Don't let the outside appearance fool you. This shop is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was greeted by Hozan, and taken care of extremely fast. The prices are no comparison to other shops I've been to in the White Rock Lake area. I just moved from Maryland and can officially say I have found my " go-to" shop in the DFW area. I got both of my cars state inspected. I was so impressed with their customer service! I also didn't feel like they were trying to hustle me or push me into a corner with a mysterious issue. 1) I also got my tire rotated and balanced 2) Breaks and rotators replaced 3) fixed my headlight issue I am extremely satisfied with their work and will be returning !! I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. I had new tires, front rotors, and brake pads installed here less than a year ago, only to discover recently that the rotors and pads were never actually replaced, despite me paying for the parts and labor. I am now forced to pay for these essential repairs all over again after just 8 months. A business's integrity is paramount, and this place demonstrates a severe lack thereof. The new owner/operators are shady AF! AVOID this place!! The old owners/operators were awesome but they're now gone. I bought brand new, Yokohama tires but they put used ones on - while denying it. Not only was one tire badly worn, but the markings indicate that it was made in the 40th week of 2021! That is NOT a new tire. Two lug nuts flew off my car on two different wheels as I was driving away from the shop! When I took the car back, they tried to charge me for it. I got 4 new brake pads and now my brakes squeak. My TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light is all screwed up now and won't go off even after checking the air pressure in all tires, including the spare. It worked fine when I brought it in. It was pulling teeth to get a simple receipt of parts received and services rendered. I paid $691 and it's been nothing but a total nightmare! Never had one issue with the old owners and/or crew - Hoson (sp?), Angel, Julio etc. - and I was a customer there for at least 5 years! read more

Do not trust these people unless you have mechanical expertise. They will lie to you about fake problems like they did to me. I have been a mechanic for 8 years and took my sons car here & they lied & tried to charge me for problems that didn't exist. It was quite funny. Used to be great until they went under new management. They sold me a 4 year old battery and claimed it was new, which then died on me and leaked battery acid every where, 1 month later, after I moved out of state. They wanted me to bring the battery back from Colorado in order to give me a refund. Dishonest and predatory, avoid at all costs. read more

If I could give them 10 I would... Asked them if they could adjust the plastic protector that was hanging under my car... No questions asked my car was lifted in the air and fixed...simple fix yes but any other place would have charged an arm and a leg for something they did for free... I can only expect them to be top tier when you are actually paying them your hard earned money.. I'll be back in a few weeks for an oil change and any future tire and wheel needs!!! read more

I've been to Eagle Tire Shop twice in recent weeks. First I went for my state inspection, and they were nice, quick, and efficient. Today I went in because my headlight was out. They ordered the bulb and had it delivered in just a few minutes, and replaced it right away, while I waited. They were fast and very fairly priced. My door handle has been finicky for a while, and I think they were also able to fix that with a shot of WD-40. After these excellent experiences, @Eagle Tire Shop will be my go-to garage. In the past, they have checked and filled low tires for me. I'm happy to know that they do other mechanical work as well. It's a pleasure to work with nice, honest, mechanics. read more

These guys are so hard working and quick. They always do such a great job and their prices are very affordable. I came in for an oil change and I also had something hanging from my bumper, but I didn't mention it to the employee. I saw him under my car fixing it and he didn't even mention that he fixed it or try to charge me at check out. The are employees are always great!! read more
