He got under the truck to examine due to a small puddle of oil. He confirmed it was clearly not a "loose oil drain bolt" and stated it was obvious to anyone the leak was a bigger issue; possibly to do with the oil pan due to the amount of oil throughout the undercarriage. They did state the issue would be looked into and fixed prior to taking ownership of the truck but were clear it couldn't be looked at or addressed the "same day" as the mechanic location down the street had just shut down for the day and everyone had left. So this claim that it was fixed the same day is highly suspect and further leads me to believe this is a dishonest business. Either they lied about being able to look at it while I was there or they are lying about fixing the issue the same day. Being we are confident it wasn't a drain plug issue, you the reader of this, can do the math. As I stated, due to the issues I did start with a very low out the door offer of $30k, which the owner points out but does not mention the fact they came back stating the full price plus all costs...I countered with an offer of $35k out the door and was brushed off. At that point I asked if they had any intention on negotiating the price wherein I was told what I outlined in my original review. All of this aside, there is no excuse, and not shockingly no apology, for running my credit prior to any negotiations taking place. I hope this review saves at least one other person from making the mistake of doing business at this location.

The front carpets were soaked with water so we assumed that it was probably from getting the car rush washed since we called the morning of the day we wanted to purchase it. They said it was due to cleaning but the engine bay was super clean so we figured they spray washed it and it got inside the car and into the electrical. We bought it $18k in cash. We purchased a shammy warranty on top of the price of the car. We bought the car during the day so we didn't realize the electrical problems such as the headlights not working until the third day we had the car when we drove it at night. We decided we didn't want to keep the car since we were within our three day window even though we knew we would lose $1k. We brought it back the third day and they said it didn't count because when we bought the car Saturday afternoon that counted as the first day. They "repaired" the car after having it for a week. We got it back and the air didn't work. I called them and of course they didn't call me back. We took the car to our mechanic and spent an additional $1100 on getting the a/c corrected. Run FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place. Warranty didn't cover it. Shocker. Their cars are junk. We have purchased used cars from dealers with no issues. This place lacks integrity.
