Love the sardines Banh mi, especially with the consommé! Chef's kiss! French baguette is fresh, and sardines is cooked with the right amount of shallots and garlic, not an overpowering flavor. FYI - sardines are good to keep your skin's barrier healthy. Ur welcome! Service is always helpful and friendly. Ambiance is small and quaint but appreciate the seating area to enjoy a quick bite.

Great Vietnamese food in los feliz with a smallish menu. We've tried 4 items so far and we just keep coming back to try more. So glad we found this gem in our neighborhood.

Authentic, authentic, AUTHENTIC. I've been searching for the perfect Bahn Mi and Vietnamese coffee. Tucked behind a beautiful tree, this shop is wonderfulllll! FRESH and vegetarian options as well. Once I entered Ô Bahn Mi, I said to myself, "Ohhhhhhhh my!!!!" I wish I had known about this little GEM. Massive thanks to Natalie and Jimmy. You made my experience so delightful and delicious!

Food: me and my wife ordered the chicken curry and it was good not bad and you get a ton of bread with it so it's nice to eat with the sauce. It is a little spicy to beware. The shredded chicken sandwich was okay also not bad but also super spicy so I ended up taking out most the sliced chili. The sauce it comes with is nice I would suggest to ask for extra because one is not enough... for me at least. The iced Vietnamese coffee was not bad it definitely had a strong coffee taste with a bit of sweetness. Service: it's a quick order and 2 steps walk over to the table. Nice and responsive. Ambiance: this place is super tiny there is only 2 tables inside and seats max 8 people. I would recommend no parties larger than 3 coming here. You will be really crammed so it's nice for a quick meal for lunch.

After I moved back to Los Angeles, I gradually noticed how much I missed having regular access to my fave Bay Area bahn mi shop (Saigon Sandwich will always have a piece of my heart!). Luckily, it turns out that there's a good bahn mi shop that happens to be in my neighborhood. Ô Bahn Mi offers a limited menu of sandwiches, but I've enjoyed what I've tried during recent visits. Their sardine bahn mi provides a tomato-based fish stew that I found uniquely satisfying. However, my favorite sandwich by far is their Friday special, which is a bahn mi made with lechón. The crackling skin combined with the flavorful pork is great, and it is provided "au jus" if you want to dip your sandwich in some tasty roasting juices. It's a small shop, so be prepared for limited seating options.

It was getting late, so while I waited for the kid in the car at their activity, I went on The Heights website found an order form and placed an order for some sammies all in 5 minutes. I didn't even ask the hubs or the vegetarian kid what they wanted. I went with what I thought they'd like. 15-minutes later, I was picking the sandwiches up at the walk-in only shop. There was no line and better yet, they were wrapped up and ready to go when I walked in. The smiling lady asked if I wanted napkins or utensils. They have case after case of cold drinks so we picked out a couple of drinks, paid for those and left. It was easy and fast. Enjoyed the yumminess at home. I normally would save a half for another meal but my "Pasadena" hit the spot that I finished it up all at once. Quality bread, meats, cheese, fillings aka all the ingredients...to boot! PS the kid loved theirs and so did the hub. Thanks for making dinner: easy and delicious! There are no pictures because it was too delicious to take the time out and take any. Just order.

Our server Abby was friendly and helpful but not over the top- just right. The owner was lovely and brought the food to us . We had the baguette with butter (amazing), the ricotta dumplings (star of the show), lettuce salad (best I've ever had), asparagus, and the short rib pasta which we didn't care for. But overall everything was delicious and wonderful!

The salad was way too overpriced for the portion size and there wasn't anything special about it. Maybe other than the snap peas were slightly charred? The beef tartare was okay. I think if the toast was not as thick, the flavor would be more balanced. The char on the toast was the main flavor. The ricotta dumplings were the best thing we ate that night, mostly because of the broth. It was equally light and full bodied, I could've had an entire bowl of the broth to myself! The ricotta dumplings were good but definitely needed the broth to complete it. Otherwise, it was just okay on its own. The dish comes with two dumplings. The half chicken was good. The charr on the chicken was perfect. The chicken breast was on the dry side though. The salad was more on the bitter side and it lingered. I liked that the bread was mixed in the salad and soaked up the chicken juice. I think there is room for improvement in terms of the food quality. The pricing definitely doesn't make sense. Half a chicken was only $5 more than the ricotta dumplings?? Idk. $21 for 5 endive leaves, snap peas, maybe a quarter of an avocado... the most overpriced item on the menu for sure.

This place does wood-fired pizzas on a fluffy, chewy sourdough crust that honestly hits different from your typical LA pizza spot. You order up at the window, and I appreciate how patient the workers were in answering our questions & taking our order. My friend and I got the Good Boy - house tomato sauce, pepperoni, fresh basil, and burrata finished with Mike's Hot Honey. The sweet and tangy kick from the hot honey against the creamy burrata is such a good combo! My friend and I surprisingly demolished the whole thing and were stuffed. One thing to note - it's takeout only, no seating, so most people eat in their car or take it to go. Parking-wise, there's a small lot in the plaza which is pretty compact (although I came on a Friday night and I didn't have much trouble). Street parking nearby is available and there are plenty of residential streets too if you run into any issues. Excited to come back to try their other pies!

They brush the pizza with this hot honey syrup which adds a nice sweetness to the pizza. I came on a Wednesday night at 7 for a quick pick up but I waited 25 mins for 1 slice of pizza to be reheated. I will say they had a lot of orders before mine and they make them in order. I recommend ordering online before picking up. However I wish that because I was ordering 1 slice that they would tell customers how long the wait would be. Overall the pizza crust was really good. It was crunchy and crispy all through out the bottom crust and the ingredients they use are also very good quality. I would come back again and order ahead of time.
