I had several conversations with them before the date of procedure and they answered all my questions and help me prepare mentality. The day of, they knew who I was and continued to be as equally supportive. I have to give a shout out to Ashley. Talk about the sweetest and went above and beyond. I rambled horrifically and Ashley was so understanding. She made me laugh several times to ease my nerves. When the ultrasound tech came for me Ashley instructed her to take her time and explain everything to me because I was nervous and she did just that. The ultrasound tech and the doctor were very gentle and understood how nervous I was and met me where I was at emotionally. So my friends and family were aware of me having this procedure but I snuck away and went to do it alone after all my love ones volunteered to go with me. When I left the exam room I found Ashley standing at the door waiting on me. She wanted to ensure I was ok and that everything went smoothly. That meant so much to me. As a woman I have never felt so much empathy from other woman like I had during this process. Luckily everything worked out for me...but the way I was treated I felt I was in good hands either way.

Despite being present ahead of her scheduled time, she was not properly assisted or acknowledged in a timely manner. In a healthcare setting, professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication are essential--especially when patients may already be feeling anxious about their appointments. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. This experience reflects poorly on the level of patient care and respect that should be expected. I strongly encourage management to review staff conduct and ensure that all patients are treated with the professionalism and attentiveness they deserve

Initially I had to call and move around my appointments and they were very helpful over the phone. I came in last week for my first set of MRIs and was a little annoyed after arriving the 15 minutes early and still having to wait 45 minutes to start my MRIs. That's why they lost a star because one thing I hate is waiting. Especially if I come in early. Today I did X-rays and MRIs and this experience was great from start to finish. They brought me in on time and everything was done quickly and I was out in a little over an hour which is normal for all I did. The technicians are nice and helpful. They told me they will send my results over to my doctor. If I want a copy then I can come in and pick them up. All in all, I would recommend them.
