This has to be one of the best bowls of Wagyu Pho I've had! The broth was crystal clear yet incredibly rich, with a deep, slow-simmered beef flavor that was comforting without being overly salty. You can tell they put a lot of time and care into making it. The Wagyu beef was the real highlight. It was beautifully marbled, incredibly tender, and practically melted in my mouth after just a few seconds in the hot broth. The quality of the meat really elevated the entire bowl and made it feel like a premium pho experience. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the fresh herbs added great aroma, and every ingredient tasted fresh. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful from the moment it arrived at the table. The restaurant was clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience even better.

This was a cute and aesthetic restaurant. I liked the bowls they use for the pho, and they use wine glasses for your water lol. Not only is it cute, it's pretty delicious too! The broth is nice and light. The real highlight is the meat that is included in your soup. All of the meat was sooo soft and delicious. The service was nothing special, just quick and casual. Thank you! I'll be back!

First time here. We wanted to get some type of pho after the beach. I Yelp it and found this spot near by Huntington Beach which it was in garden grove. I'm so glad I found this spot. The beef stew was sooooo good! Must get it with French bread. I am still craving for their beef stew and will be going back this weekend we also got their Thai tea which it was good not sweet at all, just perfect! Ohhh the meats they serve with the pho and stew is Wagyu beef! So soft and tender! Ya'll gotta go and try this place out! You will not regret it! Services were amazing!

Long overdue review for me here! Been here a few times and it was wonderful! It is one of the few pho places that offers Halal style beef. I read so much about their flaming wagyu and glad we tried it, it was delish! The quality of the beef and broth here are really good, this was worth the hype! The beef stew is also great here! Portion is big. Highly recommend!

Wagyu lovers, this spot is a MUST! From the juicy wagyu sliders to the flavorful wagyu fried rice, every bite was perfection. The cubed wagyu truffle fries were next-level delicious, and don't even get me started on the pho --rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. Our waiter went above and beyond with recommendations and made us feel so welcome. The beautiful outdoor patio created the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. Can't wait to come back!

The pho was pretty good, I give it a 8/10. The service was friendly as well. Good ambiance, good food, and good service.

Came by Pho RedBo in Garden Grove and was pleasantly surprised--plus points for being halal certified. We started with the Vietnamese coffee ($7), which was bold, strong, and nicely balanced with the sweetness from the condensed milk. A great way to kick things off. The egg rolls ($10) were packed with beef, shrimp, wood ear mushroom, and vermicelli--crispy on the outside and paired perfectly with fresh lettuce and fish sauce. The standout for me was the flaming wagyu ($18), torched tableside. For how thick the cut was, it was incredibly tender and soft. Definitely go medium rare. The ponzu dipping sauce really enhances the richness of the beef. We also tried the shaken beef ($21), which came with plenty of caramelized onions and bell peppers that added a subtle sweetness. The beef was slightly charred, bite-sized, and super satisfying--especially with rice. The combo pho ($25) came loaded with a variety of meats, all tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The broth had a deep, beefy richness, and the noodles were perfectly soft. Add in the garnishes for some crunch and it really ties everything together. Overall, a solid spot with quality ingredients and flavorful dishes. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Tried Pho RedBo and honestly this spot really surprised me. Finding halal pho in OC already makes this place stand out, but the food itself was actually so good too. The broth was rich, comforting, and super flavorful without feeling too heavy, and you could really taste the quality of the meat. My favorite dish from the meal was definitely the shaken beef because it was so tender and packed with flavor. I also really appreciated that the entire menu is halal certified because it makes the spot feel even more special and inclusive. Overall such a comforting meal and definitely somewhere I'd come back to again.

I was excited to try this place because I'd heard so many good things, but overall it didn't quite live up to the hype. Food: Pho Combo (6/10): It was decent, but nothing really stood out. We got this with regular noodle. There's option for fresh or regular noodle. The bowl size looked a bit small for both the regular and large compared to other pho spots I've been to. It was basic and enjoyable, but not memorable. Pho with Rare Steak (7/10): I did like that they offer a fresh noodle option since I prefer that type in my pho. Similar to the combo pho, it was slightly salty but still decent. The rare steak was good, but overall it felt like an average bowl. It was decent, just not one of the best I've had. Wagyu Beef Stew / Bò Kho (4/10): The stew itself was okay, but the bread really brought it down. It didn't taste fresh at all--more soft and chewy in a stale way rather than crispy and warm. It came out and was not hot or crispy from the start. Service: The service was great. The staff were sweet, helpful, and attentive. Everything came out efficiently. Ambiance: Very casual and spacious Vietnamese restaurant. There's a good amount of seating, and everything seemed clean and well-kept.

Most pho restaurants use commodity beef--you don't know where it comes from or how it was raised. But Pho REDBO is doing something completely different. They use Wagyu beef sourced through direct supplier relationships, with no growth hormones and no antibiotics. Here, sourcing isn't just a detail--it's part of the product. Their broth is simmered for 24 hours, delivering a deep, rich flavor that sets a new standard. Pair that with premium Wagyu, and you get a bowl of pho that's both elevated and intentional. What makes it even more unique is that the entire menu is halal-certified--something you rarely see at this level of quality. Clean sourcing. Wagyu beef. 24-hour bone broth. Right on Garden Grove Boulevard.

One of the best pho I've had!! I got the combo pho and it has a good variety of meat and the broth is very flavorful! The meat are super tender. I got the regular and it was perfect. My husband got the large size and he had a hard time finishing it... will definitely return to try other interesting items on the menu! The server was very attentive and kept checking on us! The price is on the higher side but the quality is good!

We got the pho with tender rib cubes (phở sườn), and our server suggested doing half and half with rare steak, which we went with. The meat was really good quality and the broth was clean and flavorful. The server was attentive and checked in a few times. Overall, service was straightforward and smooth. The interior was also clean and spacious, which made for a comfortable dining experience. My only minor complaint is that the menu was entirely in English. The translations made it a bit harder to fully understand some dishes without the original Vietnamese names alongside them. It would've been nice to see both languages, especially considering this is Garden Grove in Orange County. Overall, a solid spot for pho.

Tip: If you order through the app, you can skip the wait and get a free garlic noodle. I think it's only for your first order on the app, though, and I'm not sure how long the deal lasts. Wings -- 3/5 The wings were okay, but pretty mediocre. I got one flat and three drumettes, which was a little disappointing. The flavor and crispiness were both kind of lacking, and I ate them fresh too. The seasoning reminded me of that lobster green onion sauce you'd get at a Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant. Spicy Vietnamese Chicken Sandwich -- 4/5 The sandwich was definitely better. The chicken had a good crisp to it, but sadly, it was overfried and wasn't cooked evenly. The edges were noticeably darker than the center, and the chicken itself was thinner than I expected. The sauce didn't taste like anything particularly special either--it was giving spicy mayo, if anything. The vegetables and pickles made the sandwich taste similar to another famous chicken sandwich place. I actually liked it overall, but because the chicken wasn't fried evenly, I'd give it a 4/5. Garlic Noodles The garlic noodles were okay. They definitely had a lot of garlic, but I didn't think the cheese on top was necessary. It kind of ruined it for me. I won't rate this one since it was free, but I probably wouldn't order it again. Service wasn't bad. It was super busy when I went, so I had to wait a little longer than the estimated pickup time. There's ample seating inside, although the AC was kind of lacking. Overall, I'd probably come back for the chicken sandwich and give it another try, especially if a friend wanted to go. I wouldn't really recommend the other items I tried, though.
