This time, we came right after most people's noon lunch time, and it was decently flowing but still had plenty of space. We came here on a Friday right at around 1pm, and although they had customers, the restaurant was half-filled. We got greeted and seated pretty quickly. The drinks and menus were prompt. The menu is short, what we want restaurants to have. They should all be short with specializations. Since this was our first time there, I chose to order stuff that would be helpful for us to feel out the restaurant. We ended up ordering the wagyu fried rice and the large combo pho. The fried rice was very oily and heavy, but if definitely was a good portion size and well balanced on flavor and quantities/ratio of ingredients. The pho was awesome. The flavor was great. The meats are all good. Everything came together to make the pho great. I enjoyed every bit of the pho and would highly recommend it to anyone. The only thing I would not recommend is trying to consume all the liquid as it easily gave me dry mouth and a slight headache too, and I was glad I didn't drink the liquid from it. I actually love when a restaurant specializes and keeps it simple. Since I'm not good at making decisions. Most bowls come in regular or large. The bowls looks like a standard size bowl, but don't let that fool you, it's very filling! I ordered a large like I usually do (and I can normally finish a large bowl of pho down to the last drop), but here I had leftover broth and noodles. The portions are generous. They give you the option of two noodle types: thin and slightly chewy or thicker and softer. I personally prefer the thinner noodles since I don't like my noodles too soft and easily broken, but it's nice having the choice. Now let's talk about the real star....the BEEF. The meat here is excellent. Super tender, flavorful, and honestly delicious even without adding any seasoning. Every cut was high quality and tasty.
