    I paid extra for a large bouquet to celebrate Mother's Day as well as for sympathy flowers. I can't express just how disappointed I was by what was actually delivered vs. what I thought I was ordering. They essentially delivered a small bouquet I could have bought at the grocery store in a vase that didn't even look like what was on their website. They would only offer a partial refund and even then the bouquets were so expensive for what I actually paid. Stay far away. You've been warned.

    I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service I received from your company. My husband ordered flowers for early Valentine's Day delivery on February 13, 2025, but the order never arrived, and we weren't contacted about any issues. After he reached out to your customer service, he was told the order would be "supplemented" and delivered on February 17, 2025. What arrived, however, was nothing short of embarrassing. The bouquet, which was meant to feature tulips and irises, was a complete letdown. The tulips were small, wilted, and unopened. The irises were closed and not visible. It was clear that the flowers were of extremely poor quality and didn't even fill the giant vase that came with them. The $5 worth of flowers sent were not worth the amount of money paid. For entertainment purposes, the bouquet was placed on display in the front window, next to the 1-800-Flowers box, and the price was written on the box, where anyone walking by could see what a disappointing and overpriced product we received. This was not only embarrassing for your company but also incredibly frustrating for my husband. If you truly want to show someone you care, I strongly advise against ordering from this company. My husband spent his hard-earned money for a gesture that turned into a complete disaster. This has been a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I will be sharing this experience with others, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to avoid similar issues in the future. As you can see from my photographs of what I received and what they advertise...Maybe we need laws to protect buyers from these internet cheats. Good luck if you order from this company.

    I understand flowers may vary. But no one said they would be half dead. Purple roses fully open and dead. Purple flowers on stem dead. The picture I saw had small dainty flowers not those big red things. Called 1-800 flowers they won't give number of the florist so you can talk directly to them. Bottom line NO ONE takes responsibility for this garbage. IM STILL WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME BACK. I wasted $77 dollars on this crap. I was looking forward to a nice bouquet for my boss. MAJOR LET DOWN!!

    Ordered a Thinking of you fruit bouquet because my FIL is not doing well and will likely not make it much longer and they delivered a cookie cake that said Here's your annual reminder that so happy you were born. Totally unacceptable.

    I do not recommend 1-800-FLOWERS they are absolutely the worst florist on the planet. Save your time speaking with Selena/ Celina in the executive's office she is rude, arrogant, and will definitely cause customers to find a better company with ethics! Don't take my word for it here's the reviews of others. If you want to ruin your loved ones holiday, get charged $16.99 delivery fees, $75 flowers with no vase, and their computer changes the delivery date to a date they want to deliver and you pay $100 plus dollars with fees and anything they can pad the price with. Meanwhile they have a call center in a foreign country that have no clue about American holidays, delivery protocol! They are the worst. This horrid company would not have to offer discounts if they ran there company with ethics!

    The flowers delivered were nothing like what I ordered! The arrangement was much smaller (I ordered the largest size!), different type and color of flowers, no regard for the theme chosen, different and very basic glass vase! They redelivered when I complained and I got the same results. This has happened before. I won't be ordering from them again.

I told the gentleman to hide the bouquet in the paper so my friend won't be able to see the pink color until she find out the gender of the baby. Well there was NOT one peony flower in that bouquet. It was completely a wrong order I was given. I texted the number of the number owner later that evening. My message was read but there was no reply to follow. My three texts were simply ignored. I will never order from that place again. I paid over 100 dollars for a completely incorrect bouquet and zero response from the owner.

I will just say that for valentines days of the future, they need to prioritize organization. I ordered $100 worth of roses to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day, I payed extra for delivery and I tipped on top of that ahead of time ($140 in total). They promised over the phone that the roses would be delivered by 5pm. They never showed up and they didn't answer the phone. I then went to the shop and stood online for 40 minutes. When I told them what happened they then tried to find the roses and couldn't. They found a small bouquet of roses and handed them to me with no offer for partial refund but they offered me a used glass vase. They seem like nice people but I am just not happy with my experience.
