I contacted him again on May 19th to be sure he was coming again the next day, because the situation is extremely bad: No response. It is the end of the day on May 20th, and he did not show up. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems they trapped live birds inside our home while creating an even bigger sanitation problem. A German yellow jacket nest activity was spotted right to the left side of a soffit of a bay window. The technician spoke with the occupant and advised him about the treatment as a precautionary measures. A direct treatment was made into the nest by the entry points and a broadcast treatment around the front of the house, cracks and crevices to avoid a recolonizing situation or future stinging insect nests.
