I bought a 2017 kia forte from USAVE AUTO AUCTION/ONE STOP AUTO MART..a little over a month ago (3/10/2026). Besides the check engine light coming on about 3 days after i bought it, this past weekend a small ticking noise started in the engine, as i was driving it the oil light came on and the ticking turned into a loud knocking noise. And the car felt like it was going to turn off so i pulled over, turned it off. I got it towed to my house. It doesnt start now. I talked to little Emanuel (bigman on phone though) at usave auto auction after him answering and putting me on hold for 6 minutes till i hung up and called back. He said they are not going to do anything about it. He said "Deal was AS-IS". Which i understand, but 40 days i had the car, "so thats it huh, im on my own" i said. And he replies with a dont give a f*** tone, "YUP". I'm an out of work tow truck driver by trade, wanting to better my life I started to drive for UBER so i can get my own tow truck and start my own company. I was able to borrow $2,500 for a car to start driving with Uber. Such a mistake giving my money to Emmanuel and USAVE AUTO AUCTION. ***Update*** I went in to talk to Juan Carlos the manager. Aparently, there are 2 different companies operating here USAVE AUTO AUCTIONS and ONESTOP AUTO MART with one manager that dont give a fuck JUAN CARLOS. He said the same thing that little emanuel said basically im on my own. I asked JUAN CARLOS to show me receipt what they did before they sold the car he said he couldnt produce any receipts but come back tomorrow he will have them. He said oil was changed. I strongly recommend DO NOT GO HERE. My experience with this dealership has been absolutely terrible. They sold a vehicle that has had multiple issues, and I feel that important problems with the car were not honestly disclosed before we purchased it. The customer service has absolutely terrible. The manager was no where to be found, Juan has been avoiding our calls and I still have not received a return call. A dealership should treat customers with honesty and respect. I bought a used vehicle in 2019 and lo and behold, it's 2022 and the car is not in my hand anymore (traded it in). Since month one of the purchase of the vehicle something was going on with it. Had two active recalls (mind you they weren't in their car fax report they showed me) one which was finally fixed this year because the actual manufacture dealer finally stepped up to fix their error. Don't get me started on the plates alone. We bought the car in December 2019 and we were supposed to receive them in three months. We didn't get them until September 2020 and all because they had forgotten to send the forms over to the DMV! They were pretty rude blaming it on the pandemic and until we physically got the paperwork along with registration and the plates, we noticed they submitted them in august 2020. Another thing they were trying to do was try to add to the vehicle price but when we noticed they were trying to do this to us, someone who bought from there previously recommended us to file with the BBB (agency that protects consumers) From having to replace a catalytic on the first year, steering system failing twice in the 4th month. On month 3 we experienced a motor issue and they guaranteed us a one year motor fix, which lo and behold, they did not want to honor. We were quoted around 4,000$ to get the problem resolved out of pocket (part and labor fee) and until we got the BBB involved (again) did they honor their one year motor warranty. Mind you I'm on top of the responsibility of owning and maintaining my vehicle. This year the vehicle alone could have been paid off if it weren't for the SIX grand that was invested in the vehicle since the start of January 2022. (I was on a three year loan, to be paid off in may 2023) This place is sketchy and by all means, if it's cheap in pricing it's gonna do a number on your pocket. Invest your time and money at a certified used manufacture dealer. Yes the pricing will be a tad higher but you will have Bumper to bumper and motor warranty for at least 3-7 years plus you will be treated way better than you will be here. From a 21%interest rate for a loan to this dealer (added I had a co-signer) I alone qualified for a 8%loan at another dealer. Save yourself a headache and don't buy a vehicle here. read more

I found a truck that i liked here, found out there was an exhaust leak and asked if they could fix it they said yes. 2 days later I call about an update on the truck and they said they are still working on it. The next day i call and they say it will be ready tomorrow, and when i calm that next day they said it was sold the week before. Went to see their black on black 6 speed G35 coupe, I immediately noticed the left quarter panel had a bad dent that continued to the rear bumper, it's a 07 sport with a 03-04 front bumper, the rear view mirror is not oem, not transponder built in, and the clutch was on its way out. After asking the salesman if I could have the car (Pre Purchase Insepcted) he said we had to start paper work first and he had to run my credit. I said cut the bulls hit I'm not doing any paper work can I have the car inspected by a mechanic or not? He said no, obliviously there are way more problems that he didn't want me to know about. I drove the vehicle for 100 miles and the check engine light came on. Will cost 1200 or more to fix and it's not covered by the warranty they make you buy.
