Basically said too bad, won't stand by their vehicles. I would have done better buying from someone on the street. So basically i spent $6k to drive a car for 4 months!!! Don't give them your business, you will surely regret it!!!!!!

I did not realize that the inspection sticker was already a couple months expired. (purchased truck 8/2018 and inspection sticker: 5/2018) A WEEK LATER my engine light came on. I brought it back to them and they said they were "stored codes". All they did was turn my engine light off. I had a third party warranty that I paid for through them. They recommended Engine World in Deptford to fix my car. All the man did was tell me that they gave me a bad rim which was why my truck was shaking so bad and he also turned my engine light off and said they were stored codes as well. I paid for a new rim out of pocket btw. The codes on my truck all have to do with the transmission. (P0700 is one I can remember off the top of my head) I also found out I had a oil leak this whole time and bad control arms. A couple months later with a newborn I am still trying to balance my money to come up with enough to get this truck fixed on my own and pass inspection. I have been riding around with a rejection sticker because of them. (Supposedly they are now saying I worked the heads on the motor which caused vehicle failure because of no oil and anti freeze in the car...which is a lie) They sold me a horrible car at the end of the day. Thank you so much New Diamond Auto Sales for wasting my time.

A within a few days of me buying it, it broke down on the highway. I towed the vehicle to my trusted mechanic and learned it had flood damage that nobody told me about. They even spray painted underneath to hide the rust. There was clear evidence of water getting into the electrical box underneath the van, which led to serious electrical problems. Because of that water damage, the gas pump and other electrical parts were badly affected, and fixing it turned out to be really expensive. When I called the dealership to ask for help, they basically brushed me off. They passed me around on the phone and one guy even said it wasn't his problem(One of the service guys with what appeared to me to be a Russian or Eastern European accent). To top it off, they want me to pay another $150 just to get my license plate, after I already paid my registration fees and dropped over $13k on this junk van. I also want to mention that they made the van look really clean from the outside when I bought it. Everything seemed spotless and freshly touched up, which unfortunately hid a lot of the real issues underneath. I'm also going to be making a detailed video soon with my mechanic explaining everything that happened and posting it across all my social media--YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and so on--so people can see exactly what went on. I just want everyone to be aware of how this company does business. And one last thing: I noticed they're very eager to get positive reviews. Right after I left, I got messages asking me to leave a good review. I did have a good interaction with my salesperson Lakeith, who I don't think knew about the issues. But it's clear they put a lot of effort into getting reviews right away. I'm glad I waited, because now I can share the full story, and I think a lot of those positive reviews are a bit premature.

I do drive new cars, the ones I have owned are 20+ years old and learned many garages will not touch anything older than cars built in the 2000's or younger. My current daily driver is a rare 1991 Jeep Briarwood Wagoneer with 190k on the clock and S.A. Conte has kept the Jeep in top running condition. Sam has bought parts for me and installed ones I have purchased from reconditioned parts suppliers and OEM dealers. I also let him know what I have purchased prior to the scheduled work giving him the option not to install if he has any concerns, this builds respect and trust for both parties. It's the responsibility of the car owner to research problems associated with the model and year concerning recalls or reports pertaining to issues with the vehicle to give the mechanic a complete picture of the repairs required. Many car owners are lazy and will not take the time to educated themselves on how to fix their cars and then complain about the repairs bill paying the mechanic to be Sherlock Holmes trying to located the car issues. Again, the best approach is to communicate with the mechanic and give them all the information about the repair and funds you have budgeted for the work, doing this will reward you with a great relationship with your mechanic and not be just a number when taking to the dealership or large retail repair shops!
