I made an inquiry on Facebook marketplace about a dewalt drill that he was clearly asking too much for. I was going to see if he'd make me a better deal and instead he sent me a very long and rude response, he then blocked me so I couldn't even respond...I may have come off strong but that doesn't justify his response. I read other reviews about his store and his personality & I agree-he had obvious anger issues and no people skills and even less negotiating skills to boot... I'm including a screen shot of our conversation. He calls me a millennial & a woke man-child. I found that quite funny considering I'm very conservative and personally own many firearms. I walk into the so-called pawn shop, minding my own business. I ask a lady a question that doesn't regard him at all next thing I know I get told to "get the f*** out of my pawn shop" This guy is insane i mean totally insane. why anyone would want to go into the so-called pawnshop and grab their ankles for any and everything he has for sale he's asking brand new price even asking more than brand new price for some stuff like it's got sentimental value or something. I'm a local in Spanish Fork and I had been to this pawnshop before to try and sell some stuff. Respectfully he declined my items and there was no issue at all there. Today I went in there and let me just tell you... the owner is a literal and figurative mirror. You're cool, respectful, and personable with him; he will give back the exact same thing. If you're headstrong, rude, and disrespectful; do not be surprised when you receive the exact same stuff. There was a minor issue today that had to do with a delivery guy and the owner. The delivery guy came in with the gentleman's package and said, "go ahead and give me your ID so I can scan it so you can sign and take this" then plops the package onto the counter. Being a mirror the owner reciprocated what he was given but with a more simple response of, "no you don't need my ID to be scanned." Now do keep in mind, the owner had sellers and buys waiting because the delivery guy began to argue with the owner. The delivery guy then began to share the policy, but due to the nature of the package the owner had already spoken to the delivery guys boss and understands the policy and he knew very well that he did not need his ID to be scanned. After a time of the delivery guy arguing about untrue policies the owner told him to take the package and leave. Immediately after, the owner went back to servicing customers without any chip or grudge. Had a ton of questions that he answered and elaborated on. just now Worst pawn shop in the entire state, male employee obviously on drugs or drunk considering reporting him. We go to get a power cord for Xbox 360 which we had called ahead about. Wrong cord and was too cheap to be what we needed. Went to return the cord and got told they clearly heard Xbox one S argued about what was heard and I quote from a male employee who began violently screaming. Male Employee: "Well you must be deaf" Me: "I dont have hearing problems" M.E.: "well neither do i" Me: "you didn't need to call me deaf, i have deaf family members and friends" M.E.: "I don't give a f*ck bro (I'm trans, misgendering right there) don't give me your sad sob f*cking story I don't give a sh*t I have f*cked up family too, you're first question should have been why is the cord so cheap" Female employee calmly while he continues violently veins bulging face red: "we can return that" Me: I'm leaving y'all so many bad reviews" continues yelling insulting my intelligence and every other word is vulgar. The man who runs this place is rude and not on the up and up. My husband came in and got a loan. I went in to pay on it and he wouldn't let me pay down the bill more then the finance charge he then threatened me. I don't care if the loan was made with my husband. The owner wants to say I got upset... I didn't get upset. He bullied me and left me no choice but to completely pay the loan off or loose my things cause he thought me asking why He wouldn't let me pay it down was me being upset. I said" I don't understand" after he asked me what was wrong and that he could see something was bothering me. I've read many of his reviews now and I truly question the people that think he is great. He is unprofessional, condescending and he knows it. He sells broken things. And didn't give you a far price on things you bring in. He then bullies you to get away with it. I would Never recommend this place to anyone... EVER! read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a pawn shop in my life. If you feel like being treated like dirt, go here. My wife and I have purchased items here before but this experience with Patrick (the proud and rude Owner) will deter me from ever coming back again. He was belittling, arrogant, and profiled me "as a guy who just comes into stores and takes apart guns and never buys..." I asked him a couple questions about a Glock, my wife and I are finally in the position to purchase one, and he proceeds to tell me I would never buy. Beware!!! Not to be trusted if you are thinking of buying from them. They sold me a 350.00 camera lens and represented it to be in perfect condition. It was a total piece of junk that would not focus. When it was taken back the next day with a test photo to show them what was wrong I was told that all sales are final. The end.
