Thankfully I'll live by the beach until the last six years and then noticed all of the issues. I had to wait to get back to California because the other Honda dealerships would not honor the warranty. Then the warranty was extended and Honda said that they would take care of it. Not only did they not fill up any of the fluids in the vehicle or check any of them as their documentation stated, my vehicle had no oil in it for some reason after we left! I notified them the following day when my car was not acting properly and was showing no oil. They said it's impossible because they topped everything off and didn't notice any issues with the vehicle. I drove it again and ended up having to pull over after the car turned off and there was no oil in the car. So I had to put oil in the vehicle which was like 50 bucks worth of oil at the gas station. In the middle of the night by the way and thank God I had just dropped a friend off otherwise it would've stopped in the middle of the freeway! Took my car to my mechanic he said I was driving the car with no oil that I had only put three in and it needed for and I told him it was like zero the night before. Even though I had taken it in and they said they checked all fluids! My mechanic confirmed that there was no leak. He said it sounds like they were going to do an oil change or they drained it and then did not put the fluids back in. Everything was empty in my car so I don't know if they flushed it or what every single fluid in my vehicle except for a steering wheel I believe is the only one that they didn't have to fill up. Mind you on the paperwork specifically it says all fluids checked everything filled condenser and compressor replaced and none of it was done. I addressed this concern while I was there because it was taking such a long time and they had so many cars there already and continuously arriving. Even while I was sitting in service the loudspeaker stated that they had too many cars there that they were not going to be able to get to all of them and when I asked the service manager about that he said no it's fine everything will be done. Suddenly my car was finished an hour later just in time for them to close. Meanwhile no oil no fluids they put Freon but did not fix the condenser or the compressor. So now we're in the dead of summer and my Freon is running low and my mechanic confirmed that the condenser and compressor was not changed! I bought my vehicle from this location I had the paperwork for the warranty specifically for these two parts on the recall. Not only did Honda not take care of me in taxes. The location that I bought my car from did not take care of me and lied. Today I was on the phone two different times for 20 minutes waiting for the general manager to call me back that the salesman who had assisted me in the past asked that I speak with and I was hung up on. Haven't spoken to anybody about the incident except for what I have thankfully on email and the paperwork from before. Do not go to this location for cells or service. The only reason I had a good experience with cells was because of the gentleman that used to be the journal manager. He is no longer at that location. I will never do business with this location again unless they can thoroughly show and confirm that all work has been concluded on my vehicle. absolutely awful experience as far as service goes especially when I'm seeing things and hearing things and they are telling me that it didn't happen or everything's fine and then it turns out that it's not and they're just waiting for me to not have warranty to cover it again. One owner, clean Carfax woman driven (name of owner was in the original manual package), always garaged 2004 Infinity I35...with 23,700 miles. That is 1,370 miles a year. Flawless interior and just a few minor flaws outside. Literally looks like a new car and drives like one. At a time when the used car market is way over price this was like a new car for $8,900.
