At the end of the day, already drained, I was again verbally assured that the agreed-upon price was correct and that any different numbers shown in the paperwork were "just DMV or internal administrative matters." I trusted that explanation. I signed. That was my mistake. When I got home and carefully reviewed the contract, I realized the truth: the final price was not what we had agreed on. I ended up paying approximately $3,000 more than the price discussed throughout the entire negotiation. I returned to the dealership early the next morning seeking an explanation. What I received instead was denial, avoidance of responsibility, and a complete lack of empathy. No one was willing to help. Everything was deflected back to the same person, who made it clear that since I had signed, nothing else mattered. When I asked about California consumer protections and the possibility of canceling the contract, it became obvious that everything had already been carefully structured to leave me with no real options. This was not a mistake, it was calculated. This situation caused me significant stress and anxiety. It wasn't just about the money. It was the feeling of being manipulated and taken advantage of when exhausted and under pressure. I was purchasing this vehicle during an important moment in my life, with my child about to be born, trying to make a responsible decision and instead I experienced something completely dehumanizing. I understand that this is a business and that car dealerships negotiate. But this was not fair negotiation. This was taking advantage of a customer's vulnerability. I strongly urge you to be extremely careful. Do not rely on verbal promises. Read every line. Do not sign anything if something doesn't exactly match what you were told, no matter how much pressure is applied. I am not writing this review expecting a response from the dealership. After being mocked and dismissed in person, I have no interest in receiving a polished or hypocritical reply here. I am writing this to close this chapter and, more importantly, to warn others. I came across this dealership about late June, I found the car of my dreams here and I was so worried it would get sold out due to it being in high demand- but luckily a guy named Aaron Ruiz who contacted me and I explained how it would take me maybe a month and a half to get the car and get the money for it, not only did he hold the car for me but he even made it easier for me to pay, with a little negotiation he was able to lower the price to my abilities.
