed now only showed 3 items instead of the 4 we originally saw on the return. Again, this was an issue with the app and still not blaming him, but his attitude towards me sucked and he made a bigger deal out of everything than what was needed. I understand that a lot of customer service people get mistreated and blamed for things out of their control, so I always try and be mindful and respectful, if not friendly. I was trying to figure it out and not hold up the line, but he clearly needs to work on his customer service skills when something is not the usual easy scan and box return. The manager said she would talk to his boss about it and that he shouldn't be talking crap about customers at all. Hopefully, that happens because he seemed like a decent guy with everyone else. It's almost like he assumed I was going to be a difficult customer just by looking at me and because of his assumption, took everything I was saying as being argumentative or blaming him when I was just explaining what was happening. read more

I came to this Kohl's this morning to purchase some clothing. When I went to check out with cashier named "Depa", she asked my boyfriend, " do you have a kolhs account with us, if you sign up with us you'll get an extra 35% off". That sounded like a great idea to do who wouldn't want that. Anyway come to find out she signed us up for a credit card and never disclosed that to us once!! That is totally unprofessional and uncalled for, she never mentioned that to us once and so when we went to go back and ask her about what she did, she tried to cover up her actions and told us she showed us a paper which is totally untrue. It's shocking an employee has the audacity to straight up lie!! I kept it short and told her, she needs to disclose that to customers what they are signing up for!! So unacceptable!! read more

Big lot for parking, fairly easy store to navigate, but... lot of items were sold out? It could have been due to the holidays (not long after Christmas). They were all sold out of every essential oil diffuser except one. Popular holiday gift item, I guess! When I was in, there were plenty of staff members working at the tills, though I didn't see anyone roaming around offering any assistance on the floors. (That would have been useful, as I didn't know where the home section was. Luckily, I found what I was looking for on the way to the restroom - haha.) I guess the one thing that puzzles me about Kohl's is the pricing: I've noticed that things are priced differently at different stores on the same day. And, at one store, things can change price quite frequently. I guess what I learned is that if it's not on sale right now, don't buy it, because it will be soon. I went to Kohl's today to do an amazon return. While there my 6 year old son got separated from me and I could not find him I told one of the cashiers at the front and she immediately alerted the store manager who called employees to the front to make everyone aware of the situation and had someone monitoring the exit to make sure no one left with him. He was quickly found holding some cookies he was trying to buy haha. It was an emotional reunion and I was SO grateful to the kind lady who found him and the quick actions of all the staff. I do like Kohl's but came home tonight with about 15 clothing items, 2 of which still had security tags attached noticed when I got home! No beep no buzz no alarm when exiting doors!! A pain...now I have to trek back there stand in line again to have them removed. Called manager who just said I apologize! SEEMS THIEVES ARE WELCOME here as their security tags don't work. I'm pissed cause I bought a pair of pants specifically for tomorrow night and can't wear them with a security tag on since I don't have time to go there between now and then! Maybe figure out another system for the items that have security tags attached. The gal checking me out had a line of 6 people, requested back up which FINALLY came so perhaps she was rushing? I came into the store on January 29, 2021 to purchase a ninja air fryer. It was not in the store, that can be purchased through the kiosk. An amazing woman named Pauline came to my rescue and helped assist me with the kiosk. I always have trouble with it. Pauline helped by assisting the entire transaction on the kiosk. She was absolutely such a caring, very hands-on helpful person. She's got an amazing personality and definitely makes a person feel right at home. Went on one of those 24 hours all day openings. This particular location wasn't bad at all. The place was organized and had decent all around choices. Their shoe section wasn't that great though. They have a good children's section in terms of clothes and toys. Considering it was one of those 24 hour events for the holidays, they managed to keep the store fairly organized. I would sign up for their rewards cards to take advantage of the deals but forego the charge card. Otherwise, all around good feng shui, I would come back here again if I was in the neighborhood. read more
