I actually love when a restaurant specializes and keeps it simple. Since I'm not good at making decisions. Most bowls come in regular or large. The bowls looks like a standard size bowl, but don't let that fool you, it's very filling! I ordered a large like I usually do (and I can normally finish a large bowl of pho down to the last drop), but here I had leftover broth and noodles. The portions are generous. They give you the option of two noodle types: thin and slightly chewy or thicker and softer. I personally prefer the thinner noodles since I don't like my noodles too soft and easily broken, but it's nice having the choice. Now let's talk about the real star....the BEEF. The meat here is excellent. Super tender, flavorful, and honestly delicious even without adding any seasoning. Every cut was high quality and tasty.
