Max is an honest, friendly, intelligent, no-bullshit car dealer. He sold us a 2013 Volvo XC60 at a better price than the same car with comparable mileage and features was available at larger, fancy-looking dealerships. He was happy to let us take the car for a pre-purchase inspection (at Balducci's in Cherry Hill), where it passed with flying colors. Max was also great about corresponding via phone and text and sending all the documents needed promptly. I'd be happy to buy another car from him in the future.

    Love this place!!

I was hesitate to get my kid their first car from here based on the reviews but their cheap prices lured me in. I was blown away, the car selection was very nice and affordable. The sales guy Josh was very friendly and allowed me to take it to my mechanic to inspect the vehicle. The mechanic came up with the same info the dealer had already provided me which was refreshing. My daughter has had the car for 3 months and still loves it. Dad of the year award for this guy!!

I bought a car from these guys and it died in just 1000 miles of use. There are tons of other dealers so don't take the chance.

A within a few days of me buying it, it broke down on the highway. I towed the vehicle to my trusted mechanic and learned it had flood damage that nobody told me about. They even spray painted underneath to hide the rust. There was clear evidence of water getting into the electrical box underneath the van, which led to serious electrical problems. Because of that water damage, the gas pump and other electrical parts were badly affected, and fixing it turned out to be really expensive. When I called the dealership to ask for help, they basically brushed me off. They passed me around on the phone and one guy even said it wasn't his problem(One of the service guys with what appeared to me to be a Russian or Eastern European accent). To top it off, they want me to pay another $150 just to get my license plate, after I already paid my registration fees and dropped over $13k on this junk van. I also want to mention that they made the van look really clean from the outside when I bought it. Everything seemed spotless and freshly touched up, which unfortunately hid a lot of the real issues underneath. I'm also going to be making a detailed video soon with my mechanic explaining everything that happened and posting it across all my social media--YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and so on--so people can see exactly what went on. I just want everyone to be aware of how this company does business. And one last thing: I noticed they're very eager to get positive reviews. Right after I left, I got messages asking me to leave a good review. I did have a good interaction with my salesperson Lakeith, who I don't think knew about the issues. But it's clear they put a lot of effort into getting reviews right away. I'm glad I waited, because now I can share the full story, and I think a lot of those positive reviews are a bit premature.

I was fortunate enough that they were mtg me half way in my state with the truck. We met and I signed all of the paperwork and paid with cash. Very grateful up to this point. I was given a 30 day temp tag that eventually ran out. When I called the dealership to ask about it, I was told that I could continue to drive it. When I inquired about the possibility of getting pulled over and getting a ticket, they told me that they would pay for any tickets I got. Have never been told that before when purchasing a vehicle. I sent a text to the salesman on August 20th and was told that everything was in processing. Sept 14th I was told they had the title. Oct 11th I was told it was being held up in my state's DMV. Oct 21st my DMV said they have no paperwork at all in their possession. On top of all of this, I didn't receive any paperwork stating I had purchased the vehicle until this week. I've had this truck since 7/26/22 and have only driven it 30 days. The dealer warranty was for 90 days or 3,000 miles. How fair is that since I've only been able to drive it for 30 of those days and I know that I haven't gone past 3,000 miles. They could have made things better by at least giving me another temporary tag that would have made things somewhat better. Then I would of had at least 30 more days to enjoy the truck and see if there were any repairs that would have been covered. So I guess that I could drive it the next 5 days to see if anything is wrong. Good thing is that they will pay for my tickets that I may get. How fair is all of this? 3 months to get a title. Of course, the owner will respond to this by saying to call the dealership in which I will hear more excuses and no results. So if you are here looking for advice on their business, ask to see the title before purchasing anything from them.

Cherry Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - oil on the door well

My initial…read moreexperience was positive--my salesperson, Leon, helped me find a vehicle that met all my needs. Unfortunately, everything went downhill shortly after the purchase. Within a week, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle in for inspection. I was told it was just a code that needed to be cleared and that nothing was actually wrong with the car. However, within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came back on. I then used the Toyota Connect app, which alerted me again about the issue. I was also contacted by a Toyota dealership and decided to bring the car to Holman Toyota instead. Their team was professional, responsive, and thorough--completely different from my prior experience. After inspecting the vehicle, they determined that the car needed a new catalytic converter, which is a significant repair. What's most frustrating is that Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram took no responsibility for selling a vehicle with this issue. They refused to reimburse diagnostic fees and showed no accountability. When I raised concerns, I was even asked why I didn't bring the car back again after the light returned--despite already having a poor experience and losing trust in their service. It's clear to me that the vehicle was either not properly inspected prior to sale or that the issue was overlooked entirely. Either way, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to make things right is unacceptable. Thankfully, the vehicle was still under warranty, and Holman Toyota is handling the repair properly. I would strongly caution others against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. I also reside out of state and have incurred fees from taking the car back and forth from PA to NJ. I strongly recommend NOT using this dealership EVER!

My 2026 Dodge Charger, purchased new and with fewer than 930 miles, was out of service for 16 days. During that time, the service team demonstrated a lack of familiarity with the vehicle, including basic functions such as locating the battery for a jump start or accessing the neutral release. As a result, I incurred a higher towing cost that the dealership refused to reimburse. I was also told I would be responsible for the taxes on a rental car, despite the vehicle failure being through no fault of my own. The Service Manager stated that the dealership does not cover any expenses they believe will not be reimbursed by Stellantis, leaving customers to pursue reimbursement themselves. When the vehicle was finally repaired, the Service Representative, Jay, was dismissive and unprofessional. He handed me the keys without explanation, and when I asked for details about the issue and repair, he told me to "read it in the paperwork." When I expressed concern about the lack of support throughout the process, he responded that repairing the car was "all they were required to do." Overall, the service department showed little accountability, poor communication, and no regard for customer experience.
