I ordered the bouquets and boutonnières for my wedding 2.5 months in advance, gave them photos of what I wanted, they wrote down their own notes on the photo printouts and I checked in with them 3 days before I was supposed to pick them up & they assured me it would be ready. I gave them extra time and showed up 45 mins later than when I was originally supposed to have picked them up and they all just stared at me blankly and hadn't done anything but the boutonnières (1 out of 5 of those was done incorrectly too). They had the order form and the photos in their hand and they still were acting like that was the first time they were looking at the order request. I missed half of my own wedding rehearsal because of this fiasco and they were not even apologetic at all and were going to still charge me full price. I told them I would pay $50 less because of all this & they said fine but honestly, I should've said a lot more. The boutonnières were not great but the bouquets turned out nice once they actually got them done. Although the bouquets were nice, I wouldn't recommend them since they added a HUGE inconvenience on an already hectic day and I don't wish the extra stress on any other bride. If you do decide to go with them for a special occasion, be sure to call the day before, the day of, couple hours before pick up etc to make sure they don't forget about you! read more

Here's my experience with Zuniga flowers I called several times this week to find out how much marigolds cost. I was told multiple times it was five dollars a bunch $25 for a big bunch which included 10 regular bunches. It seemed too good to be true, so I called again to verify and that's what they told me. I drove there paid $12 for parking and when I got to the shop they told me they were $45 for a big bunch. I told them I called several times I was told $25 and I would therefore only pay $25. They lowered it to $40 a big bunch. I told him I would pay what I was quoted. So I paid $50 for what I thought was 20 bunches. One was in the big Bunch bundle. The other ones were loose small bunches.. when I got back from LA the big Bunch only had six small bunches in it. The the yellow marigolds which they only had 6 small bunches I bought were rotten. They didn't even have greens that I could use for my Dia de Los Muertos alter. I could only pluck them for petals. I did call them and tell them the situation, and I was told to send the photographs which I sent approximately 10 photos but did not hear a word from them after. read more

I came to Josefina and her husband for my wedding because they had done multiple small arrangements for my family in the past that were all beautiful. My wedding was this past Sat 2/8, just a week before valentines day. Josefina gave me such fair and honest prices for my flowers while everyone else down the block wanted to upcharge me hundreds of dollars. I was impressed by how much she wanted to help and continued to be honest in telling me which flowers were possible and which weren't. She is super easy to work with and very professional. PROS: Now for the flowers. Because her prices were so fair, we ordered a TON of flowers (aisle pieces, centerpieces, an arch, and everyone's bouquet/ boutonniere). I ordered flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for my wedding about a month in advanced. I picked up the flowers the day before the wedding. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of everything. When I got home to place the flowers and bouquets in water I noticed most of the flowers were starting to wilt or browning. Everything looked like it was a week old. To make things worse, the 3 corsages fell apart before we could even take pictures and some of the boutonnieres were flopping over, not to mention one of them completely turned brown (it was a white rose). I also ordered 3 packs of roses to use for my cake and tables. When I opened the packages there was a moldy smell and the stems and leaves looked rotten.
