Later, the delivery window changed to "by end of day" (8:00 p.m.), which was already disappointing. Now it's 3:30 a.m. and there is still no indication of when the flowers will actually be delivered. To make matters worse, the chatbot/customer service has been completely useless -- just regurgitating the same tracking information over and over while giving different "resolutions" that go nowhere. I didn't have the heart to tell her that they are almost always dead or near dead by the time they reach Florida. Urban stems replaced the style we picked with a poor excuse for a replacement, when I tried to pick a different style I was told that "to ensure quality and delivery, this was my only option... except to cancel" without the adequate time to replace the flowers elsewhere, I was forced to stick with this ugly batch of carnations. I tracked the delivery all day to make sure they would be arriving on time. Low and behold - it's 3pm on Mothers Day and now I am being told they won't be delivered until tomorrow. I ordered a sympathy bouquet for $130, they delayed the delivery by 3 days even though I paid for it to get there earlier and once they delivered it, the flowers arrived completely DEAD and looked nothing like what I had paid for! I had a subscription and while the flowers are beautiful it never arrived on the set weekly dates and no communication with delays or issues. I just placed a one off order for an event a week before and selected the delivery date but when I checked details because it still hasn't arrived, they let me know it never shipped yet again no communication or time to make other arrangements.
