Sharing my experience in case in can be useful to others. They were dishonest to me on the cost of the job. I VERY clearly let Joe know what I was looking for. Once the workers came and completed the job, they demanded considerably more. I gave them the money and thought I would clear it up with the owner, Joe. Joe was somewhat combative and unwilling to work with me. Classic bait and switch as with the additional expense they would have been the highest quote of local tv and audio installers. In my situation they did not stand by their word. To top it off, even with the higher cost they overcharged me. Joe did send me the overage once I did the math and pushed him on it. The workers were courteous but left a mess, left damage on the wall from tools they were using, scuff marks from their pants, and installed one of the TVs on drywall (no stud available), but didn't even consult with me, just did it. I do not recommend. The pricing was completely off. When I requested an invoice after I paid by Venmo, the owner said I will now have to charge you tax. The original price and the price on the invoice before tax did not match. He refused to explain why the original charge and the before tax charge on a picture of an invoice did not match. Joe the owner only accepts Venmo or cash for payment. When I originally questioned the pricing he said he would refund me if it was wrong and he did not. Update: Joe, thank you for your reply. The job was suppose to be only one day and it turned into three. The second time for the largest TV you came alone. My teenage son and I had to help you lift and mount the TV. I sent a picture of the size before you came. Each time you came you never gave an invoice. I guess you are still out. I don't like leaving bad reviews as this is my first. So great to see you replied Joe, as everything you have stated in your reply is either incorrect or untruthful. Let me address each one of these statements that you have made. Also, let it be stated that I have actual documentation to back up EVERYTHING I have stated. I had both a phone and text conversation with Joe prior to the services. During these conversations I sent a picture of the video wall as it was fully displayed and had a frame built around it. Joe stated that I would need to go purchase TV moving boxes prior to their arrival, which I did. Upon arrival, his technician DID NOT at anytime mention any issues with the TV/monitors at all, as there was NO damage to them at this time. Joe also mentioned that we had movers moving things throughout this time, which is UNTRUE. We did not start any part of the moving process until the evening of the day that Joe's tech was in our office. So to make it sound as though the movers may have damaged it is a complete LIE!! In addition to the tech not calling out any issues with the screens, he was COMPLETELY unprepared. He did not have a ladder and had to use our ladder. He did not have any way to carry the screens to his vehicle, the mentioned floor dolly was in fact ours as well. So to say you use dollys, how do you use dollys unless they are being supplied to you by your customer? Kind of strange if you ask me. As a customer, we literally had to supply EVERYTHING for your tech. You stated that you use dollys because the removal office was on the fifth floor and the new office was also on the fifth floor. WRONG!! You should get your stories straight before trying to make an honest customer look bad. You see, the office where the removal was on the twelfth floor & our new office is on the fourth floor. When our CEO met you at our new office and the install was complete he took a look at it, saw that the display was up and running, then promptly paid you upon completion. It was not until later in the day that he actually had time to take to closer look and see the damage to the display. Again, this was at no time when there were any movers or anything being moved anywhere near these screens. The ONLY people who had touched them from the beginning was your tech and you Joe. This is a clear damage to the corner of the screen and not a burnout as you stated. Yet another lie. You stated that I contacted you the next day, another lie. I contacted you the SAME day. The pictures being 10 days old, nope, the picture was five days prior, as it was the picture I sent to you prior to your service. You clearly have multiple issues with your business, as Google showed your business as temporarily closed a couple weeks ago (right after our issue occurred), and is now showing as permanently closed. Getting Joe and his team to re-mount my TV was worth every penny. Took my family hours to mount the 70" TV many years ago. It took so long my neighbor even stopped by to watch this show. 3-hours later, the TV was mounted, off-centered, and wires peeking out. Well, I decided on getting a professional to help this time around. Joe was the first to respond with an offer and provided excellent communication throughout the process. He answered ALL my questions before I scheduled the appointment. Joe's pricing is fair and was definitely cheaper than the other bids. It wasn't the cheapest but I do believe in the saying "you get what you pay for".
