Once they learned we were shopping for my daughter's 21st birthday, they went above and beyond to make the experience even more memorable. They treated us like family. Zero Quality Control, Repeated Mistakes…read more My experience with this tailor involved two separate instances of service failure on the same suit, resulting in wasted time, significant inconvenience, and double the cost of alterations. I strongly advise prospective customers to seek a different, more reliable establishment. First Incident (June - Pants Alteration Failure): Bought a suit for my graduation and they forgot to take in the pants. When I pointed out the error, the staff attempted to justify the fit by claiming it was "supposed to be loose," despite the result being clearly incorrect and unwearable. Second Incident (November - Jacket Alteration Failure): I returned in November for the same suit, this time, for the jacket to be taken in. The tailor correctly measured the jacket, but failed to write the measurements onto the slip. When I picked up the suit, the jacket had not been altered at all. Due to these two separate and avoidable errors, I am now forced to rush to a different tailor at the last minute to have the jacket fixed correctly, having to pay for the required alterations TWICE. The consistent lack of attention to detail and failure to follow basic process management makes this establishment impossible to recommend if you need professional, reliable, and timely service.

The shoes remain unworn, but the store has refused to refund the original payment method. The problem is the lack of transparency, not simply the policy. After buying presents for everyone else on our list, we bought sneakers for us. The staff happily showed us all the styles we wanted to try. We both chose Ball Stars, and he customized his laces. The Ball Star leather is super soft and comfortable. I personally have collapsing arches, so I replace their insert with my own arch support insert. These designer sneakers may be pricey, but they are so comfortable and I wear them daily! Happy customer. The store is super bright and inviting, offering their signature distressed sneakers (including many special editions), as well as some apparel items.
