My mom had recently went to go get her wind shield wipers fixed at this place. The manager there was being extremely rude to her. I called her to ask her something when I heard the man going on and on being rude to her. He was being super rough trying to fix her wipers and ended up breaking them. When she asked him to fix it he started yelling at her and causing a scene. He then called the police on her and they gave her a trespassing ticket. I live very close to this shop so I figured I would give it a try. I needed an oil change and to get my brakes done. I didn't see any horrible reviews online beforehand either (yes, I checked.) First of all, they charged me an outrageous amount to do my brakes but didn't quote me until they had taken them off and swore that because the brakes were very worn they couldn't put them back on so I had no choice but to let them do the repair. Fine, I can see how there is a chance that is true. BUT, tell me how on earth they put a hole in my radiator during the 2 days I left my truck with them to do the brakes!!! Considering there is no reason anyone working on brakes or an oil change should be working around the radiator, and seeing as how I was able to cough up the $800 in cash they charged me for my brakes, I'm sure they figured "hey, let's get some more money out of this idiot" and damaged the radiator intentionally. When I first picked up my truck I didn't even make it two blocks before it started spewing fluids with smoke pluming out! When I brought it back the them (within mere minutes of having left) They claim they have no idea how the hole got there but proceeded to try to convince me to pay them to put in a new radiator. They refused to acknowledge the fact that the truck was absolutely fine as far as the radiator goes when I dropped it off. It had zero issues other than the brakes yet I immediately experienced a serious issue as soon as I picked it up after them having it for 2 days. I said screw this, had it towed elsewhere, and paid much less than what they were trying to coerce me into paying. They are horribly crooked and don't know their ass from their head. They shouldn't be allowed to get anywhere near a vehicle being repaired. Oh and get this, here's the cherry on top! I ended up having a mechanic I know in Carrollton replace the radiator and he went ahead and checked everything else out for me while he was at it. THEY DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL FILTER. Their idea of an oil change is apparently just dumping out the old oil and putting some new oil in. They have no remorse either. I don't have enemies but if i did, I wouldn't even send their car to them! That's how bad of an experience this was for me. Beware! read more

My husband replaced our thermostat but the car was still overheating. Sam (the owner) listened to what my husband told him, and immediately knew the issue. There was air in the line and he bled it out. My husband had asked to flush the radiator but Sam told him it wasn't necessary. He didn't even charge my husband for the work! Had my engine head replaced and it wasn't sealed properly. Car leaked oil and I repeatedly returned and told them to find the oil leak and they continually said it wasn't leaking and that high mileage cars just burn oil quicker. Turns out I took it to a dealership and they said due to the head not being sealed it caused oil to leak all over and in my engine ruining seals gaskets and censors. It also ruined my turbo rendering my car useless. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN OIL CHANGES. They shouldn't be allowed to do car repairs. They don't know what they are doing. read more

I absolutely love this place. Sam and his crew are extremely helpful and honest. I've taken both of our cars here, including my Kia, which spent three years sitting in the driveway and has taken a lot of love to get driveable again. They do not charge for diagnostics, which is crazy because I trust their judgement so much I'd happily pay a fee for them to look at my car! Gustavo and Mario are excellent at their jobs, friendly, and always willing to explain what's wrong to me. When they quote me a price, that is the price I pay. They never sneak additional fees in, and if they find anything wrong while they're working that wasn't previously discussed, they'll call me to give me an updated quote and get my approval before doing the work. I've taken my cars so many places where they've tried to scam me because I'm a woman, it's refreshing to be treated respectfully and told straight up what's wrong with my car and what's needed to fix it. They work fast, provided you can get your car there early enough (they're very popular and always busy)! Get there at 8 AM and in most cases, I get my car back the same day. The only times I haven't is if I missed their call regarding an updated quote, or they told me ahead of time it would need to stay a few days. (Or if I sleep in and get there too late!) Their honesty, fair prices and excellent service have made me a happy customer for life. I'm lucky to live close by, but if I ever move, I'd come back for the service! read more

This place is wonderful. The owner is honest, kind, generous and professional. He has gone out of his way on many occasions to get me a good deal and do a quick fix in an emergency then instruct his workers to go above and beyond to get my car fixed to accommodate my schedule. They have great prices compared to any other service business I have talked or worked with. I was really worried about being taken advantage of with my old car but these guys always did right by me. When my car was no longer worth patching back together he was honest with me and told me I'd be better of replacing it at that point even knowing they would lose a lot of business.
