Sold me a truck that needs a couple thousand in work. Front axle is shot. Ball joints are shot. Needs a new ECU and fuel pump. Water pump. Valve cover gasket. Has a trans line leak. Owner said they would pay for about 2 hrs of labor. Now they will not and say I went and got work done by them. Willing to take a lie detector test and take it to court. Truck can NOT pass inspection. If it werent for the 2 sales reps in Gloucester, Josh and Steve, I would never buy a vehicle from this place again. These 2 guys deserve to work for a better owner. read more

I bought at 02 santa fe the end of February. I didn't drive it 3 days when I was told I had to put $600+ worth of work into a wheel barring. I had gotten it home after a few weeks which brings me into mid March. When I got it home AGAIN I didn't feel right I took it to my Mechanic and he said it was the water pump and timing belt. I Got that fix for anther 900$ AND STILL WASNT RIGHT I took it immediately to the dealer I bought it from which was Park Ave Auto and they had to put on a alternator. for 200$. I then felt secure enough to drive it on MARCH 18th. now that it is MAY 1st my Santa Fe is parked...cannot pass inspection and wont drive faster then 25 miles an hour. I paid $3300 for this car + the $$$ for the work that i had done and haven't drove it more then a month...I went to them to see if they could help me out since I am a single mother and just bought a house I don't really have any more money to put into this car. Max told me that a deal Is a deal and he cannot help me out. I have never felt so used and ripped off in my life. this really needs to be known so that no one ever gets ripped off like this again. wish i can give these ppl 0 stars. this auto place sold me a car with a bad transmission and refuse take it back. i had the car for less than 30 days and my transmission blew out. i've called them and they insulted me and called me out my name. it was 08 rouge i paid 4k for. they told me the car was basically a gift, because they sold it for that amount. also the son max and the owner nelson jones told me they have better things to do then to listen to me whine like a baby about my broken car. i asked he would be willing to let me chose a different car on the lot and the owner told me "no, what am i gonna do what a car with a bad transmission." people stay away!! read more

i want to start out by saying i never really write bad reviews but this was highway robberty do not buy from this dealship since i purchased this truck ive had nothing but problems the day i drove it home less then 50 miles check engine light went on low and behold a major repair was need sent to me a place to have it fixed and yes they paid for it but yet again check engine light came on 2 days later another major repair costing me 628 dollars a few days later yet another repair this time the trans costing me another 500 then the valve cover happened which my mechanic showed me was patched by them, i orgianlly talked to the salesmen who actually hung up on me then i finally talked to the owner nelson who wanted to trade me the truck i bought with higher miles and asked if i had more money to spend he could put me in something better i paid almost 4000 for this car at the end of aug it has had major problems at that time nelson told me he would call me back when he found a similar truck and we could swap it out he never called and the truck kept breaking down so i was foreced to fixed it so far i have put over 3000 into this truck because i cant afford to go by another one and right now its in the shop for another 380 repair . i have driven this truck less then the amount of times it been in the shop i have out a total of 1500 miles on it since aug it is now feb and the truck has been nothing but a headache... very very unfair people there they claim how great and helpful they are totally not true totally ripped off by them they do not stand behind what they sell and they took advantage of someone on a fixed income . buyer beware do not i repeat do not purchase from them ...at first i thought nelson the owner was pretty cool paying for the first repair that cost him close to 1000 dollars but like i said within 2 days another major problem that i had to pay for then another one and another one and another and needless to say the check engine light is still on and yes they do clear the codes because when i took the truck back there the salesman jimmy who sold me the truck said oh ill clear the code right now for you and i will add he was rude told me i bought a used car it was my lose the other salesman joe was nice he called the owner nelson and nelson agreed to pay for the first repair but after that i mean it was within 2 days the truck started smoking and it cost me 628 then trans problems a few days later then the valve cover and gaskets and other major repairs oh and the special tool needed to take the spare down from the bottom of the truck was not in the truck found myself stuck on a highway with a flat and the tool was not in the truck that is need to release the tire so unfair that they should operate a business like that read more
