Not too much to complain about here. They have good prices and are swift. I only had a state inspection done since they didn't have the oil I needed for the car I drive. I will say the oil my car uses is a little particular as it's high mileage, full synthetic so I give them a pass there on short notice. The staff definitely had some personality, which I liked, but could see how others may see it as not professional. For me though, I'm more concerned with the end result and how fast it's done, which this place did a great job of. Overall, if you're looking for more simple work to be done on your car like an inspection or an oil change, I definitely recommend this place as they'll have you in and out in no time; however, I'd recommend somewhere else if you're looking for more deep repairs. read more

This place destroyed my car. I had a beautiful Mustang that I worked really hard for I took it up there for an oil change in 10 minutes later my motor went out and now the motor needs to be replaced in my car I can't even drive my car my car is ruined. They did a horrible job I'm not sure what they did to ruin my car but apparently they didn't put any oil back in it they didn't even change the oil filter it was the same old nasty one and I paid them almost $100 for a full synthetic oil change only to get my beautiful car destroyed. They do not want to take any responsibility they are denying all responsibility but a nice new low mileage car does not have the motor go out 10 minutes after getting an oil change. This is really seriously devastating to my life I can't get to work the pain the anxiety the $7,000 of damage they did to my car this it should be criminal they should go to jail for what they did to my car read more

This is The Ten Minute Oil Change at 8601 Ferguson Rd. Dallas, Texas 75228 Tel # 214-320-9900. On July 18, 2022 at around 10:17 am, the Honda accord 2020 was Oil Change. While driving home all warning lights came on at once and the car can not accelerate, and a jerky motion was felt while running at the same time heavy smoke came out of the exhaust. I do not know what to do and called Honda dealership about the car problem. The service team advice to tow the car to the dealership for them to check what is going on. The next morning the service advisor from Honda called me and told me the problem. "The Ten Minute Oil Change Crew" DID NOT drain the old oil and Fill New Oil that cause engine overfill causing foul sparkplugs. I called several times and the manager tells me nothing about this problem. It Cost me more than $550.00 for the spark plugs, new oil and towing. Can I refund this amount? My sister is talking with someone about suing them, a couple of weeks ago she took her car in for an oil change, and they put motor oil in the brake reservoir. Next day her entire brake system locked up on the way to work and she had to get her car towed to a shop. Came here for a TX state inspection but will not be returning. These guys definitely have a MO for making extra money. The 2 stars are because it was quick and I got the inspection that I needed. But I can promise anyone reading this that your inspection will cost for than 25 bucks. The guy inspecting my car told me I needed new windshield wiper blades, that mine were not working. The day before this, Dallas probably had the hardest rain I had ever seen and I happened to be out driving. My wipers worked just fine. But I needed the inspection as I was going out of town so I gave the go ahead to just please fix them. Magically, the cheap ones did not have the correct size. The 2 for 40 did not have the correct size. The guy told me if I wanted the inspection then I needed to pay 50 bucks for new wipers. Again, I desperately needed this done so I said "Whatever," and had them replaced. As I was paying I heard the guy behind me get told his car could pass if what... he bought new wipers. As I was in the parking lot I heard a DIFFERENT attendant tell a DIFFERENT customer that his car failed because of wipers. Definitely a scam for these guys to make more money while doing inspections. My other wipers were just fine as I'm sure these other two gentlemen's were. Will be finding a new place for inspections and car work in the future. read more

This was one of the most professional experiences I've had with an auto service shop.. dare I say the most professional. Their process of call outs and confirmations of each step of the work done on my vehicle provided a superior comfort level for me. Price was within range of what I normally pay for any other oil change. Of course the big attraction is the time it saved me. In and out, not sitting there waiting for hours for an oil change(even with appt), and not listening to the service agent suggest services/updates that I know I don't need... makes the place my new stop for all oil changes. Always love coming here to get my oil changes, and state inspections. I used to go to Walmart and they would take an hour minimum. Here at 10 minute it literally takes ten minutes, are rarely longer than that. It's a tad bit higher in price for me since I have to get synthetic oil. But man, for the time saved it's worth it. read more

I take my car in just for simple inspection. But after getting done I go to my car to find it has oil prints all over the door and handle. Too top it all there oil all on the interior, gear shift, and steering wheel! You would think that if you are going into someone's car you should either wash your hands or wear gloves! I was so mad to go out to what was a extremely clean car when taking it to them to find all of the oil. If I was able to give a zero star it would still be to much. read more

I hate taking my car to get a oil change. I blame Walmart because they would take an hour for an oil change. This is my second time coming here and the customer service here is on point. They are very thorough they immediately notice and showed me my air filter needed to be replaced- "I'm like wow, yes please change it". Never really had an issue with them before, but I had my oil changed last week, and they asked me if I wanted to change the air filter. It was only $30, but I've been told to always just do it yourself. Luckily, I took that advice. After they showed me an absolutely disgusting filter, I decided that I would buy one from an auto parts store and just install it myself. I bought the filter and began the install, and when I opened up the box where the filter was, it looked brand new. Extremely minor instances of dust, but that's it. Nothing like the yellowed, completely destroyed filter they showed me. The only options are, A. They went ahead and installed it anyway and didn't charge me, which is highly unlikely given that the filter in the vehicle wasn't brand new, or B. They have an old dirty filter laying around that they show gullible people so that they get $30 extra for doing literally nothing. Seeing as how this is EXACTLY the reason you should never let them change your air filter, I'm guessing they went with option B. Now I'm wondering if they even used full synthetic like I asked. I would have highly recommended them if they didn't try that little scheme, as I've never had issues with them in the past...that I know of. DEFINITELY don't let them change your air filter, and I would probably avoid altogether any business that engages in this sort of thing. read more

My husband and I have been coming to this location for years, and are very pleased with their service. The oil changes are really fast, and everyone is really nice. In fact, there have been a few instances where the staff went above and beyond what was expected by staying late to help with an issue. read more
