Rodger may do good work but he is not ethical and will take a job to make money regardless of how he is hired to do it. My wife, 4 kids, and I were renting a house for 5 years and had to move do to a flood. We had water/mold issues from the flood and our landlord Jim Glass hired Rodger to do water damage remediation only. I provided Rodger with a Mold report from the test that I paid for and had done stating the house had very high levels of spore counts and black mold throughout the home. Some areas of the home were reporting numbers at 20,000 times above what the legal safe limit is on paper. Our landlord decided to not report the mold and hired Rodger to do only water damage remediation. Instead of the full MOLD and water damage repairs/remediation because it would cost more and he would have to report the house he was about to sell had mold at one point. Rodger took the job, did the water damage repairs and decided to ignore the mold report I gave him because I was not the one paying him. The attached picture is Rodger in full hazmat suit with mask removing pieces of wall out of the kitchen with black mold all over them, which he did not dispose of incorrectly. He conveniently put in his job report for my landlord that there was only 10sq.ft, of organic growth even though he had reports that state otherwise from me. When I showed up and stated taking pictures, he freaked out and threatened to not finish the job, said "I don't need this, tell your landlord this not what I signed up for" and "I don't need to be going to court for anybody because of this job!" He was nice enough but just not on point with what he knew he needed to be doing with the job. At the end of the day he didn't do what was ethical or even legal and took the easy money instead of doing what was right as a professional in his line of work. read more
